He has a reputation for fully vetting all his employees. He does not hire just experienced HVAC technicians, but they must also be clean, polite, and courteous. If he sends a technician to your home, you can trust that technician. You will also find Taylor Heating & Air rates are very competitive and less than most, and probably all his competitors. He has been in business since 1995, and has built his business on honesty & integrity. As luck would have it, the simple fixes didn't work. Trip two was trouble shooting, was up front about cost and possible costs out comes. Considering the age of my unit, and that I hadn't been happy with it for ages, I chose to have it replaced. The install wasn't easy, for this split system! They even discovered a few other issues while they did the install. These men worked all day in an attic that was well over 100F, with tight quarters and didn't stop until the job was done. Not once did they complain. At the end of the day I had a great new system, no surprise or hidden costs. One shouldn't have to brag about the concept of good quality work and good customer service, but with today's standards it deserves a brag.

He had to climb into my hot attic as well as checking the unit from the inside and outside. He found the clogged pipe and also was very patient with all of my questions. He did a fantastic job. By last night the system had started cooling the house down just as he said. I bought the maintenance program but was not told that they won't come on Saturdays when I purchased it. I was recently diagnosed with cancer and am undergoing treatment during the day. I asked if they could come out on Saturday to do the maintenance just this once and they said no. I explained I was in treatment and undergoing chemo and radiation and just needed help this one time and they still said no. A little kindness goes a long way. I will remember this.
