Absolutely unbelievable. Jet City Blinds originally installed our blinds through Costco, so I expected reasonable customer service and support when I needed a replacement. Instead, I was quoted $888 to replace a single blind panel. For one panel, that price is outrageous. I honestly thought there had to be a mistake, but that was the actual quote. After already paying for the original installation, I expected a company familiar with the product and installation to provide a fair and practical solution--not a quote that felt completely disconnected from reality. Charging nearly $900 for a single replacement panel is difficult to justify under any circumstances. Rather than helping an existing customer, the experience felt like an attempt to extract as much money as possible from a simple repair. Needless to say, I declined the quote and will be taking my business elsewhere. If you're considering Jet City Blinds, especially through Costco, make sure you understand what replacement and service costs might look like down the road. I don't understand the low ratings. I had a fantastic experience with this company. They were fast & good. I called the company in March 26th,'15. They installed my blinds on April 14th, '15. (That was 18 days after I made a final decision!) I worked with Pamela up in south Snohomish Co/north King Co. She helped me make informed decisions about what looks good/matches, what will hold up best and great price. She even rushed my order through, knowing I was under a deadline due to company coming. I was covering 5 large windows and a sliding glass door. I figured that was all we could afford to do at one time. Then, I had her measure several other rooms for "future" blinds and when the bid came through, it turned out the pricing was SO good I could afford all of the blinds without breaking our account! The installers were prompt, efficient, polite and knew their business! I WILL use this company again and I WILL recommend them to my family and friends! read more

I wanted wood blinds for my entire house with many different sized windows. I called up and the designer or salesperson or whatever they're called, Bridget, was punctual to the minute for my consultation. I already had an idea of what I wanted, but she still showed me all of my options. When I couldn't decide what color of wood (or faux-wood) to go with, she gave me some tips and helped me pick out the perfect color. The best part was that she added up on the costs for materials, installation, and TAX, so I knew exactly what I had to pay and there were no surprises. My (custom) blinds came in a week early and the installation went off without a hitch. They look awesome (!) and have had no functionality issues. The payment took a while to come out of my account, but that's my own fuss. It was a great experience and will definitely call them (and ask for the same designer) for my next house. read more

We just had 5 blinds installed by Jet City Blinds, 4 of them motorized. We are very happy with our blinds, the particular ones we choose do a great job of blocking out the glare of the sun in the mornings as well as blocking the glare on the water in front of our house. We have very large picture windows that lost a lot of heat at night and these are heavy enough material to help hold warmth in the house as well. I especially like the privacy they provide, with the ability to raise or lower all together, or individually. Their prices seem to be comparable to other companies, and we went through Costco who stands behind their products. We also got a Costco gift certificate for a fair amount for purchasing the blinds which overall lowered the price since we shop at Costco frequently. Wish we had ordered them sooner! read more

100/10 I called this morning to order a replacement part (turning mechanism) for some blinds that were in the house before we moved in 3 years ago. All I had was random old order sheet for another replacement slat that the owner had ordered for us before we bought our house. It felt like a total shot in the dark but I spoke with a customer service agent named Karen and she was able to help me get the replacement part I needed! She was very patient and helped me figure out which information to give her from the old order sheet to be able to find this replacement part from the parent company. She also offered to order the part from the parent company and to email me the tracking info once she got it. This is absolutely the best kind of customer service anyone could ever ask for! read more

We had a problem with another vendor who installed Graber blinds for a very tall, wide window which began to sag under the weight each time you opened/closed them. Costco allowed us to work with Jet City Blinds to resolve the situation. Rich from JSB contacted us right away and did an excellent job restoring our faith in Costco, Graber, and our fellow man. He researched available options and found the perfect solution. Graber has vertical slide-vue blinds which are anchored top and bottom (solving the sagging), can be opened from either or both sides of the window, and look amazing. Jet City Blinds did a wonderful working with us from the initial visit on through installation. I had told the Costco representative that I only wanted to see specific types of blinds and that is exactly what the woman brought to our house to show us. I was impressed then. They had quoted about a 4-week time lag for the installation and they ended up installing them in about 3 weeks. What a surprise, a vendor that produces what they say they will. The installation went smoothly, they did it in about 15 minutes, and they were gone. We love the blinds and are so very impressed with Jet City Blinds. We would use them again and will refer our friends to them. They are easy to work with and the process is seamless. read more

We are very happy with our blinds. The process to get them was flawless! We enjoyed our sales gal who came out, she was straight forward and made good recommendations. The gentleman who installed them was kind, courteous and meticulous according to my wife. He went over every blind installed with her and made sure she understood how they operated. As someone who is in sales I tend to be very critical of sales people and the process. Nothing here to be critical about and I would have no problem recommending your company. Ordered from Jet City through Costco program. Brian Read was the consultant who came to our house. Patient, pleasant, knowledgeable. Guided us through options with good, clear advice. We got treatments for windows in master bedroom (dark cellular cordless blinds)., kitchen (bi-fold shutters) and dining room (roll-up shade). Also, vertical blinds for the sliding door in our media room, as well as shutters for the side light at the front door. Installers did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the process, the service and the product. In fact, we just had Brian out to the house to consult on treatments for our rec. room. read more

The process to order was very easy and professional. The appointments were on time and the suggestions for solutions to my window 'problems' were right on point. Two blinds were ordered to block the view and still let light in.They are perfect! The other two were for triangular windows that needed additional light control and are a unique shape. Jet City was able to match the color of old blinds sufficiently well that I am unable to tell the difference - and they hang adjacent to each other. Update: Owners intentions to belittle me and to minimize my review of his organization clearly shows his focus is in the wrong place. Maybe you should learn from your mistakes rather than trying to blast someone on yelp for giving an honest review. In fact I have just as many 3+ reviews as there are 1 star reviews. If you can't figure out that a customer had a poor experience with your organization than you probably shouldn't be in business. We LOVE our new blinds from Costco and Jet City Blinds!! From the first appointment for ordering to the installation of the blinds, everything went smoothly. Robert was very helpful with showing us the color differences for the blinds, and making the correct choice. Had no issues setting up an appointment for consultation and Coral was wonderful to work with. They arrived within time frame given to us by Coral.
