Horrible service! Answered the phone at 9:30 and says, sorry we're closed. I'm next door and walk in, hours are until 10, they're cleaning up and the jerk at the front acts surprised and tells me we're not taking anymore orders. I ordered a pizza here and they messed it up, which isn't a big deal, but the way the manager handled it was rude and unnecessary. He blamed me for their mistake and then refused to remake the food or give a refund. His only two options were to add raw ingredients to the cooked pizza that they forgot to add, or give a single dollar credit to my next order. Sitting in the parking lot watching employees making pizza behind the counter one with mask half down the other one with no mask on at all. What's the point? Updating my previous review! We've been going to this jets since we moved to the area in the summer everything was great until these last 2 deliveries. This time we got a soggy sandwich, and a cold weird tasting pizza. They also forgot the ranch with our order. We also ordered buffalo wings where we the only thing good about our order... I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt from New Year's eve but it hasn't gotten better so definitely giving jets a break for a while. read more

As I'm new to this area, this was my first time ordering from this Jet's. On recommendation from my son, I ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza. This was the best bbq chicken pizza I've ever had. Loaded with toppings, it was hot when delivered and so good I would even describe it as succulent. I ordered the large size so I could freeze most of it and be able to enjoy it throughout the week. Very disappointed the Shelby Twp location doesn't honor coupons. I bought the Entertainment Book and was just told they won't honor the coupon I was going to use if they are delivering the pizza. Needless to say, I cancelled my order. What difference does it make whether you deliver or if I pick up the pizza? The best jets I've ever been to. First of all I have to give my hat off to the staff and owners. They really know how to treat you as soon as you step foot in the door or even when ordering over the phone. The way they keep their place clean is remarkable. And the staff is a riot! Ordered for contactless delivery. Put "leave on porch" in the instructions. Driver wanted me to sign receipt AND the driver was not wearing a mask!!! Now that's been on my mind for several days. I have never had a bad experience here. The pizza is always just perfect and by far my favorite in the area. With that said, my issue clearly isn't with the food but the complete disregard of proper mask wearing during a pandemic. Every-single-time I have picked up my pizza, I witness maybe 2 employees wearing it correctly, if at all. The majority of people making food either have it on their chin or not on at all. It's more than frustrating. You're working with peoples food! I get it. It's hot. I hate it also and have a job that gets hot. But my mask is on every single day all day and only comes off at lunch! Management needs to step up majorly with this issue. Thank you to the employees that have consistantly done the right thing. I want to be able to have trust that when I go into local businesses that I know they are following basic safety measures during a pandemic. I have been to a lot of pizza shops around, but this Jets stands out by far!! It's so clean inside and to me, that reflects on the food. The food taste amazing. Not just the pizza, but the wings, the bread sticks are to die for!! The BBQ chicken pizza is my all time favorite and they hit it on the spot. I will never go to any Jets but this one. I love this Jet's pizza so much!! Not only is it within walking distance of my house, it makes some of the best Jet's Pizza around, and best of all the staff is AWESOME.
