This OG brewery is the bees knees. Situated on a large parcel of land (165 farmland acres to be exact). They've got an events hall, goats, a grotto, an inn (cabins on property for rent), playground for kids, and tons and tons of seating. Family-friendly and dog-friendly. They stress all dogs be leashed and have multiple signs advising this. Too bad a fellow patron ignored the rules with his off-leash dog who decided to wander over to us. After me telling him several times to leash his dog, his wife finally did it. I mean come on. I'm not going to let one bad apple ruin the review. It's not the fault of the brewery. This is such a cool, rustic, idyllic setting. They get extremely busy on the weekends but staff are fast and friendly with getting pour orders up. More than ample seating available. There's just so much available. Even with a lot of people in attendance, the amount of land allows for quieter areas should you choose so. The open fields have trees for shading as well. A couple of bathrooms across the property make it so you don't have to walk far from wherever you're located. I personally love the vintage Airstream converted to a bathroom. Well two actually, the Airstream has a men's and women's room. The covered patios are also large and have a dance hall vibe. Live music and deejays perform from under the covered patios. Food truck onsite (their own) & pizzas are made onsite too. The food looked really good though we didn't try any. We shared two pours (2-half pours) that were amazing. One was a sour which I don't normally like. This one, I liked. The table beer was perfectly refreshing on a hot summer day. Also had a hibiscus mint iced tea=yum. The beers are so special. Like the best of the best in craft beer world. Beers are made with water from their well and native wild yeast. The grains are locally sourced and certified organic. Other ingredients like fruit, herbs, etc. all come from Hill Country. You can absolutely taste the difference. Fantastic products and visit. Note: Because it's in the country and off the beaten path, the roads and parking lots aren't the best. Dusty with lots of rocks and deep holes. Be careful not to drive more than 5 mph.

AWESOME PLACE! My husband and I have been wanting to come out here for years, and we finally made it with dog and toddler in-hand. This place is so cool! Quiet countryside with plenty of space to really space out- my favorite! There's a kids playground area, tables in a field, tables in the beer garden under the shade of trees, and tables "inside" a long barn that has live music and TVs (and heaters). The whole place is dog friendly and just friendly. There is a goat barn which you can do a walk with them, but no one seemed to be doing it on the day we came. It's a paradise whether you have kids, dogs, or not. 50/50 shade for the summers but on beautiful days it's the perfect setting! Now the beer- amazing!! All of it! The IPAs really hone in on the flavors and not the bite. I would say they're beautiful IPAs- they do it right. We will definitely suggest this place to all of our friends and family and plan to come back!

From the moment I got here, there was one word that came to mind- idyllic. It's the only way to describe a place that perfectly embodies the Hill Country of Texas and one place I will put in my top 10 for breweries. Beer- I had the Sasha (named after the house dog) which is a Hazy IPA and delicious. I also tried their Pilsner which was good Goat Walk- an absolute must while here (and it's available). What better way to view the sunset walking around with 73 goats, a beer in hand while you learn about this amazing property. Food- I dropped the ball and didn't order any but it looked amazing. (Just another reason to come back) This place was on my national bucket list for a reason and I'm so glad it lived up to my hype :)

We stopped here on our way to Fredericksburg around 3pm, and the weather was absolutely perfect. The place sits on a huge lot with plenty of space to walk around, relax, and enjoy the scenery. All of the seating is outdoors, which made it even better for the beautiful weekend we were having. You can order at the counter or scan a QR code at your table to order and pay, then just wait for your name to be called. We ordered a couple of pints and some pizzas to share. The wood-fired pizza was honestly amazing. We tried the Pekel pizza, which has pickles on it. It sounds strange but just trust it!!! We also got a classic pepperoni that was fire! My boyfriends a fit king and ordered a salad and he really enjoyed that as well. Great beer, great pizza, and a beautiful location. Definitely worth the stop.

We got here around 2 o'clock on a Monday afternoon and found it to be a little quiet. They have a lot of parking available. It is off of the beaten Path so it is dirt road. They are located on a huge farm so there's tons of open field for kids to run around and play they also have a little play area for the kids as well. There's plenty of seats so if you have a large group, definitely a great location to bring them to. They do have a good selection of beers as well as ciders. They also have a kitchen so you can order food as well and while we didn't order food, everything that came out smelled really good. My husband got the black metal which is a dark lager and he really enjoyed it. I tried two of the ciders and both of them were delicious.

I think the trick to going anywhere where it might get busy is to go on a Monday or Tuesday. On our way back from a trip to Fredericksburg, we stopped at Jester King and loved it! We were able to walk around while we waited for our pizza to be finished. All of the staff we encountered were very nice and accommodating. It was such a nice place to enjoy a great beer and great pizza.

We're currently dining at Jester King Brewery, and so far, it's making a great first impression. The space is huge -- tons of room to spread out, with ample parking right out front. It's also very dog-friendly, which is a big plus for us. We brought three dogs with us. There are lots of seating options scattered throughout the grounds, all covered, so you can comfortably enjoy the outdoors without baking in the sun. The menu is impressive and diverse. Between the wood-fired pizzas, food trucks, and an extensive drink selection, there's something for everyone. We spent a few hours on the lake earlier today and decided to finally make the trip out here, since Jester King is a bit out of the way from where we live in Austin. It ended up being the perfect time to visit. I'll update this review once we've had a chance to try the food and drinks -- but so far, the vibes are on point.

If by some miracle I'm able to find the energy to drive 30-45 minutes outside of Austin, I will make sure I got to Jester King. This is such a great and amazing place to take people for the first time. Being out in the sticks, it's a very immersive experience and you get to see all the goats on the farm. If you want a country ranch vibe, this is the place to go. The property is so big and there's so much to see and explore while you wait for your food to be ready. And now on to the food. Everything here is amazing. They are masters of pizza. Every single one is made with care and ingenuity. The different toppings and sauces are all so good and you can taste how fresh the crust is since they cook it in a classic pizza oven. Their house hot honey is also an amazing addition to any dish.

Jester King Brewery is a place where dreams are made of. Delicious beers and goats like absolutely yes! The location is gorgeous, truly beautiful Texas country side. I tried the satyr beer which was your regular ole light Pilsner and their auguste cerise cider. Both were delicious. This place has a lot of charm.

Unique beers, great pizza, and Hill Country vibes -- a must-visit Austin experience Jester King is more than just a brewery -- it's a destination. Located about 30 minutes outside downtown Austin, it's set on a beautiful stretch of Hill Country land with picnic tables, goat pastures, trails, and lots of open space to roam. It's super family- and dog-friendly, and the whole place has a relaxed, rustic charm. The beer is truly one-of-a-kind. They specialize in wild ales, farmhouse styles, and fruit-forward sours. If you like funky, complex brews, you'll be in heaven. Atrial Rubicite and Le Petit Prince are standouts. If you're new to their lineup, the staff is happy to offer suggestions or samples. Food comes from Stanley's Farmhouse Pizza on-site -- wood-fired, thin crust, and packed with flavor. We had the sausage and mushroom pizza and it paired perfectly with the saison I was drinking. Service was friendly and laid-back. It's mostly counter service, and everything feels casual and welcoming. There's also a bottle shop if you want to take something special home. Pro tip: Go earlier in the day if you want to avoid lines or snag limited-release bottles. It can get busy on weekends, especially during nice weather. Whether you're a beer nerd, nature lover, or just want to chill outside with a pizza and a pint, Jester King is well worth the trip.

Jester King Brewery in Austin Texas was such a vibe! They had live music, great beer (of course!), and even animals roaming around the farm setting was so cute. There were plenty of seats to relax and take it all in. We ordered the supreme pizza with their focaccia bread and wow, everything tasted so fresh. The prices were reasonable and they had a variety of beer, wine and cider. I really loved the grafter blanc cider I ended up buying a bottle to go! Perfect spot to hang out, enjoy good food, and soak up the atmosphere. Highly recommend! If I'm ever in Austin I would definitely visit

Are the pizzas intended to be one per person, or shared? We're pre-ordering and it's our first time here.

Haha, depends on how hungry you are! I'd say they are definitely shareable as a small meal between two people, or you may have a slice or two leftover if want to take one on alone. We usually get a pizza each so we can try different flavor…

What is the process for getting ID'd/checking in currently? Some posts say check-in is required, but under FAQ's it says checking in is not required.

Yes they check ID and give you a wristband so you don't have to show ID every time. Not seeing the issue unless your trying to drink underage...

    Is place kid friendly?

    Yes!

What soap do they use in their restroom? I love how it smells lol

Hi Liz, we use Meyers hand soap, basil scent. Cheers!

I haven't been since Stanley's closed. Is the concept still the same with the old Stanley's serving pizza and beer with large pavilion seating? Still order in same location?

Yes! I saw several dogs there.

Because of the holiday, the place wasn't that crowded.  Lots of folks going in and out of doors, so there were quite a few flies inside. We were seated immediately and given our card to post when we were ready to order. As noted in other yelp reviews, there wasn't a real clear explanation given about the posting of the "we're ready to order card," but we figured out that it goes in the small metal holder on top of the paper towel stand on the table.  Cudos for the perforated paper towels, we've been to other similar restaurants where the paper towels are not perforated, making it very difficult to tear off a sheet or two. We stopped two different servers to ask questions about several items on the menu before we ordered, both were generally unaware of how food was being prepared and put together in the kitchen.  What is sofrito rice?  "Uh, it's red rice, I don't know what's in it."  What are myacoba refried beans?  "Uh, beans that are mashed up."  You get the picture... Ultimately, we were able to order food and a flight of beers.  We ordered the brisket tacos and the flauta basket (electing to have 4 of the chicken flautas).  The food was excellent, ingredients very fresh, flavor profiles well developed, a little bit of heat in everything.  The brisket tacos were probably some of the best we've ever had!  The flautas were just downright decadent.  Rolled tortillas, deep fried, topped with charred jalapeno avocado salsa, pico de gallo, crema and cotija cheese.  Delicious! For our beer flight, we sampled each of the wild craft beers (ingredients foraged from the property and put in the beer) and the red pale ale.  I must say the wild craft beers were different, we liked the nope ale the best, it was almost like a rose wine.  The red pale ale was very good. Bottom Line:  service, average;  food, excellent;  beer, just OK.  We did not have a "gotta go back there" experience at Beerburg Brewing.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was significantly overshadowed by the numerous restrictions and limitations that made planning and executing the event far more difficult than we had anticipated. We fully understand that every venue has rules and policies that must be respected. However, the limitations imposed were far more restrictive than expected and made it difficult for us to provide the experience we had envisioned for our guests. Throughout the planning process and during the event itself, it became clear that there were many operational restrictions that were not disclosed prior to signing the contract. These restrictions were only communicated after we had already made our deposits. While we understand the importance of venue policies, greater transparency from the beginning--or a more flexible approach--would have allowed us to make better-informed decisions and avoid unnecessary stress. We expected to work with a team that would collaborate with us to ensure the event ran smoothly. Instead, we were consistently met with numerous restrictions that significantly limited our ability to deliver the event we had planned. Some of the restrictions we encountered included the prohibition of indoor cold sparklers, dry ice effects, and even a custom dance floor decal in the center of the dance floor. We were also not permitted to install any decorations on the ceiling or walls. Additionally, we were required to keep the music at a very low volume. We were specifically told that if the volume was increased, the event would be stopped. This warning was delivered by the venue administrator who was overseeing the event. Unfortunately, the administrator's attitude throughout the event was disappointing. She was uncooperative, appeared visibly annoyed at all times, and interacted with us in a manner that made us feel as though she was doing us a favor by allowing us to use the venue, rather than recognizing that we had paid a significant amount to rent the facility. Her demeanor was unprofessional and detracted from what should have been a joyful and memorable celebration.

We paid a per-person price and it included the catering, the tables & chairs, all of the cutlery/plates/linen napkins/chargers, the table cloths, the table decor (excluding floral), additional venue decor, and the setup AND clean up of EVERYTHING. We opted to pay a little extra to have Marlana as our day-of coordinator, but she was in constant communication with us from the very beginning. All of this seriously made our experience such a breeze and we are so grateful! Hunter, the venue owner, is so sweet and very accommodating! Every time we brought up a concern with her, she was quick to make adjustments and solve any problems that came our way. We are beyond grateful for her support and flexibility!!! Marlana, our coordinator, went above and beyond!! She recommended a local, inexpensive DJ who we ended up booking - we had an incredible experience with Milo! She was so knowledgeable and helpful when it came to me sourcing additional decor items I needed, such as fake flowers since I'm allergic to real ones. She also was EXTREMELY knowledgeable when guiding us through the wedding ceremony, the timeline for the entire day and even got in touch with all of our vendors to ensure that they knew when they needed to arrive. I am especially grateful for Marlana and her dedication to making my dream wedding a reality. Both Hunter and Marlana did an incredible job of preparing for everything ahead of time, which contributed to the success of our big day! We legitimately had no hiccups and I truly believe that it's due to all of Hunter and Marlana's communication, hard work and commitment to making our day as special as possible. THANK YOU TIMES A MILLION to the team at The Terrace Club!!! We appreciate y'all! 11/10 recommend that you book your wedding at The Terrace Club!

The Terrace Club was my wedding venue for my January 4, 2026 wedding. Now that I finally received…read moresome items I had left there, I can write my review. I'm giving this venue 2 stars, and to be clear, that rating is entirely due to the coordination services I paid extra for--not the venue itself. The property is genuinely beautiful. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces made for a stunning wedding backdrop, and everything was well-kept. Hunter, the owner, was also a pleasure to work with--professional, kind, and clearly invested in the venue. The base package we booked (which did not include coordination) was a good value for what was provided. Unfortunately, the $2,000 I spent on the 90-day coordination service was, without exaggeration, the worst money I spent on my entire wedding. We were told this was a 90-day coordination package, but aside from the standard décor meeting that is already included for all couples, there were essentially no services provided until about six weeks before the wedding. This was incredibly misleading and not what was promised. Our coordinator, Marlana, was consistently unprepared for meetings--repeatedly asking questions I had already answered and pushing back on details that were important to me. The timeline she created completely ignored my priorities, leaving only 45 minutes for dancing despite me clearly stating that was my number one focus. I ultimately had to create and manage the timeline myself, which defeats the entire purpose of paying for coordination. On the wedding day, the lack of professionalism and organization became impossible to ignore. I was directing vendors and answering questions during my own photos. Even my photographer had to come to me multiple times because they were given an incorrect timeline. Marlana was nowhere to be found during key moments like getting ready and photos--times when a coordinator should be most present. Basic service elements were also neglected. The soda bar was unmanned for most of the night, the champagne tower was never distributed to guests, and water stations were repeatedly empty. These are fundamental responsibilities that should not require constant oversight from the bride or her family. The dance floor moved like it was going to break the whole night. The comments about the lay out being excluding are also accurate but we knew it may be that way when we signed. To make matters worse, I was never informed that tours would be taking place on my wedding day. While I was getting ready with my bridesmaids, a group of strangers nearly walked into the bridal suite because the door was unlocked. My mother had to stop them and tell them it was not an entrance. This was a major breach of privacy and completely unacceptable. The most disturbing moment, however, was when my mother went to find Marlana to address ongoing issues. During that interaction, Marlana put her hands on my mother and told her to "calm down." That is completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and unacceptable behavior in any setting--especially at a wedding where emotions are already high. There is no excuse for putting hands on a guest, let alone the bride's mother. To make matters even more disappointing, my mom ended up doing much of what a coordinator should have been responsible for throughout the day. As the oldest daughter and the first to get married, it was really important to me that she be able to fully enjoy the day. Instead, she was managing issues and filling in gaps for a service I had already paid for, which is incredibly disheartening. Lastly, we accidentally left a few items behind at the venue. That same night, Marlana texted asking what to do with them, and I was told they would be mailed out shortly that week. After hearing nothing, I followed up in mid-February and was told they would be sent the next day, but again, nothing was sent. It wasn't until mid-March that I was finally notified a package had been shipped, and I received it around March 18--over two months after my wedding. While I understand it was ultimately my responsibility not to leave items behind, the communication around this was completely misleading. Had I been told it would take over two months, I would have made other arrangements. In summary: the venue itself is beautiful and worth considering for the price, but the coordination service was disorganized, unreliable, misleading, and at times completely inappropriate. I strongly caution anyone against paying extra for it.

I came in here with friends and the kids on a Saturday evening to what we didn't expect - SUCH a great night ahead! Every Saturday they have musical bingo with kid friendly and adult prize options. There were like 3 kids birthday celebrations going on to top it off! So, it was pretty busy! Our food took awhile to come out due to my last statement (duh) but wow it was worth the wait. Mostly that Vendoro pizza, which was mouthwatering and devoured instantly (pesto all over the face with no shame). Since it was our first time there we got 3 beer flights and were satisfied with all of the options we had per our bartender's recommendations! I wish I could remember the guy's name that helped us but I'm sure I'll get it once I go again soon! Ah, it was just such a wonderful time. Super wholesome. Super family friendly. Everyone we encountered both customers and other workers around us were all so delightful too. I know I might say it often, but with this place I reeeally am looking forward to coming back again soon.
