Zips Carwash If I could give -10 Stars I would. Super frustrating Broke my power mirror in early April. Still waiting for Zips to respond. Jett Express is one of my favorite places to go. Their washes range from the basic at $3.00 up to the top o' the line at $10. On Sunday afternoons it seems ot get a little crowded, but at 3 mins a wash, they can funnel people through pretty fast. I think the longest I've ever waited might have been 10 mins on a crazy busy day. Free vacuums when you're done! I can't go to a do-it-yourself wash with a pocket full of quarters and do it cheaper than this! read more

This place drives me nuts. This morning i pulled in at 7:55am. Since both their sign & website say they open at 7, i was hoping to beat the crowd that they have during the week. I rounded the corner to see lines. 3 cars deep. They were not open. This is not the 1st time i have encountered this issue with this location. I waited & a guy came out & got the cones at 8. 7am means 7am. Not 8am. This location seldom has all their vacuums hooked up. Forcing cars to line up & wait or not vacuum at all. This happened on a Friday, in September. I got the car washed, as usual, at 4 pm. There was no line in the stalls to pay, as someone said. I drove up, paid with my credit card, and went on through the car wash. The machine finished. I drove into the vacuuming stalls, and gave my towels something to dry. Then, I got out the free vacuums. Horrible customer service. I pulled into the parking lot a 7:58PM. The kid in lane one puts the cone down as he sees me coming. He then quickly runs to the other two lanes and puts the cone down as Im less than 10 yards away. I call the phone number listed. The Manager answers the phone and tells me that his clock read 8PM and that the kid was doing as instructed. Unfortunately when I asked the Manager what his clock said at the time I called him, it was 2 minutes faster than my cell phone and 2 minutes faster than his led sign out front. Went thru car wash, got to my house 2 minutes away and there is dirt and dust still all over my car. Not cool. Omg. I've had a hell of a day. I went to pay for my car wash, then all of a sudden my car broke down!!! Wtf! But thanks to the kind workers, I received a refund plus a free wash my next visit AND they tried their very best to help me with my car. I soon had to get a mechanic out there, but the fact that they took time out of their day to help was everything to me. So, for that, you get 5+++++ stars :) thanks again!!! read more

Eh its Ok, I took my filthy truck there and and paid a little extra for the wheel cleaning still had to get the rest by hand. Also got on the tracks and saw the not responsible for your antenna sign. Most of these places pull it off and hand it too you. Luckily it didn't break it. Anyway will stick with the basic just to clean it off. read more

Broke my driver wiper blade and put an oily substance he said was hydraulic fluid all over my truck. Said there not responsible for wipers. It's factory equipment your wash just broke. Then as for the oily stuff I had to wait an hour or so for them to fix it and try to get the stuff off my truck. Won't be using this place again. read more

You need to go early in the day as after a couple hundred cars the recycled water starts to really smell bad. The vacumes are not all hooked up and do not work that well. Better Wash at Burleson Express Car Wash on John Jones past Alsbury. read more

When this was Jett I really liked it. Now that it is Zips, it sucks! I liked that they have monthly memberships but it's not worth it. It leaves soap on my car and doesn't dry it at all. I have talked to them personally and left a message and of course no one responded. And their prices went up substantially. I recommend finding another place. read more

Car was Scratched on 10/27/2016, the partners took responsibility asked for a estimate from Whites. The cost to repair my car is $1500 since the scratch runs the entire length of the car. Brought the estimate to them on Nov 29th, its now January 26th and they still have not paid to repair the work. They act as if they are waiting for some miracle to happen that the scratch will disappear by itself. The staff at the location thinks its funny they can avoid and asked me to sue the company so this could be resolved. Not a good business, they are not friendly, have bad business practices, and their equipment is old and needs to be repaired. If your looking to get a good wash with large scratches on your car this is the place to go! The owner name is John F U. but refuses to answer calls. read more

I was going to get a membership, but I canceled because they don't even know if they're going to fix the vacuums... not the way to do business...especially when there is so much competition. Jett Express Car wash in burleson. Paid for the ultimate car wash on a Friday night just before they closed. Saturday in daylight I notice terrible brush marks on the entire back of the car. I return Sunday and an employee looks and acknowledges the crappy job. Says to pull in for a free rewash. I'm lined up about to pull in and manager John Auto tells his employee to not wash it since it wasn't the same day as the wash. They have to back up 7 cars behind me. I have 4 new vehicles and used to visit this wash weekly in each vehicle at least once. Never again. John Auto lost $220+ monthly or $2,600 yearly from me. What an great decision he made. And the wash broke my mirror off my car, then tell me that its not the washes fault. I used the car wash during the time of day when the sun was washing out the touch screens. I could barely read the display. I chose what I thought was a $7 wash and ended up being charged $13. NO RECEIPT. When I asked the attendant to print a receipt for me she told me, "no, next time push the right button on the display." and sent me on through the wash. Don't waste your money at this car wash! Rudest staff and management I have ever dealt with! I bought the premium wash. It advertises at the front that with this wash they spray a special bug cleaner on your car and manually scrub it before you go into the wash. I pull up and the guy stands there with the wand and pretends like he is spraying but nothing comes out. (Plus he didn't scrub the front of the car either). I go through the wash and then pull up to the vacuum and ask them why they didn't spray the bug cleaner on. He says he did and was so rude to me. Spoke to manager and after arguing with him for a minute or too I finally got the truth. It turns out that a hose is broken on the machine that shoots the bug spray and that they are still charging everyone for it anyway and then just pretending to spray it on and hoping people don't notice. So unethical and both guys I dealt with were JERKS! Never did get an apology. read more

this car wash scratched my 2013 maxima up. bad! there is over $2000 damage and they are refusing to pay for it! there camera show my car going in and coming out and how i was treated when i reported it to the supervisor on duty (a very young girl with an attitude from hell). i was informed that this was private property and she does not have to give me a incident report to file. i had to call the police and they asked for us to exchange insurance information where she refused without expanation of why. she refused to give me a copy of the report the police made her give me to fill out. this was the worst experience i have ever had with customer service and negligence. i bought this car only 3 months ago and now i have scratches all on my windshield, back glass and some on my paint. it was not there going in and was there coming out and they say it is not there responsibility?? even the police said they would never bring there car to that car wash, i never will again! read more
