I was initially told I would have to undergo chemo so I wanted to be ready. Diane did not rush or push the product.. she was very relaxed, provided me with education about wigs. Diane then selected a 'topper' and it was love at first sight. Due to other health issues my hair thinned on top over the years and I have done everything medically to treat or restore the thinness. I decided to buy the topper regardless of chemo to make me feel whole again. The topper was so convincing my family, closet friends, and others thought I did something new to my hair and told me how fabulous I looked. The clips to the topper were perfect as the wind swept through my hair.. It looked so natural and did NOT budge.. comfortable as if it was not there, and highly breathable. Hand tied human hair of top notch quality and the color was a perfect match. Even when I thought I would have to undergo chemo I contacted Diane and she told me if I needed any help or to have the clips adjusted she would do this for me and she would do anything to fit me in.. Like I said I ended up only needing radiation. But I also gained a sense of who I was prior to hair thinning. She cares about her customers, and wants them to feel great when they walk out the door. She also gave me more information, about when my hair would start falling out, than anyone else had. Because of her I was not blindsided when it started. I was expecting it. She helped me fill out the paperwork for my insurance company too so I could get reimbursed ASAP! Inside - packed with merchandise! It's a bit overwhelming, but talk about options! They have clothes, fashion jewelry (the jewelry you take to Jamaica with you when you don't want to get robbed), nuuuumerous hair brands, hair and wig accessories, etc. If you can't find something in here, then you need to go home and invent it because they have everything you could need. Customer service - the staff seemed to be very calm. I know that in some stores the staff can sometimes hound customers, but they seem like they walk around to just be seen and asked questions, really. They definitely seem like they're watching EVERYONE, which is okay. I think they should with the crowds of people who were there. Outside - It's not very pretty or anything. The warehouse has a warehouse-y feel outside. Gravel in the parking lot, deserted feel when you get out of your car. It's near a busy road and there isn't much going on on that side of the street.
