You shouldn't have a job that deals with people if you don't know how to do that. And yes girl it is your job. And yes girl I called headquarters for your job. Learn how to speak to people. Also, the pharmacy manager Epsy, tried to tell me my prescription couldn't be filled by insurance by the 11th when I know last month I picked it up on the 3rd, and I get a months worth of medication and supplies. Seeing I was already frazzled by them not having my supplies and how she spoke to me in my earlier yelp review. I feel like she lied to me to make me feel more crazy and said the insurance wouldn't cover it till the 11th which was a lie because I went and had both of my prescriptions filled at the beautiful Seldon Walgreens location And was able to pick up my prescription within an hour after dealing with this place and lady. The pharmacist manager's behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed a lack of regard for patient needs and pharmacy duty. I rely on this medication for my health and safety, and being denied accurate information and service was unacceptable.

I went to Dr. Giannuzzi a couple of months ago for a cosmetic procedure. Long story short, I took a falloff my porch, face planted and chipped a front tooth. I was devastated to say the least because my teeth and smile are my money maker. Ok, I kid So in speaking to a cousin a similar thing happened to him where he chipped a front tooth and recommended Dr. Giannuzzi for a veneer. We actually chipped the same exact front tooth and his veneer was FLAWLESS. I couldn't even tell the difference between either of his front teeth and the color match was perfect I made the appointment for the consult and was absolutely blown away by how efficient and friendly the front office staff was, how clean the office was and how wonderful the Doctor was. After this cosmetic procedure is complete I will go here for my general dental needs like cleanings and exams!

They called me back the very next day and let me speak to April, the eyebrow specialist. April answered all my questions and was so sweet and patient with me because I told her how nervous I was. I went in for a consultation. I never felt pressured by April to commit to getting the microblading. We talked about the process and she showed me what color she recommended for me based on my hair and skin color. Then she explained how she maps out your brows to get the perfect shape. I had a concern about one area of my brow and she listened to me and wasn't offended at all. That day I scheduled my microblading appointment for a few weeks later. The day of the appointment I was so nervous but April walked me through it again and we agreed on the shape I was comfortable with. I cannot rave about April enough! She tried to distract me because the procedure is a little painful. She stopped and let me look in the mirror every so often because she could tell how anxious I was. When she was done I cried because I was so in love with my brows! April is an angel and if you are interested in microblading or just curious I highly recommend going to her. She knows exactly what she's doing, you can tell she's been doing it for a while. April is so patient, sweet and professional! How is that my wife and I had the exact opposite experience as all these people have had? Well, when the owners of said business decide to sell it two weeks after you enroll your prescriptions. So basically, you can pretty much disregard all of the reviews up until November 2025, as they were posted under Town Pharmacy's previous family-owned front. I don't know who these new guys are, but this place is as hot of a mess as it gets. Nobody currently working here seems to have any idea what they're doing. They consistently get confused. I've called three times asking to have the same two prescriptions refilled and delivered to my home. Each time, nothing was done. In one instance, someone answered and asked me to "Call my doctor to get the ball rolling" while he worked on getting my order. Uhh...isn't that what I just called YOU to do? The venerable icing on the cake was one morning when my wife called to order her insulin. She was told it would be delivered same-day. Gets a callback a little time later: "Sorry, it's too dark out. Someone will come tomorrow." It was 4pm. My wife and I were left speechless. Until, and IF, this place gets its act together, I'd avoid this pharmacy. Already, reluctantly, in the process of moving my scrips to Walgreens.

This was my first time meeting her and having my hair done by her, by end of my appointment I felt like we've known each other for years. Sooo friendly & great conversations! Also, LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE of the salon! So laid back w/ homey vibes ; which is a nice change of end up from being in tension or forced fake conversations from past high end salons I've been to. Lastly, this is definitely a LGBTQ friendly establishment! What I've read from past comments and the experience I've had whether it's face to face or chatting through their Instagram on ideas - totally accepting of how I am, never a question or comment about my sexuality cause I'm a feminine boy, I felt like a princess while I was there! I always walk in and out of this office in such a good mood and I always look forward to seeing everyone there. I went just wanting a trim with long layers (you can see how long my hair was in the picture below). The hairstylist and I agreed on taking off an INCH, which she showed me the length with her fingers, and I thought to myself- wow that's not even a lot off! As she was cutting my hair though- I noticed that my hair was near my SHOULDERS! I even said something and looked scared and the hairdresser just told me "oh it looks short but when you stand up it will be long. (SPOILER: she had no idea what she was doing and cut off 5 inches of my beautiful long hair). Then I paid extra for a blowout, and once again, the hairdresser had NO IDEA what she was doing. I have naturally curly hair, so it takes more effort to blow out my hair straight. However, she wasn't even using the correct tools at ALL. She was using a regular square brush, and a regular blow dryer (with no attachments on it). So basically there was no tension at all, and my hair was SO frizzy. I was sitting there for NO JOKE 2 hours, almost falling asleep in my chair, as her method of "blowout" clearly isn't good. When she was done, my hair was still WET underneath, and looked like absolute SHIT (pic below). I was so shocked at my hair. The owner Lisa walked by and said "oh it looks so good!" , which as the owner, she should have seen what a hot mess it was and tried to fix it. Needless to say, I still had to pay for the cut and "blowout" (even though I didn't even get a real blowout)! The last picture is my TODAY. I was getting a Brazilian blowout at another salon, and my hairdresser there looks at my hair and laughs and says "who cut your hair?" And I told them "mirragio" and she said "it looks like shit! Let me take a picture for you" and took the picture below. I was HORRIFIED. It is so jagged and uneven and I am so embarrassed to be walking around like this! Overall, do NOT go here! This salon is empty for a reason they have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF! (The only one who knows what she is doing is the nice lady who washes hair!!).
