Not very professional, they sent unskilled workers with not the right tools, not in time, and left work undone twice. When faced with the facts, they made excuses and pushed back. Eventually they took care of their mistakes but when it came to get it right, they tried to over- charge for a routine make good fix. Poor communication after they got their job. Poor execution of the job. And Nobody to talk to, just voicemail and 2 days delay responses. Don't go for the low ball estimates with hidden surcharges!! We set a date and Roberto came right on time with a team of 5 wonderful employees. He had selected and bought all the plants about which we had talked. His team spent the entire day trimming my trees, removing a tree stump, and of course planting a wide assortment of plants and flowers. He then goes and purchases some more plants etc for us which we had requested and sends his crew to plant and do the landscaping... Looks great but sticks you with a bill that's through the roof!! Then he uses a third party to come in to fertilize and treat the lawn. It's gets treated but there's no follow up to see how it's coming along... Meanwhile there's a ton of crab grass, red thread (which btw he spreads from lawn to lawn with his mowing team) and weeds everywhere. Definitely wouldn't recommend him, he's a rip off. The cleanup was done, but over a dozen very tall 50'-70' trees were in disrepair. I called Gary as this is one of his specialties. He sent a two man crew and in a full day of climbing, most of the limbs were repaired in order to produce new growth in 2013. They still are a shadow of there former selves, but I am hopeful the expert pruning will help aid in their recovery. Gary is a very trustworthy and professional. I would have no problem recommending his company for any variety of landscaping services.

They should probably at least make the effort to look like they know what they're doing in that regard. I've watched them work on large residential projects and individual homes close to me. It's shocking at how bad of a job they do. There are more weeds than healthy grass and the edging and other finishing work looks as if a blind person did it (I apologize to the blind because I think they could do better). After four years of seeing their efforts, I'd swear that their hydroseed only contains crabgrass. Don't even bother getting a quote from this company. You'd be better off donating your money to a charity. At least you'll feel better about it.
