This is ridiculous this guy fixed me skin of mine and it was good l, then had him put a new impeller in an outboard and the next day had him start to fix another ski and it would've been the same thing as the other ski, he ended up getting me to pay for the parts ahead of time and more money, he completely left me high and dry and he also stole my impeller from the ski he was going to fix, have to buy a new one now for $300 never trust this guy he'll give you some story and do one good job then screw you in the rest not doing the service requested it's ridiculous, I can't even believe people can do that crap, anyways hopes this helps the next guy or gal. read more

Then he was unresponsive and basically disappeared. i made the HORRIBLE error of paying him a small amount of money in advance. I found this guy last year l hired him to repair my boat. He would work on one thing and that wouldn't fix the problem, then he would work on something else that wouldn't fix it. A thousand $s later he finally fixed it. He had know idea what it was. Then in may of 2020, I had to replace my carburator. he said they didnt make repair kit for it anymore but said I could buy a rebuilt carb. 700 dollars later he put the new carb on boat drilled carb to make fit. Then he said he had to make a fuel line for new carb. he never called or came back to finish the job. I had to call another mech out. and he said the guy didn't know what he was doing, that the carb wouldn't work on boat. So now I'm another 2k and still am going to have to put another 2k to fix boat. I found this place via Craigslist,and they had great rates for jetski rentals. We set up a rental via the phone - and was confirmed for rental and delivery to a nearby lake. I called the night before to reconfirm - making sure that the exact delivery location and time was clear, and to confirm that they would launch the boat in the water and I would pick it up in the water(as I didn't have a tow car) Sure enough, they called a few minutes before scheduled delivery time to let me know they were running 10 minutes late. They finally called (45 minutes later) to say they had arrived. I didn't see them - and it turns out they were of course, at the wrong location (nearly an hour away). Not only were they an hour away, but they were at a nearby gas station waiting to transfer the trailer, and weren't prepared to actually launch the boat. I drove to meet them after explaining that they needed to launch the boat, and that we had clearly agreed and confirmed that I was picking the boat up on the water. We finally met up, and they agreed to drop the rental fee to a half-day rate (since we had lost several hours due to their mis-delivery). The boat was great, ran fine, we had fun, and they picked it up as agreed that afternoon. Sure enough, I check my credit card statement weeks later, only to find that not only did they not charge me the agreed-upon half-day rate, but they didn't charge me the agreed-upon full-day rate either! They charged nearly triple what we had agreed to - and I had the contract and invoice to prove it. So, giving them benefit of the doubt, I called to get the charge sorted. I left messages on 3 different phones, used their online contact form (via their website), and heard nothing back. I repeated this process three more times over the following month - and never once got a call back. Once I left a message telling them I would have to resolve this through my CC company, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau - they finally called me back. They gave lots of excuses, said they were confused over the paperwork, passed the buck to "the other guys". They agreed to look into it, and promised me up-and-down a return call the next day to resolve the charges. Sure enough, they didn't call. So, here I am. Beware this company. Expect incompetence, mis-communication, poor service, and excuses. And and watch your billing closely - whether dishonestly or just bad record-keeping - don't trust these guys. read more

This "company" is a fraud. The mobile guy that came to my house to diagnose my boat said it needed a new part and that he was going to order it and fix it when it comes in. A few weeks goes by and he said "he is still waiting for the part to come in" or "it is in transit with pending issues" 2 months later he doesn't even reply to any texts. He's deaf so we can't communicate on the phone. I got scammed out of $100 for his "service fee". Stay away from this business. read more

This company is probably one of the best mobile services around. Cheap and efficient. Great people. They know their stuff and will get you ski going in no time. I needed a carb clean and line replacement. They finished the job within 3 hours. Later on I needed a motor swap on a different ski and it only cost $350!! Last September I hired "Rocky" to repair my boat , he told me via white board", he is deaf mute, and only communicates thru texting.,to purchase the $1000 part on eBay , I did and was looking forward to getting my boat back in the water,..... repair rescheduled 3 times excuse after no show etc... finally fixed $800 labor , but due to NO WATER IN LAKES COULDNT RUN IT until early April 2022. Fast forward to contact with Rocky again , he promised to come check out why propeller is free spin in reverse, noticed by my son-in-law law before taking boat out. $100 was his diagnosis fee, showed up finally on Friday before Memorial Day ( 3 weeks later) took my $100 and explained he had installed the clutch dog incorrectly, he was so sorry but he would fix it Monday , no charge his mistake, then disappeared, texted me to say he has Monday off because of the holiday, promised me this day, that day etc,, today is June 11, I am giving up asking for the parts he took from my house and return the $100. This company rented us jet skis and never delivered on the day we reserved them. Previously they required payment of $500.00 up front and they cashed our check. They ruined our vacation by never delivering the skies and they stole our money as well. Do not trust this company.
