I thought the pictures she took back then were nice, but Rosanne's skills have greatly improved since then. I had so many photos I LOVED that it took me hours and hours to choose which ones to frame! If I had one complaint, it would be that Rosanne and her team took too MANY good photos which caused me many hours of turmoil while choosing my favorites. Haha. Rosanne and her team were on time, and made me feel comfortable during the formal pictures. I didn't notice she was around during the rest of the day but the pictures show she was there at every special moment capturing them forever. Many of the expressions she was able to capture in the pictures help me relive the feelings I was experiencing at that moment in time. From the many loving glances between my husband and I, the joyful look on my dad's face during the father daughter dance, the excited expressions of my friends and family. My husband and I opted for the engagement photo shoot and having 2 photographers for 6 hours at the actual wedding. For the engagement photos, my husband wanted a rustic field look...we gave Blendi a google pin drop location, and she had went a few days before to scope out the land and figure out the best photo spaces. The day of the engagement photo shoot, she was on time, professional, and fun. I absolutely hate taking pictures but with her, she made it feel so relaxing. The end result was beautiful. She sent us a booklet of pictures and a USB drive of all the originals (touched up). For the wedding, Blendi and Laurent (sp?) were amazing. I just received my photos back and they were able to make magic. I had some issues with my family members and Blendi was willing to play "bad guy" in order to get the shots that I wanted. She was super creative and had an eye for a perfect shot. Most of the time, I didn't even know she was there...but regardless, there were beautiful shots. She was able to get amazing shots with the short amount of daylight we had. She was tactful and professional. We received our flash drive 3 weeks after the wedding and I am so happy with the result. Unfortunately, our daughter had to be in the NICU for longer than we expected. I rescheduled our photos 3-4 times because we kept thinking she would be released. Every time I emailed them to reschedule they were incredibly understanding and empathetic. She took all the money before the session started and totally dumped our rare, once-in-a-lifetime family gathering, including our daughter's first photo shoot. The photographer promised delivery within three weeks but has since ignored all calls and emails. It's been 40 days, and we've received nothing.
