I wish I would've saw all of these bad reviews before I bought a car with them. My salesman was Obaid and I think he's also the manager. I paid $8430 for a mini countryman and the check engine light came on the next day. The catalytic converter was bad and they had been resetting it instead of fixing it, the oil and brake fluid needed to be changed. I got the oil and brake fluid changed and called them about the catalytic converter and he said he would fix it and all they did was reset it and told me that it was fixed but if I have anymore problems to bring it back. Now why would I continue to bring it back to them to keep playing in my face and why couldn't they just repair the car properly? To make a long story short, I used the last I had to purchase my daughter first car and I'm out of money and pretty much stuck with this car. I'll just give an update on mine that I bought. I took it for an inspection a week after purchase and paid 7k in repairs. Major issues like emergency break in pieces and safety bags not operable. Whatever paid for that. So December was when that happened, late April the check engine light came on for misfires. Took it back to the Nissan dealership replaced ignition coils the whole clutch package and their was a transmission leak. Anotjer 7k. A week after the shop while driving the car stopped accelerating and stalled. Now waiting to see what that is. I say all this to say I have basically paid for a new car and I was lucky I had just got back pay and could do it but it's looking more and more that I will have to trash it with 27,000 loss and a lot of people can't absorb that kind of crap. I can't really either and Nobody wants to throw away money no matter how much you may have. I implore you to not be like me and I see others who have had similar situations on the internet. I bought my 2008 BMW 335i almost a year ago from Greg Gran. This is the second car I purchased from this dealership since the Acura TL was totaled out when an idiot in a raised truck cut me off. That car was also a gem and I was sad to see it go... but love the BMW much more! This sports coup is pure joy to drive, and it came with run-flat tires that I had ZERO experience with. I did the research AFTER the car was shipped to me from GA to VT ($650) and found that these high-performance tires were the best you could get in this category, so that was a very pleasant surprise, and they DO PERFORM, especially with the option to down shift without a clutch in either full automatic or the manual. What a GREAT TRANSMISSION DESIGN! The only issues I've had in a year were 1) a slow leak in the coolant, which was virtually eliminated with a half can of Bar's Leaks 1186 Liquid Aluminum Stop Leak - 16.9 oz. and an occasional top off of about 36 oz. every twelve hundred miles or so of the proper anti-freeze... 2) The second issue remains unresolved because the BMW experts (not Jet Auto) shipped the wrong part for the windshield washer tank. (See picture) As it turns out the coup and the 4-door sedan use different sized tanks, and I will fix this again when I get tired of adding a half gallon (~$2) every two or three weeks. When I keep the tank half full the leak isn't as fast so I'm guessing the point of failure must be above that level. 3) I do find myself checking and filling these "run-flat tires" every few weeks and before any long trips. I do drive aggressively from time to time since we have some beautiful mountainous slalom roads up here and prefer to keep these tires at the recommended PSI (35R and 32F) just to be safe. The few pounds I need to put in may be from potholes or just the turns this car takes so magnificently. What a joy to drive! I have ZERO complaints with Jete Auto and Greg who did a superb job AGAIN for me and on SHORT NOTICE! After doing my research before buying this vehicle, I had budgeted $2,500 a year as "normal maintenance" expenses. I am so far below that $ figure that I decided to treat "Blue" to a new windshield since the rubber seal around it had begun to dry rot and flake, which after 16 years I didn't consider that to be an issue whatsoever and am now enjoying the perfect view. I've rambled on long enough but after seeing some of the poor (and perhaps unfair) reviews, decided I needed to add my 2 cents. Take this as TWO REVIEWS since I spent 5 months looking for the 1st car Greg sold me and probably that many DAYS the second time around since he had already earned my trust and respect. Being able to shop nationwide and absorb the shipping cost allows us all to get cleaner RUST-FREE vehicles from areas far outside regions like here in in the Northeast. I strongly Regret not having Jet take it somewhere else for an independent inspection. Even just knowledgeable Eyes would have easily seen the Main (not only) Problem: Very bad RUST at the bottom of one door, visible when door is opened up. - it's destroyed/eaten several square inches sheet metal, and I don't think it can even be cut out and replaced. Bought our teen son a 2010 X5. First of all, their inventory is great. They were honest with us about the vehicle and gave us an option of a car they had in the back as well. When they brought the car we were looking at up for us to test drive we couldn't believe our eyes. It looked so nice and well taken care of, especially after we had seen 3 other crappy ones in the same price range from other dealerships earlier in the day. I was looking for a very specific vehicle: an X5 diesel with third row and when it popped up on Autotrader, I called immediately and made a fair offer over the phone and left a $500 deposit. Due to my busy retail work schedule, I was unable to take delivery for ten days, so Jet held the car for me and when I arrived it was spotless and cleaned for a test drive. I was in and out in under an hour, including the test drive. The X5 ended up being nicer then I could have imagined, and over a month later I'm still giddy. 2010 bmw x6 i50 purchase First ill give the Good. The inventory is great. they have a lot to choose from in the world of BMW. Also if you want a "fast sale" they are all about that. very ready to get to the next customer. now the rest. Take a Mechanic. unless you are a mechanic or are extremely familiar with vehicles don't try to find all the issues on your own. i had a virtual walkthrough (first mistake) and everything was not able to really be shown. when the sales guy OJ was showing me the car the TPMS was on. he says in the walkthrough "on that's just on because it got cold and then warm. now this does happen in my other BMW but when i received it the system says TPMS malfunction. and its not able to be reset. their response? well it has custom wheels on it so that might be it. (it doesn't have custom wheels the factory ones are painted) then it was "well you can buy those they don't cost that much" within a week of getting the vehicle one of the belts began squealing. they did ship me the parts but would not do anything for labor as i was out of town. there was a vibration that happens at about 50-55mph i found 2 vin numbers on the vehicle and had to get the other researched. when they showed me the GPS they showed the active screen but when i tried to use it, it didn't work. their answer...you need to get a dvd to update the maps. we all know even with old maps it still works. one of the seats was broken. It didnt have floor mats here is the thing. at the end of the day i know the game of buying a used car. out of town. i get it. but at least try and provide some customer service. i now will not reccomend them to my BMW friends. i really wanted to. because they have a great selection. but now. here i am. look elsewhere if you have to. and if you do, BRING A MECHANIC! read more

We purchased an X5 from Jet Auto Sales only a few months ago. When we were looking to purchase we asked if we could take the vehicle to a BMW service center to have it inspected at our expense. We were told that this was not an option and that their service center had already inspected the vehicle and assured us everything was in great condition. Within a couple days, we noticed the vehicle had a major oil leak, backup sensor had failed, and the check engine light came on with a warning on the dash saying "engine malfunction, reduced power. " We took the vehicle to the bmw service center twice and put more money into the vehicle to repair it than we paid for the vehicle itself. The bmw center told us there was absolutely no way that the dealer would not have caught this because the piece that had to be replaced was absolutely covered in oil which would have been obvious to anyone who would have actually inspected the car. We feel cheated by this company and had even told them our concerns within 48 hours of purchase, but were shrugged off by the sales person. Clearly they were only focused on the sale. Highly recommend not wasting your time or money here. Wish we had never purchased from them when they gave us the first red flag to not let us get it inspected by a certified bmw service center. read more

My 92 Celica finally needed more repairs than it was worth, so the room-mate convinced me to go car shopping. I looked at five different Celicas in my area, and the 2001 silver GT-S at Jet's was the last one I looked at. It had the least miles for the money, was in okay shape, and the test drive went well so the roomie gave his approval on getting it. I'm on 100% disability, so he paid cash for the car and I will pay him back. I hadn't gone 10 miles off the lot when it stalled out and died. Would not crank. Jet's mechanics came out, realized there was a problem, and told me they would take it back to the shop and call me when it was fixed - and that they would deliver it to me if needed. That was Saturday, the 3rd. Monday I call, get a text saying they'll call me right back. They didn't. Tuesday I call to inquire and Jet tells me it's a bad fuel pump, they're going to replace it, and yes they can deliver it to me. He tells me he will call me at 1 pm the next day (Wednesday). He did not call me. I called him. He says their delivery driver can drop my car off the following day (today, Thursday the 8th) in the evening. He tells me he will call me a couple of hours beforehand. He does not call. I call him once again at fifteen till five this evening, and he tells me the delivery driver will call me an hour before he heads out and the car will be here by 9 pm. It's not here. It's 9:20 pm at the time of my typing this out. And now that I've gone through the reviews (Google), I no longer have such a good feeling about this car. I do not have a way of going because my 92 is dead, and I do not have a way to get to the lot because my roomie works 12-hour shifts and he's working Saturday. This is NOT how you do business with someone, guys. I trusted you to keep your word to me about calling and you did not. I trusted you would deliver my car, and you have not. At this point, I'm wondering if my car is even fixed. I don't like writing reviews like this, but my hand is forced now. If my car isn't delivered in running condition with the shutting off issue solved, the roomie and I may see about getting this reversed and his money back. The cars I looked at weren't perfect, but at least I'd have it if I'd bought one of them instead! EDIT: the car was not delivered until 0640am. Delivery driver not the nicest person, lied about what time it would actually be here. Car is NOT FIXED. Pulled camshaft position sensor code immediately. It stranded me today. Just purchased a 2011 BMW X5 from this place cash BTW and I have not driven it more than 100 miles and the there is fuel pump malfunction and the truck will not start. This is very alarming to me especially when they claim to be a BMW repair center. If you are considering this place, do your pre-inspections before you purchase a vehicle from here. I was in love with this truck but I have not been able to enjoy it yet because of this issue. Nice guys but BUYER BEWARE. UPDATE: Just spoke to the service manager and he basically said to bring the truck in to have them diagnose it. I repeatedly told him the vehicle does not start so I can put in neutral to have towed somewhere. He goes on to tell me to climb under the vehicle to do something. I am a dialysis patient, what do I look like getting under a truck. This has turned into a complete nightmare and I regret ever purchasing from this place. If I could rate a zero I would. We bought a BMW from Jet Auto Sales and the motor went out 36 days after the sale, called back and got the complete run around from the so-called service manager who would not give his last name and claimed that he did not know the owner's name of Jet Auto Sales. We did speak to Greg who said they would work it out which never happened. Look you would think that these guys would want to do good business and just be FAIR!! we understand that we bought a used car but the motor going out 36 days after the sale is not right. I would think, if any one of these Salespeople, Service managers, or anyone else who works at this lot had the same thing happen to them they would feel that they have been cheated and treated unfairly, even the recommended finance company that Greg sent us to said the same thing these guys are wrong!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. RIPOFFS Purchased a AMG55 GWagon on May 1, 2019 with a cashiers check for 41K. 2 Subsequent personal checks were given to pay remaining balance. Totaling 49K. I have had issues since I've purchased this vehicle that was advertised as immaculate condition and no mechanical issues. Over 8K has been spent in repairs and I've only driven the car for an average 3 months since purchase. Issues started only 5 days after driving off the lot. In sequence the issues are detailed: Spoke to dealership on or about May 6 as the air went out and wasn't working. They informed me to bring it back. I took it back. On or about May 10, the rigged up mechanical taped up bumper fell completely off. The company that I had installing the premium auto system with navigation, that was in the advertisement displayed as already in there, zip tied the bumper on for me to drive it to them. I notified the dealership of this issue. I had to return it to dealership on May 13 for this problem to be fixed. On or about May 20th driver side rear window regulator went out. Contacted dealership and they advised me to bring it in. The window was "fixed". On or about June-July I contacted dealership to tell them the air went out again. Instead of taking it to them I took it to my local mechanic shop. This shop couldn't find a leak of antifreeze but stated it was low. They corrected the problem temporarily but the air is still not fixed. The dealership was aware of this. Based on the issues determined by Mercedes South Atlanta, I took the vehicle to my local mechanic shop H3 Automotive who were able to rectify the valve gasket issue but wasn't able to repair the tire hub assembly. Based on information from both my local mechanic and Mercedes South, I didn't drive the vehicle much as I was informed that if I got a flat tire, the tire wouldn't be able to be changed, the tire hub assembly would have to be performed which I was quoted () and I didn't have the money to fix it had I run into an issue. On October 16, driver side window regulator went out. Had to get it repaired with my local mechanic shop. November 18 I was driving when I stopped for a gas refill, the truck malfunctioned and wouldn't restart. I was right across from my local mechanic shop who looked at the issue but couldn't determine what caused it. Had vehicle towed to Mercedes. They changed out a fuse and I picked up vehicle on or about November 26. On or about December 9, truck encountered the same similar issue. Vehicle was towed to Mercedes to have issue rectified. Was advised I needed a starter. I had vehicle towed from Mercedes to my local mechanic shop, Eagles Landing Import Specialist, specializing in foreign cars. The truck was in their possession for about 4 weeks. Notes are included from dealership. I contacted Jet Auto Sales to inform them of all the issues with this "immaculate vehicle" that I hadn't even been able to drive for more than 15 days without malfunctioning one way or another. Manager Amanat Khan was not cooperative and refused to talk to me professionally. I then spoke to owner "Jet" who told me several things but not owning up to selling me a vehicle with false advertising which is what I stated to Mr Khan. On or about January 30, I picked up vehicle from Eagles Landing. While driving, the driver rear window regulator that was supposed to be fixed back in May 2019, went out again. I called the dealership to inform them of the issue because the window should still be under warranty. Amanat Khan is who I spoke to who said he would have the owner speak to me about rectifying the issue. From January 30 to March 9 I have been contacting the dealership and being told every time to either hold on for owner "Jet" or that he would call me back. I've left voicemails as well. I will have to get this window fixed out of pocket. This company will not respond to my concerns after selling me a rigged up vehicle. I'm seeking remedy for all monetary damages associated with repairs and tow companies. read more

Purchased an X5 diesel from them, flew in from out of state to purchase it. When I looked the car over saw some bodywork that was fresh and wasn't disclosed. The bigger issue was less then 50 miles from the dealership, the malfunctions started popping up, Check Engine, TPM malfunction, engine malfunction. I nursed the car home, took it to the dealer and when they integrated the fault memory, saw the codes had been stored previously and just had been cleared rather than addressing the issue. I totally understand I bought a used car as is, but they also sold a car with issues that had been covered up (codes had been erased the same day I picked up the car. I eventually purchased my BMW 330i from another dealership for a great price with low miles. Doing my car review i was informed by the owner of Jet Auto Sales that they do repairs at a fair and reasonable price. Since I purchased my BMW 330i 2-year ago, I have only taken my BMW to BMW dealership where I purchased it. My warranty went out and I need repairs for an oil leak and transmission leak. I thought about Jet Auto Sales and called the owner, he immediately informed me to bring my car to them for the work; which I agreed to do after speaking with him about the repair cost for my car. I knew inside, that the repair cost was too good to be true. I dropped my car off at Jet Auto Sales on Tuesday; after 4-days of calling him to get an update; the owner informed me that my car needed diagnosis to see where the leaks were coming from and explain the process to me. He informed me to call him back later that day for a status update. When I called him, he formed me that the car was ready for pick-up. WHAT! How? What did you do? The owner informed me that the car did not have a transmission leak, it had an oil leak, and they replace a fuel sensor for no additional cost. What! OMG! I was so excited that I did not have to pay an additional cost. I knew the price was tooooooooooooo good to be true. I spoke with the owner and picked up my car up the next day. The battery was dead, and the owner reinsured me that the repairs were minor, and the car is perfect with no issues. The battery was dead. I got a jump and left. Two weeks later my radiator blew out. I can fix this minor issue as I have done in the past. When I removed the radiator, I noticed that I had a different upper pulley on my car from the one I paid the dealership where I purchased my car from. As I examined my car further from the engine to the exhaust, I noticed several parts were replaced with worn auto parts and off the market auto parts. Example of Replaced Auto parts: All engine hoses, upper and lower pullies, serpentine belt, intake manifold, spark plugs, ignition coils, and ignition assembly. I immediately called the owner and informed him of what I have discovered. He informed me that his shop person did not swap any auto parts on my car. Whatever! I have receipts for the new auto parts i purchased. Watch these motherfuckers. These Arabs got me. Now, I will have to replace all the fucking auto parts again. Based on the reviews I read I did a ton of research on the vehicle I wanted well before I even contacted these guys. The answers I received were par for the course for a dealership that may not practice the most reputable practices. When I called, I knew the answers to the questions that I was asking before I asked the question. However the answers I got were typical, very dismissive in the fact that they try to disguise certain issues that may exist and even how long they've had the vehicle. Some of the answers I received were some of the same answers I've seen them post on other reviews. Which at some point begins to sound like they're reading off a script. Most likely they require vehicles fix them just good enough to get them out of there and hope for the best. I assume they get lucky in purchasing some vehicles that actually are mechanically sound, but who has the money to risk on such a thing. This was the best buying experience EVER minus the 2,000 mile drive back to Scottsdale, AZ. Here's why! So I was very picky on what I wanted and searched diligently for months on line for a BMW X5d (Diesel) with the option packages I wanted. I first found a nice white one in Ft Lauderdale and went through the very complicated process of filling out long forms for the $775.00 "documentation fee" and had to scan and email which took me almost an hour not including the time I spent on the phone with the salesman, but mostly his pushy manager. That's what you get with a DEALER. The doc fee basically is a bonus to the salesman and helps with the high cost of the fancy overhead. The FL dealer was also high pressure. Khan was not. Khan was different. Low pressure and easy going, and when he asked me for my credit card number to do the hold deposit over the phone I was a little hesitant but since it was many hundreds cheaper than the I proceeded. He then sent me a receipt to my phone in about 10 seconds and I couldn't believe how EASY that was! I am a VIP member with Bank of America but they screwed up my loan royally so I just went ahead and filled out the application to use Khan's loan company in CA. I also got an 48 month 60,000 warranty that's (almost ) bumper to bumper and to find a warranty at ALL on a used BMW is not easy at all as I found out. So I got a cheap flight to ATL from PHX and took a Lyft ride from the airport that cost me $50.00 but Khan paid me cash to reimburse. When I met him in person it was a relief because he was really a great guy, very knowledgeable and I found out he helped our US troops in Afghanistan as a high level Director. Since I've served in Iraq (twice) that means a LOT to me. He is a family man, a true Patriot and is living the American dream working right alongside his cousin who helped start the business in a little sleepy town in the woods of back-road Georgia. He was also VERY responsive on text, often answering within 10 minutes and even from home. His communication with me was outstanding and that was so important travelling so far to pick up this special vehicle. Khan explained the philosophy of their unique niche business. His cousin was a master certified BMW mechanic and had many dozens of hours of high level specialized training including in Germany. Those mechanics make upwards of six figures in busy dealerships because their skill set is so valuable. As for my X5 itself. Well I waited a few months so I could really give you an accurate assessment of how much I truly LOVE this car (or SAV to be exact). This is one of 3 vehicles I own and I truly love driving it. Even though I have close to 90k miles on it now it truly drives like NEW. No squeaks, hesitation, leaks or problems with the engine or the drive-line. The tires were in great shape and the only issue I had was a minor vertical dent that someone else caused when they opened their door too hard. I got it fixed for $200 at a dealer and you can't even tell. There was almost no curb rash on the 20" alloy Sport package rims and I am getting close to 27 MPG when I baby it on the Hwy. It's so fast that i rarely have to use SPORT mode. So just to tell you how good of a deal I got (under $17,000), Bank of American (who I eventually refinanced with for a very low int rate) would have given me almost $5,000.00 MORE on the loan than I needed. Do not buy from these guys! You're not allowed to bring the vehicle to mechanic and they assure you they have a shop on site and thoroughly check every car. We noticed some minor issues we asked them to fix and they agreed. Here we are 8 months later, they've had my car 3 times (over 6 weeks total) and the original issues they promised to fix are still not corrected...or street legal (electrical issues impacting headlights, blinkers, mirrors and windows) and the last time they had my car I got it back with several new problems that didn't exist previously. They claimed to have replaced parts but refuse to produce receipts. I've also had to drop $2700 in additional repairs (including a visit to another shop) for a new radiator and oil leaks. I've driven the car very little (one oil change) since purchasing. I will be reporting them and filing a lawsuit. read more

VERY shady dealer. I wanted to have the car I bought checked out 1st, but Amanat refused to allow. I was walking away from deal; when he offered me a "free" Gold Standard Service Agreement to cover any problems that I may have with the car. So based on that, I bought the car. Once I took the car to dealership to check out, over $6000 in repairs needed. Of course, NOTHING was covered by the Service agreement; and Amanat has ignored my calls and emails since. We traveled from Florida to purchase a BMW from Jet Auto Sales on 08/25/19. Ten days later the air conditioner stopped working. We sent a certified letter to Jet requesting assistance and never received a response. I feel like we were duped and that Jet Auto Sales just wanted to make a quick dollar. These guys purchase broken vehicles from online auctions. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY! They sell BROKEN cars and completely LIE about everything from beginning to end. I flew in all the way from South Florida and ended up paying $37,000 for a broken BMW M6. I have had the car for a total of 1 month. 2 weeks of it has been at the BMW dealership sitting waiting to get fixed. Turbo Lines in the car is leaking! They told me the car was perfect cosmetically. Just normal wear and tear. The carbon fiber roof has a ripped film which costs $2,600 to replace To get it fixed with just the film costs $700. Airbag lights are on after 2 weeks of driving. The owner "Khan" which I'm not even sure is his real name, also kept gushing about the soft closing doors. The driver side works, the passenger side DOES NOT! Another $900 to fix that! You put the car in reverse?! constantly jumps and feels like it's about to pop! The extended warranty they sold me is PURE TRASH! Good for NOTHING! I'm already calling demanding a refund/cancellation. They only cover $75 per hour labor which is ridiculous. They don't even cover most of the items and the owner of Jet Bimmer told me "Just bring the car to the shop and the warranty will cover everything". Well guess what?!
