He managed to fit me in within a couple of days, did a great job, and the door is working better than it has in the five years I've lived in the house, and has a year guarantee. He came out that same day, sad to say, it wasn't anything to do with the work they had just done for me. My door opener itself, jammed and needed replacing. Rick did see that the opener had been installed in 1993, said it lasted about 10 years longer than he would have thought. He was wonderful again, checked to see if they had an opener in stock, said he would have and could put it in two days. I understood this had nothing to do with his work, and he understood it still isn't a good time to be putting $ out right now. He worked with me, and I couldn't be happier.
