This place was just recently renovated. Today is the grand reopening and they are even giving away laundry bags after your first wash today and perhaps the next one or two days. They have a bunch of the large capacity washers that are great for large linens and comforters. The owners/proprietors are very friendly and treat the customers very kindly. Even though we have a washer/dryer at home, it is nice to just take a huge pile of laundry and get it all done at once. read more

People do not wear their masks and there is no one enforcing masking. This has happened the last three times I come.

The place is clean and the layout is thoughtful. The owner/worker was attentive and even offered guests water during a hot (103 F) day. There was enough equipment, parking, and seating available at 5pm on a Thursday. read more

This place is super CLEAN. There are few staff members there keeping it tidy and cleaning the machines, floors, and the folding space. I've been here 3 times and definitely not the last time. Highly recommend! read more

I come to wash here every week either Monday or Tuesday. It's always super clean. I still come right now during covid pandemia and you are REQUIRED to wear a mask. Everything is good washers and dryers work great. I just feel maybe if they had AC it would be helpful and much better especially drying and folding clothes in this hot heat and wearing a mask gets a little frustrating. I do recommend for the owner to put AC or fans cause it gets too hot. Other than that everything is great. Also they gave me a free laundry bag very nice gesture of them read more

Big laundromat buy lately its been really dirty. Many of the washers don't work. Rodent problem

Came on a Sunday afternoon. Place is busy Af, dirty and the detergent compartment in the machines have mold. I was really disgusted the whole time I was doing laundry. $3.50 FOR THE Medium load washers. I will not be returning here again. OH and they want you to clean the dryer filter after you dry, per their sign. Lmao, that's your job not mine!! Gtfoh with that nonsense. read more

This is by far the cleanest laundromat I've ever been to. It's nothing fancy but plenty of machines and sizes to pick from. Reasonable pricing, vending and change machines. We were able to wash and dry two king size comforters for about 9 dollars. There were about 6 other people in there, they kept their distance although I didn't notice any staff members. We will be back the next time we need to wash these bulky items. read more

Great place to do laundry. Place is clean and well maintained. Workers in the morning sanitize the place. I do have a complaint: workers in the morning may NOT be following compliance. I came in the morning to avoid crowd, some of the workers not wearing mask or covering mouth & nose. One guy was wearing a bandana, not a mask. Feeling a bit uneasy seeing the morning workers not following mask rules. Also, seeing them smoking right outside. I hope this will get resolved! read more

I have to say so far this is my favorite place to do my laundry. The place is clean. They keep it warm inside during cold weather.

If you ever need to get your laundry done this is the place! This place is under new management and also new model! It's very clean here and also very friendly the staff are super nice! I didn't know Laundromat places even had customer service until now at Jets Laundromat! This is the place to go to! They also sell stuff at the counter on the left! By the way if you go now to wash your clothes they will give you a free laundry basket of your choice! There was gray, silver, light blue, and something else, but I forgot the color. This laundromat is so clean! The machines, floors and tables are spotless :) they even keep a spray bottle of what I can only assume is cleaning liquid/sanitizer on the table to clean before you fold your laundry! I think it's so convenient that they keep the carts outside in front of the store instead of inside so that you can unload your car with ease! I was worried that I'd end up with lots of coins because all I had was a 20 dollar bill haha but they even have a machine to break it down into 5's :). Definitely had a nice experience here. I moved to San Gabriel a year ago. I've been a customer since before new owners. New owners definitely stepped up and made this place a gem. Very modern, everything works and vending machines are fully stocked, Super clean, super helpful and friendly staff. I was looking forward to a free laundry bag but had to work unfortunately. Nevertheless this is my laundromat, favorite place to go. If you live near by and even if you don't its worth the drive. I visited this laundromat after finding it on here and I must say that their service is worth the thirty minutes I drove to get there. The laundromat is remodeled and so spacious and clean. It has been very hot lately and while I was folding the last of my clothes the owner approached my son and I along with the other customers with cold water bottles. We after had a nice chat about the laundromat and he even recommended nearby markets I should check out. His service and hospitality will keep me coming back even if it is a drive. read more

My friends and I were driving for half an hour and stumbled upon this little gem. The staff were kind enough to let us stay past midnight to finish drying off clothes. due to COVID all the places we've been to did not have updated hours, but not this place. It's affordable and clean. The guys mentioned it recently being remodeled so everything was nice and the machines worked well. I would definitely come back if I need to do laundry again. read more

Very nice place, the staff is wonderful and helpful and this laundromat is the cleanest I have ever seen! Definitely will be coming here for all my washes. Those who live in the area should come here to wash. Nice quiet and clean what more could you ask for in a laundromat! There are also vending machines for snacks while you wait and a cute little cafe next door. Happy to have this laundromat near my home! The new owners have really brought this place back up. They have replaced the oldest machines with new ones, new floor, replaced the old plastic seats with benches. All the repairs and improvements have made it a good place to go to again. read more

I was going to wash my work clothes on a Sunday afternoon and walked in to the grand opening of Jets Laundromat. Not only was it amazingly clean, modern, and spacious but there were people visibly working. Prior to this occurrence, I always thought that laundromats were run by some phantom staff that mysteriously came and went in the early morning hours, but on this day I learned the truth. John and his wife Sandra were exceptionally friendly, excited and eager to help any and all customers that walked through the doors. I must say I not only felt welcomed but I felt exceptionally comfortable which is rather difficult when you're going To wash your undergarments and what not at a public laundromat. These new owners have not forgotten that quality customer service and positive word of mouth is what it takes to make a truly successful business. This was hands-down the best experience at a laundromat I've ever had and cannot imagine going anywhere else! Keep up the great work and may your business flourish and thrive!
