I was promised a full refund by the owner that would take 3-5 days to promise. The refund never came. I proceeded to try to contact this company both through the company contact information and the owner from December 5th - February 9th. I finally received a text from the owner on the 9th that she was on bedrest and I would get my return when she was out of the hospital. (Important to note that she was actively filming videos out and about on social media during this time). I then tried to get in contact with her more. I finally heard from her again on May 1st. She told me that she just got off maternity leave and "was hoping to get some business closed by next week." It is now August and I am back to being ignored. I thought I was being kind by giving her time because I know life happens but she stole from me and I'm beyond disappointed. I would stay away. A lack of values and morals is a huge red flag for me in any business.

Sometimes they inexplicably wouldn't vacuum any carpets, often left pet hair on furniture, used dirty cloths to wipe white sills leaving black smears, etc. Twice they broke delicate items of decor (only *once* notifying us because we were home and heard the crash). The second time they just tossed the broken item in the garbage. So they are a bit careless in their haste. Then they just stopped coming. Don't think we are difficult clients in any way- we quietly accepted any "oversights" as it was easier than cleaning ourselves given our work schedules. We never complained, always greeted them politely, always paid in cash. No incident precipitated the ghosting and no communication or notice was ever received. Just *poof*, never to be heard of. While confused and slightly surprised, I wasn't overly upset about the mysterious breakup. You could do worse, but you could do better for the money.

I asked if he could come by our house anytime that week to give us a quote for two jobs. If the numbers seemed good, we would need the job done by the end of the following week. Peter said this would be no problem and that he would come by the house at the latest by the weekend. Just to be safe, I called on Friday (as he did not come during the week) to confirm that he would be coming on Saturday or Sunday. He asked to text pictures of our patio and said he might be able to come that day but if not to call him Saturday morning (the next day) to confirm a time. As requested I called on Saturday morning. No one picked up so I left a message and never heard back. He never came. He never followed up. We never got a quote or any response after multiple confirmations. Peter even said that they would most likely be able to do the job by the deadline as they weren't very busy that week. This is bad customer service at its finest. Telling a customer you are going to do something and not doing it is what you can expect from this company. I guess they don't want our service/money. Find another company. Don't give bad business owners business.

This company was amazing. The people were so nice and professional and my carpets look amazing. They had to take one area rug out to clean. I had an unexpected obligation pop up in the morning and called to reschedule the delivery. They said they were just finishing up nearby and could be right over and quickly arrived to put the carpet back down and all my furniture back just as it was. I was able to rush out the door to do what I had to do. It was so wonderful of them to accommodate me. I will always use them going forward.
