As I was coming out of the Pet Groomers I noticed working people coming out of Jet Stream Deli and Liquor carrying bags of food. As that Lady and I had not discussed lunch I decided to surprise her with something. When I went in I found a well stocked liquor store with top end spirits and wine. In the back was the Deli with most amazing array of deli sandwiches this side of the Big Apple. They use top notch Boar's Head meats and they stuff it full of meats and cheese. The bread roll used was fresh and had a nice crust. The sandwiches were tasty and filling, plus came with a small side salad, pickle and peppers. Definitely a great grinder. They have salads and platters as well. Great price, great food and great selection - hard to find anymore. Best takeout sandwich we have had in years. read more

Called to get a togo order the lady said "oh I stop taking orders at 4:45 it was literally 4:46 worst customer service ever! you would think they would want to make money. I'm sure the 4 sandwiches I was ordering would have been over $50 just sad... I will not go here again .. read more

The young lady in the back where you order was so very nice! I'd never eaten there before so I asked for her recommendation. She recommended the Club sandwich. It was delicious! I'd definitely order it again. And one more shout out to the nice girl with the colorful braids who took my order & directed me to a yummy lunch!I got it to go with a bag of chips. My neighbors warned me this place was now awful since the new owners took over the place and wow were they ever right! Worst rudest LOUD owner/operator ever and the food completely sucks ass. It used to be so wonderful here but now it's just plain insulting. These awful people have ruined a great thing and it shows. The place is near empty now with only barely a handful of customers stopping in for a six pack of beer. Sad. The Arabic owner will gladly pick a loud fight with you if you dare to order anything in English that he doesn't understand. Go somewhere else. read more

Great sandwiches named after movies. Most people just think this is a liquor store but they have a full sandwich place at the rear of the store. They use Boar's Head meats, the best meat. I highly recommend the Cousin Vinnie, a roast beef & provolone, with tomatoes onions, and pesto. The bread is slightly toasted. It's a wonderful sandwich and highly recommended. Check it out! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! After taking 45 minutes to complete our order, (we called our order in 15 minutes prior), we asked for a complimentary side item, the lady said we shouldn't order at lunch that its too busy. ?? So even though our lunch is at that time we are supposed to call in the order two hours ahead of time per the Deli Lady? Upon arriving at our office our order was completely wrong, we called her back to complain she said well come pick up your dollar that your complaining about, (were numerous other things). I told her we weren't going back to her any more to which she replied "fine" and hung up. read more
