This company called back said he'd come then my husband said not a emergency. So set a date and he promptly came pumped out 1 tank and will come back in 3 weeks to see if this corrected the problem & will pump out 2nd tank. If this doesn't solve problem we will go further but no matter what they will be hired by us for it. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. Other company never returned our calls & when they were contacted again told they'd call back and we are still waiting for that company that we don't and won't use.

Their responses have been prompt, we were able to get an appointment in an entirely reasonable time frame, and we were even called the day before to confirm the appointment. They arrived on time, found our tank quickly, got it opened, pumped, inspected, and closed back up in maybe an hour. They even did a nice job restoring the lawn as much as possible. We found out that they are deeply committed to the environment and pay to take their sewage to the treatment plant in Elmira, unlike another local company which used to dump it directly into an area creek and now spreads it directly on an open field. We learned SO MUCH about what helps and hurts the functioning of a septic system, and all this with good humor and grace.
