I happened to be in the neighborhood trying out the new Chinese take out spot next door and saw that Angie's Convenience Store didn't have any reviews listed on Yelp. So, while I waited for my food, I decided to peruse Angie's. For all the hats that this store wears, it still feels very spacious and has a nice layout. The plants sold here range from $5 and up. It looks like the chocolate and candies are homemade (but I'm not positive) and are sold my weight. They certainly don't look like they are mass produced or came out of a box. The snack and convenience area has the usual chips, gum, candy selection that you would see in any local bodega. I decided to order a Mango Slush Boba drink. This is my go-to order whenever I'm trying out a new spot. I don't think any real fruit was used in the drink, but it still tasted pretty good. Also, I liked the very fine consistency of the slush. If I'm ever in this neighborhood again, I wouldn't mind coming back to try other items in their drink menu. And I'm very curious to try their chocolates.

I usually get ny daily lotto tickets here and occasionally grab a bubble tea. Yes, this random lotto store has bubble teas. It's not the best, but it'll do for a quick sugar fix. The owner is nice and friendly.

I really appreciated that she exclusively uses fresh flowers (for a reasonable price), unlike some other florists we spoke with who only offered fresh flowers for the table centerpieces, bouquets and boutonnieres while using silk flowers for everything else. Working with Carol was a fantastic experience. Even with a last-minute request for a ceremony arch just a week before the wedding, she was incredibly accommodating and made it happen for us. On our wedding day, I was blown away when I entered the Ceremony and Reception room. The arrangements that Carol and her team created were beautiful! Everything was perfect and as I envisioned, and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you, Carol!

One of them was to find a white floral crown for her. I googled everywhere and was able to find Carol Flower Studio. I called and spoke with Carol, who upon learning of my situation, showed heartwarming compassion. As we spoke, I texted her images of what I was looking for, as this would need to be custom created. I told Carol that this was urgent for me as the funeral was scheduled for tomorrow. She understood and promised to personally deliver the crown to the funeral home later in the afternoon. Thank you Carol, for your kindness and compassion during one of the most difficult times of my life.

We were so happy with our bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and ceremony arch flowers, and would definitely return to her shop! I chose a $25 potted flower. Her relative was not speaking. English tried to give me a large shopping bag to carry the plant out of the store with. I told her no can you please wrap it and she goes oh we don't wrap that and I said this is a gift. She took out some wrinkled red paper and started to prepare it to wrap the plant. I told her please don't use that that's very distasteful as a gift. I asked her to use some pink paper that she had on the shelf. She said no I paid two dollars for each paper. I couldn't believe she said that to me. I insisted she used the pink paper and she reluctantly wrapped the gift sloppily and then put a gold thin ribbon and I'm very sloppy manner. If I hadn't paid for the plant prior to her wrapping it, I would've walked out of there. It's very rude to think that somebody would give a gift without it being wrapped the whole point of a florist is to get a nice gift for someone and for them to wrap it in a pretty manner.
