It was spacious, set up well so that guests could feel connection, and being close to the outdoor area allowed for a gorgeous view. The staff were friendly and helpful and the reservation process was easy and detailed. The only tricky part was the parking overflow was needed, however we were warned prior about the building having several events that day. The overflow parking actually lead directly to the lower atrium though, so the crowded lot in the front worked out for the guests to see the beautiful water view on their way in to the lower atrium. All and all, it was another wonderful event and we plan to book future events there. We appreciate having this gorgeous setting so close to home!

Attended a meeting that was being held at the Miami Township Community Center. The community center…read moreitself is part of complex that includes the Miami Township Fire Department, administration building, and the community enter. The community center faced a baseball field. The building itself looks professional with a hint of rustic. A large reception hall is available for rental. Rates vary based on day of the week, and if the party renting lives within the township/ Three Rivers area. Grounds are well maintained. Behind the building is a small playground. This is a great added bonus if throwing a party where children are to be in attendance. From the balcony the playground is visible. Many trees have been planted so that the playground is not the main focus of the view. Various public events are held here throughout the year. In August, two outdoor concerts are held. I wanted to make sure I had the proper documents, (and if TSA would really accept an expired license because there was no way to find out from the airport.) But when I called the BMV the day before, whoever answered wasn't sure. When I tried to call back before going many times, no one ever answered the phone. Of course Saturday is crazy busy, with parking even hard to find. I'd recommend going on a weekday. The system for waiting was very efficient, with a machine to enter your cell so you'd be texted, as well as your line number displayed up on a monitor when ready. I only waited 15 minutes, which wasn't bad considering the crowd. The driver's license renewal went smoothly. I guess there's some kind of system back up, because my license had to be mailed out 4-6 weeks later. They gave me a print out of it I could use wherever needed. There was major confusion though over our handicapped hang tag. They'd given us one with a wrong number on it previously and told us to come back in for a new one (in a handwritten letter.) The clerks asked for the letter, which we didn't have. They decided after talking it out amongst themselves in front of us that our current tag is fine. I really hope so! I was also able to register to vote and change my address at this bureau. Tips: they take cash, credit or check. This bureau also does title transfers and title service, has a notary service and many other services.

But they are so obnoxious. & complaining to the staff does nothing. I usually never complain, but this time I did because it's very frequent. I go here about 3-5 times a week & he usually comes & it's been the same issue for months. I only said something today because clearly nobody ever does. & when I did complain, the worker stated they don't rally have a volume policy. Like what? You need to have something because this is a library after all & yelling like you have no sense is unacceptable. Step outside if you want to do all that. Definitely won't be back here because you can't even hear yourself think smh.

Stop in, or check online for a calendar of events/ classes. The children's/ young adults section is a good size. There is a train table, with tracks that are affixed to it. Trains are long gone, but you are welcome to bring your own. High and low tables are also available in that area. In the summer, computers here are in high demand. Sometimes there is even a sign up sheet. Located off the 275, this is an easy branch to get to. There always seems to be an ample amount of parking. There is also a drive up drop-off slot for returns. Unless you are looking to make a right out of the parking lot, I suggest driving out the back. If you make a left, then another left at the stop sign, that will take you to a light. Make a left to get to the freeways.

I was five years old the first time that I walked into the Goshen Library. Ever since I have…read moreenjoyed being in the building and exploring the worlds held between the pages. The librarians are knowledgeable and friendly. And if you want recommendations there is no better source than these women. The atmosphere is calm and inviting with lots of natural lighting from the large windows all around and the skylights above. Outside there is a garden that just begs to come inside and discover. They have made some renovations of late which make check out swifter and you no longer need to wait for a librarian. I still ask that they check me out sometimes because they are amazing, creative, interesting people who make my visit even more ideal. I look forward to coming to this library for another twenty-five years!

They do provide many services to help ppl. I recommend, going in for help , in stead of phone and email . ask for some one in charge , or branch manager . They offer curbside service, also they have a chat available on the main site lower right corner . The offer a wide selection of books. They have a a sm. area to the left when you walk in , called a donation area , pick what you want , put money in the box , what ever you can give. Ya , my favorite is the donation book sales , im a book junkie lol . Try it , you might be surprised how nice it is .
