Absolutely terrible food. The wheat bread was dry, with no mayonnaise on the turkey and cheese sandwich. The tuna bread was dry, just nasty, disgusting, and I spent $48 on an apple juice, water, a turkey sandwich, a tuna sandwich, one cookie, a bag of Cheetos, and a side salad. It felt like they charged me for everything individually, and it was totally disgusting. I had a $25 food credit that was going to expire soon, so I decided to use it on whatever I could find to take home. Well, lo and behold, this deli sells pizza. And whole pizzas at that for about $20-$25 a pizza. Perfect! The pizza didn't take long to cook at all, maybe 6-7 minutes, so they must have a pretty hot oven back there and probably premade pizzas ready to pop in the oven. The pizza is the same large size you might get elsewhere, but the slices are similar to Costco! It's a little smaller maybe, but one slice will most likely fill you up. And the four-cheese pizza I got was delicious! And I'm a student of all things pizza, so to say that is a lot. The service was as expected for a quick-service restaurant. You won't get any warm fuzzies, but they did give me plates and parmesan cheese packets since my order was to go. Today, I ordered a turkey sandwich, on wheat and added bacon and 3 pieces of fried chicken. First of all, I waited 21 mins and when I inquired why it was taking so long, the Manager said "oh we only have one cook". Always incredible food and service! I get the lox and bagel almost every time, but they have a great variety of foods, from breakfast items to soups, salads, sandwiches, even wings and fried chicken. It's been my experience that the food in every restaurant in this casino is good to excellent. Big props to resort food management! The atmosphere is casual and clean, with plenty of tables for dining. This place is part of a "food court" at the south side of the casino. Got burgers and fries with my fiancé. The man who took our order was great, his name was Noe. Very friendly and welcoming and got our order quick. I was at the Ace Deli yesterday in the late morning and ordered the $8 matzo ball soup with noodles. The soup came with crackers and was served in a paper container. The guy at the counter was friendly and the soup was ready in about ten minutes. I had no problem with the wait. I am a very big fan of matzo ball soup. I am not Jewish and am not from the East Coast. My standard (the bar) in rating this soup is Manischewitz Matzo Ball & Soup Mix I can get at the store between $2.50 to $4.00. The Ace Deli soup was a poor example. The broth was weak and had little chicken/vegetable flavor. There were few vegetables and the noodles were undercooked and the quality on the cheap side. The matzo ball had some taste. The entire dish in my estimate was microwaved then transferred to the paper container. I was really disappointed with the Ace Deli soup. But hey, let me get you a good bowl of matzo ball soup. If you can get in your car, leave the casino property and drive to Sherman's Deli on Country Club Drive (about 5 to 6 miles away) you will get a much better example of matzo ball soup. read more

How do I know this place is freaking amazing? The first time I had the Pastrami with Cheddar here, I had won a few bucks at the casino and had a few drinks at the bar as well. I mean, anything will taste good after a night of gambling, being in the positive and (ahem) drunk. So, I tried the same thing the second time.... This time, I was sober and had just lost $200 at the blackjack table (so I was in no mood to rave about a sandwich). Ok, let's discuss the sandwich. It's amazing. The bread (I chose white) is butter up and grilled to perfection. It's plenty buttery with a good, toasted crunch. The pastrami was slightly peppered and not stringy or fatty. It was also plentiful. I ordered my sandwich with coleslaw on the side (which they typically put in the sandwich). The coleslaw is more of the mayo taste side than the traditional vinegar or even sweet side. If the sandwich was inferior in any way, I'd feel bad about dripping $12 for it after losing so much at the table. But, this is one of those sandwiches I don't mind paying for. read more

We haven't gotten our food yet, so this review is about logistics of the place: 1) Have a beverage server, since people have to stalk out a table and food takes a while. I had signed up with the registeration desk to be able to charge the room under my fiances reservation. Unfortunately he felt sick and had to go to the room. This place declined to let me charge to the room with my id/players card and said they would haven to see his id. I told them that its wrong of them to expect someone thats not feeling well to come back down and if he can just send a photo of his id. They told me no.
