Friendly staff, but car was not cleaned well. Several areas around the car were missed and the back of the car was not cleaned at all. Had to re-clean it by hand. Same with the tires and rims. I spent extra and they still didn't get cleaned. Noticed a nice chip in my front fender. I see tipping folks that provide a great service, but don't ask for one upfront. Tips are for doing a great job and for the staff who go above and beyond. It should never be asked for and should never be expected. read more

I have had an absolutely amazing experience every time I've been to this car wash. The staff are responsive, helpful, and generous with their time! I don't have a garage so I regularly have tar on top of my car. Last time I came by, after my first wash, I was scrubbing the top of my car with my own product to try and get the tar off. Dylan, one of the employees here, came over and offered to send me through again for free and use a tar remover with their brushes to pre-wash my car. After that, it was perfectly clean! The same day, I'm the vending machine ate my quarters (RIP) there was nothing they could do and I was a bit annoyed. The employee that was helping me came back out with a free car wash voucher saying "he didn't want me to leave empty handed." So thoughtful and a great recovery. While visiting today, another employee - Nick - came by and wiped off the back of my car and my license after my wash. Such sweet service. I'm now a dedicated client! read more

Mister car wash was not very helpful in problem solving. I got charged twice for the same vehicle. Called talked to JD he said I had to call an 800#, did that & problem wasn't solved. Drove to Mister car wash talked to JD, I had to wait for the manager wasn't sure what time. I also was on Mister car wash website wasn't much help. I need my problem solved. Equipment @ this business is amazing!! Ofcourse it's all shiny & new now, but we're extremely hopeful that others take care of it & the owners maintain this business. 5 star equipment! We love the handy tools like the super cool crevice vacuum attachment, the little gun looking blower (this thing is super powerful for getting crime & dirt out of vents etc). The service, I'm giving 2 stars (and that's extremely generous) the young guys working here, on all three occasions we've been in so far, have always had sidebar conversations going on, extremely disconnected from working, have refused to say hello at all (on all occasions) and are not self aware of the clients having mirrors that can see them acting ridiculous. I hope the owner gets control of the type of behavior that they do/don't allow. It's been pretty bad & really I'm being generous in that area considering. We'll still go back & support the business again, & hope it improves. The equipment is awesome, but if the young guys continue to be smart butts, we'll go back to our previous car wash. read more

We have had a monthly membership for well over a year. We have been happy until the last few months. Multiple parts are broken and the manager is full of excuses. After waiting patiently and getting plenty of sarcastic lip from the manager , we just canceled our membership. It's really too bad because it used to be well run and worth the extra drive and extra money. We will be looking for a better service. read more

Thought I would try this car wash again today. It has so gotten worse. They didn't even spray the spots to help in getting the bugs off. Also no towels to dry the car off. Vacuums were also not working very well - they barely were able to vacuum the dirt off the car mats. Total waste of money. read more

I wish I could give ZERO stars! April 2, 2021 the employees were funneling cars in way too close together. I wish I had listened to my better judgment and asked them to wait to put me in the car wash but I thought "They must know what they are doing" and I wrongfully trusted them. I was the last of four cars that was involved in an accident INSIDE of the car wash itself. I followed the directions, "Hands off the steering wheel. Foot off the break. Car in neutral." The carwash conveyor belt rammed my car into the back of another car and they refused to accept responsibility for damages. If I am not operating my vehicle because the machine is, how is this my fault? The manager said a car stopped just outside of the carwash and caused the pile up. Police said it was private property and they could not give a ticket. Therefore, I am out a $250 deductible and car rental for the repairs on my 1 year old car? How do they feed us in the carwash so that 5 cars are inside the machine at once so that when the 5th is just exiting there is no margin of error? You only do that if you are busy and trying to get people in and out fast without regard to safety. How do they not turn off the machine when they see the first car stop or the cars start to collide? Because they were not monitoring closely! I understand I assume responsibility when I enter the carwash if minor damages occur. However, I do not assume responsibility when I am following their instructions and their conveyer belt forces me to run into another car because of their poor judgment and neglect! Why do they have insurance if they are not going to take care of their customers when they are responsible for my damage? And the manager was not very helpful and made us wait a long time before he even came out to speak to us and ask us what happened (like he didn't have cameras). Then he promptly told us we could leave and call our insurance companies without even contacting the police for us. (I called the police, by the way) read more

I was so excited to try new FourSeasons carwash in Athens, Ga. I bought the ten dollar special with tire shine. My tires shine was missing many spots where it looked funny. The front of my 2016 Rav toyoto still had bug spots all over the front area. They need to have someone out there to explain more info. The staff was real unfriendly & I pulled up like they guided me to start the wash cycle, went to get out & thought the person with sprayer was going to spray me. I did know you stayed in the car. I normally go to Bulldog car wash in Athens and they have you get out. They also go over the different options with you and towel dry your car for same price. Rude manager and terrible wash. When the $10 wash I purchased left bugs all over my windshield and front bumper I asked if they could simply run thru again. The jerk of a manger said I didn't get the bug package. I explained that a $5 gas station wash does just as well and I wasn't asking for much. Just an effort to do a little better than a $5 wash since I paid $10. No. He ended up saying I pay $3 more or he would call the police. I said, why don't you do the right thing? It costs you nothing to do the right thing and as a matter of principle I am not paying $3 more. I explained that one half of the front didn't get the good scrub because I asked them to remove my antenna (which wasn't gonna happen). Really. This little ass huffed off and called the cops on me. I am normally level headed and I am not usually fighting with strangers but this man was a total asshole. I have only once in my life asked for another drive thru wash for not doing well. It was Goo Goo car wash. They said we are sorry you aren't happy we will be glad to try again. This prick called the police on me. Really. Instead of trying to do a good job l and make this 60 year old woman happy, he called the cops. I will be called their corporate office to complain. Honestly. Where is the customer service?? Is it too much for a manger to actually be a decent human? To provide a customer with satisfaction? Why buy a car wash that does a poor job? As customers we sort of expect to be treated nicely. He should be fired. Who makes something that angry over a car wash? Who refuses to consider that maybe the guy who was supposed to pre-scrub didn't do it well?
