We've been to Hamilton Diner many times and the food is consistently delicious. On this visit, our home fries weren't quite as crispy as we'd asked for. It was a small thing that honestly wouldn't have affected our rating at all -- we know how busy things can get. What impressed me most was Ari personally coming to our table to apologize and bringing out a fresh replacement. He didn't have to do that, but he did - and that's exactly why we'll keep coming back. Thank you, Ari, for your compassion, your humbleness, and the pride you take in your restaurant. You and your team are doing it right. Also sorry for the lack of photos, we dug right into our dishes. He really enjoyed his breakfast as well. I ordered a coffee with my meal, which was good and hot and they came around asking if I'd like a refill. All in all I found the cost to be very reasonable.
