I appreciate and respect the businesses who close when their posted business hours say they close; too many employees are taking it upon themselves to close early and that to Me just seems unacceptable! When we got home, I noticed one was potentially full of mold and the other had a huge gash in it that was affected its integrity. When I tried to have them replaced, they said no - even though we didn't get to select the boards. They didn't return the boards, but kept them and then I had to buy a new board and they at least gave me new one board free that I got to pick out. It was a horrible experience and I wasn't trying to return bad boards I picked, they did the picking. Management didn't provide quality customer service and I know I will never go there again. The person who was at the register and the one who cut my new boards had supreme customer service - management can learn a thing or two from them.

I provided proof of employment and proof that I'm the manager, yet they still refused, demanding a letter. On top of that, they questioned what I was going to use the key for, as if I were a criminal. Frustrated, I went to a proper locksmith--no authorization required, no unnecessary questioning, and the key was made without hassle. Won't be returning here.

I received an order confirmation email from Ace. I called the store today to see if I could pick up the trimmer tomorrow and was told that their computer said not to fulfill the order. The rep suggested that I place the order again. I tried repeatedly to log in to Ace's website and even tried to order the trimmer as a guest, but the website was dysfunctional. So I found a similar trimmer at Lowes for $153 and ordered it there. I figured it was worth $13 to me to buy a trimmer without all the hassle I had to go through with Ace.

Monday, June 2, 2024, about noon at store number 1812, terminal 4, my rather harrowing adventure of…read moreemergency bathroom repairs, was concluded with the help of Lowe's AMAZING staff. Three days earlier, a plumber had come to do repairs and discovered the floor was rotted. So off we went for 2x4's, plywood, leveler, adhesive, linoleum, and screws. Vicki helped us that time. She was so kind and patient even with the throng of people in and out the pro door. She made a very busy time for her, obviously, seem like , for that moment, we were the most important customers she had ...as I am certain she does for everyone. Then Saturday, the lady whose bathroom is being repaired, saw a blue paint on the mis-tint shelf. Sharrell even climbed down off one of those enormous, movable staircases to answer questions and direct us to caulking. We did not get the paint, because it "just might be to dark." Naya was running the self-checkout and greeted us and made sure to offer us all the best in our project. Her bubbly spirit helped us jump into the project optimistically. And it worked. Today, the lady called to ask if I would go back and ask if Lowe's could make that cheaper can of paint lighter. Well, we were very fortunate that Anthony was mixing paint and asked if we needed any help. He explained, professionally , but with a hint of humor how this can of paint could be lightened and then walked me back to find a quart of exactly Bright White Eggshell that could be mixed and create the perfect pale blue. His time and attention to detail- he checked the cans repeatedly to ensure they would be exactly the same paint finish- was something rarely found in customer service these days. Anthony YOU ROCK!! Then Aaron checked us out with his always customer service oriented way, and we were off to Finally Finish This Bathroom. Thank you all. Thank you Lowe's for hiring such exceptional , dare I say , super heroes of home improvement? You made a stressful, sweaty, dirty job- easy.

In a larger area had to turn the carpet the other way (wasn't measured right!) and put THREE TO FOUR SEAMS in it instead of ONE! They're screw up cost us about $800!!
