Spending $7000 to buy a car without the opportunity to slam the doors or kick the tires? Let me cut to the chase to say this: it could not have gone better. If you live in the area and can actually visit, then I think you'll have a great experience as well. Buying a used car from 1750 miles is not for the faint of heart. Everything has to be done over the phone, over the Internet, via FedEx. Is the car as advertised? [Yes, it was exactly as advertised.]. Will the dealer play fair with you, knowing your ability to knock on their door is limited? [Yes, the dealer was the model of professionalism]. Is the dealer responsive to emails and phone calls? [Yes, the dealer was very responsive.] We saw the car listed on the web site. We enquired via email, and received a prompt reply. The car looked great in the photos, and price given its condition [excellent] and mileage [low] was competitive. In our case, Graham didn't dicker much on the price, but we had been looking for this make and model long enough that we felt the asking price was fair. They accepted a down payment over the phone via credit card and then gamely held off the hordes of potential buyers who also wanted the car! We had some back and forth via FedEx to sign the purchase docs, and via FedEx sent them the signed documents and a check for the balance. We made transport arrangements, and Graham handed off the car to the transport company. Five days later it was in our driveway and Graham sent a FedEx with the final paperwork. I recently purchased a 2010 Nissan Titan. I had reservations about the purchase because the handling didn't seem right on the test drive. Tim assured me that he thought it was minor, but with his word he said if I felt their were any major issues, he would take care of it. As always, you take it, you find more wrong, it is a used car. I heard a clicking sound when I turned it, took it to his preferred mechanic and found out it was a major issue and had it repaired as he said he would. I have purchased new cars, used cars, from many dealers, and this was hands down the best experience I have ever had. I have never left a review before, but I had to express how satisfied I was with the entire experience. Tim says that they work so they can have you purchase from them again, and my next vehicle, new or used will come from Graham. Three complaints expanded over three years, tells you something. We bought a car from Graham auto sales a couple of years ago and was very satisfied. Unfortunately an accident occurred and was in need of another vehicle so of course we went to Graham. Once again we looked around chose a vehicle that we liked. We drove it and noticed there was a break issue we were assured that it was just from sitting and it would be fixed. So we put down a good faith payment and a week or so later we went back and got the vehicle, we were told the problem was fixed and it appeared to be fine. A few weeks later we are sitting in a professional garage with the information that the brakes, rotors, calipers and whatever else was gone not to mention the tires were extremely dry rotted but the price does not include tires and the job would cost right at $2000. So of course we called Graham thinking he would take and have his guys fix it. We were told that they would split the cost with us informed to take it to a garage that they use, so we did. Honestly, I thought that they would fix it at their cost since we were told it was fixed when we first got it from them. Well we just called from the garage they use informing us that we owe almost $700 and I said to my husband wow they didn't even fix the front and back that was $1400? And was then advised that Graham only paid $200. Well I may be from the south but $700 and $200 is only $900 and their $200 is not half. I seriously have told so many people about how honest and upstanding to right a wrong I believed them to be, I am sorry to now have to retract my words and my feelings about Graham Auto. I have always been happy dealing with Rick but am very disappointed now. This is the first time we have had put that trust in them to the test and they failed miserably. I certainly know that any future plans of buying or supporting them by actions or word of mouth will not come from me. I'M SHOCKED AND DISAPPOINTED. But find myself in the bind of needing my other vehicle so I'm off to pay $698. read more

Crooks!!! I purchased my first "luxury" car at Graham Auto Sales as a single mom. They told me that it was the owner's personal car and that it was in excellent condition but 20 miles up the street after purchasing it, it smoked, it shook & maked noises. They rigged the car & still has not repaired it! They charged me the highest interest rate possible at a 650 credit score & some type of life insurance over the course of the loan! I'll know better the next time that I purchase a vehicle! Stay FAR away from this dealership!!! read more

The day before his 17th birthday, my son got his first car THANKS TO 2 EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE AT GRAHAM AUTO SALES - RON & RICKY, Loganville, GA right off 78! With 5 kids driving, we needed a reliable and honest place AND THIS IS IT... THEY WON MY LOYALTY! My son had been looking awhile and everyone knows how tedious and frustrating it can be. Furthermore, he only had a certain amount of cash and was very specific about what he wanted. He'd found dealers too high, so he was using private listings. I tapped friends, etc. for dealer connections. He was determined to have it by Jan. 18th, his 17th birthday. On 1/16, we happened upon GRAHAM's. I talked my son into stopping. Wary of car salesmen, esp. used cars, we met RON and RICKY who gave us a price (dealer high); my son gave me his "told you so" look. Then we started talking price and WOW.....had the longest test drive....went back the next day and took it to a good mechanic who assured us it was a GREAT DEAL! With his report and estimate in hand for some minor repairs to be expected, we went back to RON AND RICK, who checked it out, called their mechanic, and voila!!!!!!!!
