Rob and Michelle came to my house to investigate an issue with an exhaust fan in a bathroom. I had…read morereplaced the fan a few years prior and it never worked properly. Rob quickly found that the motor was bound and offered to get a replacement after trying to fix with 3 in 1 oil. They were not able to find a replacement motor but during their journey to Home Depot the motor was unbound by the 3 in 1 oil. Rob returned the motor to its housing and reinstalled.
