Not very professional, they sent unskilled workers with not the right tools, not in time, and left work undone twice. When faced with the facts, they made excuses and pushed back. Eventually they took care of their mistakes but when it came to get it right, they tried to over- charge for a routine make good fix. Poor communication after they got their job. Poor execution of the job. And Nobody to talk to, just voicemail and 2 days delay responses. Don't go for the low ball estimates with hidden surcharges!! No one came, however I gave them the benefit of the doubt again, given the rainy days of late and they likely were overbooked. I called late Tuesday and left a message that I wished they had told me they were not accepting my job, I would have begun my search all over again. Then he uses a third party to come in to fertilize and treat the lawn. It's gets treated but there's no follow up to see how it's coming along... Meanwhile there's a ton of crab grass, red thread (which btw he spreads from lawn to lawn with his mowing team) and weeds everywhere. Definitely wouldn't recommend him, he's a rip off. I was in FL when the Halloween storm tore my trees apart. I have a landscaper that I have used for…read moreyears who cleaned up the mess and sent me a bill so large I was glad I was sitting down when I opened it. I got back to Sharon in June, 2012. The cleanup was done, but over a dozen very tall 50'-70' trees were in disrepair. I called Gary as this is one of his specialties. He sent a two man crew and in a full day of climbing, most of the limbs were repaired in order to produce new growth in 2013. They still are a shadow of there former selves, but I am hopeful the expert pruning will help aid in their recovery. Gary is a very trustworthy and professional. I would have no problem recommending his company for any variety of landscaping services.

Someone needs to do something about the constant noise of these leaf blower. There is no reason why you need two very loud blowers to run that long for a property that small. Both a doctors office and apartment building had to suspend certain work for the entire day on Tuesday 9/7
