Having a dually limits public washing options in general. As a result I've detailed my truck myself for years. If you're looking for a great option for a consistent maintenance wash to keep your paint healthy and moisturized Tommy's Express is my go-to recommendation plus they're capable of servicing dually trucks at fair prices ideal for weekly maintenance visits. I will also note, I've not had any issues with swirl marks what-so-ever on the dark paint. Lastly, their staff Is top notch across the board, thank y'all! read more

They had a promotion for one month or two week, I can't remember, of car washes. I've heard of problems with them continuing to bill when service was cancelled so I didn't want to do anything more than just the one payment. The attendant confirmed they wouldn't extend service or bill again unless I authorized. I've just discovered they have billed me $34 for 4 months. I should have noticed before now, but this is fraud. read more

Was pleasantly surprised that the $20 package did a good job on my car. It had some places around the license plate that did not quite get clean due to being recessed but since I was out there vacuuming so long, this nice young man that worked there gave me some free things and I cleaned around the parts that did not quite get done. My husband is super picky about car washes due to spinning brushes that can damage my car's surface from renegade rocks from other cars, most often we opt for the brushless for this reason. Happy with this car wash so far. I will return as it was a good clean, I recommend. read more

The back of my mirror came off. I have been trying just to get someone to call me and work with me. It has been a month and zero communication even talk to the corporate office center and they're not even communicating with them to many other car washes to pick from this point is definitely thumbs down they do not care. read more

Beware of TOMMY'S EXPRESS CAR WASH in Burelson, ( 271 SW WILSHIRE BLVD. ) I took my 2013 ML350 MERCEDES BENZ though their car wash and while I was in there getting my car washed the machine stopped during the wash. I was trying to figure out what was happening then it just came back on. Then I noticed it flipped my back windshield wiper blade back and broke it completely were it won't come back down. So I drove back around to talk to a manager. I posted the manager picture on here because I want everyone to know how unprofessional , inconsiderate, very rude and nonchalandat about other people's property with no understanding. Was not concerned about taking a report and sending it to the company to have my SUV fixed so I had to call the cops to get a police report. The cop had to talk to him to get information for me about corporate about the issue but he would not give it to the cop. The cop was very nice to me and told me I would just have to go online to get information that I need.I feel like I shouldn't have to go through all this when I have cameras on my SUV and they have cameras showing it happend because of their equipment. I'm writing this to let everybody know, so they don't have to go through what I am going through over a $18 dollar car wash with a company that doesn't take responsibility for the damages they caused. Also that has management that unprofessional and doesn't care. read more

The price was a bit steep, but given the rarity in finding a store that would service cars that only use R-12 refrigerant, I think the price was right. I definitely recommend this place!

I called the mechanic, Ian, several times about it and he kept giving me the run around. I had another shop fix it correctly and they found other things wrong. Some parts were not replaced and appeared rigged. I truly believe you are scamming the insurance and pocketing the money. The insurance approved the supplements and said they will come after you for reimbursement. They are removing this business from their preferred list of shops. Your shop in back wreaked of marijuana. I should have went with my gut and gone somewhere else. This is just bad business and unethical.

I paid for the quality was and the wash it's self was pretty good, I like how they have mat washers and they provided you with towels to wipe down your car as well. this is my favorite car wash in Burleson every time I come here I'm greeted with great service. Everyone is so nice. The wash is super cheap for what you get, my tires stay shiny for at least a week after. I recommend getting on the monthly membership so you can go through as many times as you would like.
