I am a new customer. I called before I went to the store and the budtender on the phone with me was too scatter brained to answer my questions. I went to the store in Adelanto and when I walked in for the first time the budtender was very clearly stoned. Kinda funny, but you guys should not be stoned at work as this guy could not answer my questions about the product. I didnt like the way it made me feel a few days later when I walked in again and bought the same thing. It was less expensive. I asked why. Long story short when I told my stoned bud tender I wanted a senior discount I was evidently supposed to tell the person at the second out of three windows I had to go to. No one explained the process to me. The guy at the window made me feel like I wa SOL. It was only $5 but I was annoyed at how it made me feel and how the guy at the window just blew me off. read more

I bought A stiizzy pod from the actual shop in San Bernardino, it was fire.. couple days later I buy the same exact one at this Jet room, since i was near by, and it tasted nothing like the one from the stizzy shop. It had a very burnt metal taste and even the color was a bit off. The jet room one was darker.. all I'm saying is don't buy stiizzy pods from here lmao read more

My friend told me about this place. I went in to get a stiizy and they have such a wide variety. The staff was knowledgeable too. The only reason I am giving this shop 4 stars instead of 5 is because during my last 2 visits, they had no cartridges for the stiizy at all, not even dispo. stiizy's. Every nice place, clean and professional. People are friendly and very courteous. The only problem I had was the huge amount you pay in taxes! Today I ordered my fourth order by email because I can't speak on the phone anymore after my strokes. Hi there, I just wanted to write a review about the jet room. I'm not one who grew up smoking pot or getting high. But I am one who is suffering due to a lot of medical problems, a lot! Causing me to to have to take a ton of medication, close to 15 different medications. Starting from migraines, to epilepsy to MS. I come from a law enforcement family, trickling down to my children following the family trait. Causing me, to feel a lot of guilt worrying about medical marijuana. I mean it's " legal " now, but because of the family trait, legal is just a word to me. I also have a young daughter and I don't want her seeing it in the home. Back to the Jet Room, the employees are amazing, very well versed and made me feel extremely comfortable, explained to me what was what, didn't just try to sell me a bunch of buds, ( I think that's what it's called ) ( LOL ) didn't try to sell me a ton of Marijuana. Last year I purchased CBD oil in N.M. the thing I noticed was that the oil worked, however it took a long time to work. They explained that to me yesterday, anyways they explained that the THC is what kicks in more quickly. That totally made sense to me, my previous CBD had no THC, I did explain that I didn't wAnt to feel "high" they had exactly what I needed, something to take the pain away quickly and something long lasting. The place is really high end looking, but no high end pricing. Really great service, they even deliver for the days I'm having relapses and cannot drive!! This is a great dispensary. I've been going here for about a year and they always have what I need. I don't smoke, but they have a pretty good variety of edibles. Always very fast service as well, I'm usually in and out within 5 minutes. I gave them 4 stars because their service is inconsistent. Some days the staff is really nice and friendly, and other days they are rude and just want to get you out. read more

HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST dispensarys I ever been too. These guys are setting the bar on dispensarys and thier setting it extremely high. I've been to alot of dispensarys in the I.E SB LA area and Notting compares to thier shop. The shop alone is extremely clean elegant and fancy , when you walk in you think your walking into a 5 star hotel. Just went there with my husband for the first time. He bought 3.5 grams but only received 2 grams. They were going to bring him what he was shorted but then the manager came on and said he had to come pick it up. Not an option since he just had his chemo. We live 10 miles away and he doesn't travel much right now and I don't have a prescription so I can't get it for him. Also a bit pricey. Not planning on going back. read more

The Jet Room is one of the most clean and professional shops I've been to in the Inland Empire. The shop is set up similar to a high class jewlery shop, complete with displays and glass cases. Instead of diamonds, you have cannabis, which is way better. The staff follows suit by dressing professionally, and being extremely knowledgeable on their products! After you have chosen your product, they also have a smoking area, complete with rigs and bongs, for you to relax and enjoy.
