They charged me a ridiculous amount of money for subpar hemming and rips along the fabric that looks like a 5 year old with scissors hacked away at it. The lady did not do what I asked, instead she destroyed my dress. I had specifically told her not to cut the train of my dress and she cut off all of the fabric. Asked for a refund and she refused to give me one unless she could fix it, which she can't because you can't really add a train back onto a dress? She also rudely hung up on me it was the worst customer service I've ever received. So no refund. Money lost. Expensive dress ruined and can't be fixed. Avoid this place entirely.

Well, I will not not allow the the pandemic stop a local business from flourishing, so here's my honest review: I really thought the service here was great and Dedra is incredibly friendly and thorough. The drop off prices are competitive with the surrounding East Rock Laundromats and they even do pick up and drop off service to New Haven and Hamden. They take apple pay/touch free payments and are easily accessible by phone or text. GIve them a shot, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

I still had 15 minutes before the place was supposed to close. The no bathrooms for customer is HUGE. No respect for the customers they are ripping off.

When I asked if I could just have the unaltered pants back so I could take them somewhere else (I needed them because I was going on vacation), she said that I couldn't have them because the pants were at another location in Milford. When I finally did pick up the pants the following Monday, the alterations were terrible. The pants fit even worse than they did before, and now I'll have to spend more money to take them somewhere else to be fixed. I've had thing dry-cleaned here in the past, too. While the cleaning itself is fine, it takes forever and is extremely overpriced. They charge something like $6 for a sweater, which seems ridiculous. I don't recommend this place, and I won't be coming back.
