I held onto the old phone when I buying the new phone, and s/w between the two were synchronized. Within weeks the synchronization broke down and neither phone functioned. I returned to the dealer and was told nothing could be done. They didn't even try. Sorry, we can't help you, you're SOL. I then went to Best Buy's Geek Sqad. Gemma (who as far as I'm concerned walks on water) solved the problem within minutes. This was several months ago and both phones continue to work perfectly. Also, and unfortunately I do not have her name, your greeter was so sweet. She quickly got me where I needed to go, made sure I could sit while waiting for sevice, and informed the Geek Sqad that I should be next. The absolute best in customer service. I'll be back.

I don't know about YOU…read more.. But for ME.... Twenty Twenty-Five was the Year of Target! I kid you not, I visited my local Target store more times in 2025 than I ever had before.... And I LIKED it!! I know, I know, you ladies reading this RIGHT NOW are nodding your heads with absolute approval thinking to yourselves, "Yes Lance, go on, speak Target to me!" Sorry fellas, but I've gotta side with the girls on this one... But Target has just got it going on. Hey, I get it. It's clean, it's organized, & they've got most of your household basics. So I know what you're thinking... What made me so Target Happy in 2025?? Well my new obsession Vinyl Records, of course!! Yes, earlier last year, I surprised my wife and purchased her 2 Vinyl Records from her favorite band. Later that night, we went out and purchased a Record Player so we could play her new records. Once we got home that evening, within seconds of first hearing the sound, the quality, and the difference of listening to music play on a Vinyl versus digitally and.... I. Was. Hooked. From there, I discovered that Target stores have a small, but decent record selection; mainly new age stuff, but some re-recorded classics that everyone should have in their collection. And so my Target Ventures began. Yeah, I would find myself popping into my local Target and Bee-Lining it straight towards their records just see what they had. It came to the point where sometimes I would go daily, just to see if any new records had arrived. It became more of a hunt, that actual shopping, and I was always so happy when I saw a record that I wanted to add to my growing collection. And trust, when I saw an album that I wanted... I bought it! So why Target?? For one, they have a lot of the new-age records for current artists for that I'm currently into. Plus, there are a lot of Target Edition Vinyls that are made specifically for Target (limited edition colored vinyls, etc.) Heck, even when we are out of town... you know Target will on our to-do list. Well in October 2025, we were in Palm Springs to celebrate my birthday and we were on a mission to go straight to the local Target on October 3rd to grab a copy of Taylor Swifts newest album, The Life of a Showgirl. Hey, I'm a Girl Dad of 3 girls... plus a wife... I'm not embarrassed to say it, but I'm in a household full of Swifties, me included ;) Thankfully, that day, the release day... I didn't have to fight any teenage girls off to get my hands on Taylor's newest album because Target Palm Springs was prepared and had a huge display of albums, c.d's to choose from. Of course, like any Target run that anyone does... Once we grabbed the 1 item that we actually came in for, we headed straight to the check out line (Ha! This NEVER happens)... Yeah, we grabbed a cart, and we went shopping! My wife found some all white cowgirl boots, picked up a few fantasy books to read, and of course some things for the kids... Hey, this is how you Target! So... now you know how I spent the latter half of my 2025 and I have the record selection to prove it. We are now up to about 40 or so vinyls with over half of them thanks to my spontaneous Target drop in's. So.... Who is brave enough to share what brings you to Target so much. We're very used to running down to the local big box store to get what we need. I always try to make a list before coming up. Was working on a project and needed some unexpected items. Went over to the True value butcher block. Wow am I glad I did. This place has a little of everything. Every possible tool, Gidget, and things you didn't even know you needed and they have. I was thoroughly impressed. My confidence level of doing projects now has greatly increased because I know just 10 minutes away is this outstanding hardware store. The people working there were friendly. I didn't have any questions so I didn't have the opportunity to see how helpful they are. They have a great selection of every possible thing you might be working on in your home. I went for a quick trip and was there for almost an hour because I was looking in familiarizing myself with all the amazing things that they had. If you live in the area, I need something to finish a project rest assure this place will have it. It also made me feel great to know I was supporting local businesses. I will be doing more of that and less of my purchases at the big box store before I come up.

Hi-Desert Audio is tucked away of HWY 62 just behind the Jelly Donut. The owner Tom is an honest sweet man who helped my friend out with his record player. He looked at the record player, messed with it for a minute and then it was running again and he didn't even charge him. If you have anything that needs some fixing you should see this guy!

We initially went to MicroCenter Tustin to purchase a PC for my son. We were going to get the parts…read morethere and have MC build it. After meeting with Mario and pricing out the parts and build for a new PC, it was clear the PC purchase would have been over budget. Mario recommended a prebuilt PC from them called PowerSpec. He showed us the G535 and it had everything we wanted in a gaming PC but for almost $500 off the retail price if we had PC built. I asked why was it cheaper and Mario told us the PC was built before the rise in prices on the memory and GPU. We then met with James Tran who showed us the G535. I noticed they had an open box PC. James explained to us the open box was a return for resale at a cheaper price. It was $100 cheaper. We bought the PC and took it home. Unfortunately all was not well with the PC. When playing two different games, (Marvel Rivals & Ark: Survival Ascended) the PC freezes for 10 seconds and reboots to the desktop. I tried troubleshooting by playing two different Benchmarks and lowering the GPU graphics, deleting and reinstalling updated drivers and lowering video resolutions but to no avail. Every time my son would play the games the PC froze and rebooted. This lead me to believe there are hardware issues with the PC. Luckily the PC was still within their 14 day return policy for returns, exchanges and refunds. We decided we did not want to have their techs try to diagnose the problem with the PC and just return and exchange for a new one. MC's return and exchange process was very simple. You go online to their website, log into your account and file a return. You are given a QR code and just then head to MC. When we arrived (the nearest MC is Tustin which is 2 hours away), we met with James Tran again who helped us with the process. I explained to James what the issues were with the PC. He told us the option of walking over to their Tech area of the store and having their guys try and diagnose the PC. I told James we would rather just exchange it for a new one. James understood our situation and spoke with his manager who allowed us to exchange the return for a new PC at the open box price so we did not have a to pay the difference. MicroCenter staff especially their managers (forgot their names) along with Mario and James Tran were awesome. They truly satisfied our experience at their Tustin store and made our teenager son very happy. So far everything is working properly with the replacement PC. I'll do a follow up if things change. Thank you again MicroCenter!

I wanted to donate my MacBook to someone in need and this looked like a promising solution. I was worried that making a visit on the weekend to their tech bar for the donation process would be really busy and result in a long wait, but to my surprise I was helped very quickly! Queueing and "checking out" was quick, as the team member just needed to register my device and provided me with a receipt for tax purposes.
