Before we were even contracted, he offered to come by and put wire nuts on all of the wiring that the other guy left exposed and even replaced the incorrect and used sprinkler timing box with one that actually had capacity to cover all six zone the other guy installed and didn't have stripped out parts. We ended up hiring him to do the concrete and fencing job. They did great and left a clean worksite. In a world or horrific contractors, definitely consider giving these guys your business. They are thorough and provide the quality of work that anyone would be happy with.

I understood that tree roots would make the repairs more difficult, but I never expected the work to drag on for four weeks. Communication from ISR was extremely poor. I received only one email before the final bill. The first technician made multiple trips for parts for what appeared to be a fairly straightforward repair, and it took the entire day to fix only one sprinkler. Afterward, I was left to fill in the hole in my front yard and reseed the area myself. They returned a week later to start the second repair, but that job also took all day and was still not completed. When they came back again, they found another leak. The area was dug up and left that way for two weeks. I had to remove the pile of dirt they left on my grass to prevent it from killing the lawn underneath. The original bill was more than $1,100. Even after a discount, the total was still over $800--an amount I find completely unreasonable given the delays, lack of communication, incomplete work, and cleanup I had to handle myself. This entire experience was frustrating and far more drawn out than it should have been. I cannot and will not recommend ISR to anyone.

The ad promised…read more"free Wood Chips in Clovis", and the ad said if would be a mix of wood and leaf, but what I got was over 90% unusable branch and leaf material, with a spritz of wood chips on top so it would look good in the truck. They were nice enough to drop it in the right area, but when I went to sort through and use the material, it was completely useless. I got what was to be wood chips, was merely a free dumping ground so they didn't have to pay to drop it at the landfill. Contacted them, and they said there was nothing they could do about it.
