When I got them on the line they said they couldn't update their incorrect RX codes in the system without contacting help desk which now I also need to wait till tomorrow to get my prescription cost reimbursed once they process the coverage. This has been such a painful process! Update - got a call from the Pharmacist later this evening and she was very nice and helped process my updated pharmacy coverage so I'll get a refund tomorrow. This pharmacy sent me a substitute generic brand without my consent which is birth control. - if you are a female you know how each generic brand works differently. My gynecologist office places the prescription with this pharmacy so I don't know the details but I specifically said I needed Xulane patch, not Zafemy. The worst part is that there's a guy named Luis who's racist and rude. After I tell him my name which is a foreign name on the prescription, he had an attitude against me. He using inappropriate language like "I'm not repeating my name to you" "there's no further discussion" "I'm in charge." This guy cut me off a few times and never let me finish my desired solution and doesn't have a can-do attitude. All he did is "there's nothing I can do for you, is your doctor's fault" So ladies, avoid this racist place that substitutes your birth control without letting you know. I WAS able to find crutches here AND a wrap for his ancle but what I didn't realize was that I had to check the height of the crutches... so I ended up buying crutches that were too tall for my dad. I called the shop right away and talk to the what I assume is the pharmacist. He was also the guy who helped me check out so he remembered that I was there earlier. I was afraid he was going to tell me that there was nothing he could do, as the girl who pointed out the crutches to me did mention that they were non returnable... but he was so REASONABLE and even though he didn't have the height that I needed, he ordered the right height and had them ready first thing in the morning the following day!! He let me do an even exchange... and he made what I thought was going to be dreadful non returnable experience.. a simple pleasant exchange. I felt the need to write this long review about my experience with this pharmacist because people like him are hard to find. Due to a lot of organizational problems at my doctor's office, this was pretty tricky but Pure Compounding managed to make this happen and I was able to pick up my prescription on a Saturday. Granted, I've only had 1 transaction so far with them, but I would give them 6 stars out of 5 at the moment if it were possible. The same medication that they're able to fill in usually under an hour takes Martin Avenue 72 hours! If you're familiar with Wellness Health, Park Compounding or Hopewell Pharmacy, these guys are on par if not better than them for specialized methylcobalamin treatment. They do regular potency checks on their methylcobalamin and provided me with a copy of this documentation upon request. They are also are able to ship out of state. The only strange thing is that they weren't able to get proper reimbursement from my insurance when Park Compounding Pharmacy was able to. However, I'm able to claim this on my own with my insurance and it saves me $25-$30/month on shipping when I'm in Illinois!

I had just filled another prescription two weeks early at Walgreens pharmacy with no issues. She had me wait a very long time while she called my insurance company. Sure enough, they made a clerical mistake and had his member ID incorrect. Absolutely no apology or explanation. Also every time I fill a prescription at Hampshire Pharmacy it is more than double when I fill it at Walgreens with the same insurance of course. Very rude technician and pharmacist.

The store has large selection medical supplies ( cushions, compression stockings). They also have bandages, vitamins, and other over the counter medicine. This store is average sized; however it has small section for everything. It's organized and clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store also carries its own generic brand and brand name. The store opens 7 days per week. Monday to Friday: 9 am to 8pm Saturday & Sunday: 9 am to 4 pm. I definitely recommend if someone is looking for medical supplies.
