My boyfriend and I took a gamble on the dates we wanted even though she informed us that it would be hurricane season and strongly advised that we include travel insurance. She kept us in the loop every step of the way and was so helpful that I recommended her to my cousin who ended up going on the same trip with us. Barbara even called us months after we put down the deposit to look for a cheaper rate for us. The week before the trip, she mailed out our travel documents and Itinerary. She also made all the reservations at the resort and parks so we didn't have to do anything when we got to Mexico. As a thank you, Barbara even gave us a thank you gift, which was the absolute sweetest. I will definitely be using her again on the next trip, and have already given her information to friends and family.

I'd always seen it but had never been inside or used their services, despite being a AAA member for 18+ years. I was greeted right away by a friendly gentleman at the entrance. He gave me the proper paperwork and told me how to fill it out. Within minutes of completing the paperwork, I was called back by Michelle to complete my transaction. She was very friendly and jovial as well. She completed my transaction quickly and efficiently and even offered to add my daughter to my account for free for a year. I was given a temporary card for her, and she informed me of all the benefits of their mobile app, so we will be downloading that as well! I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes! He not only spoke negatively about AJT but gave the wrong information about the places we visited and skipped some of the itinerary. His directions on where to meet and at what time were so confusing, I couldn't find the exact meeting spot at Tokyo Sky view and was left there. It took him 45 minutes to call me back after I texted him and he actually laughed at me when I was trying to figure out the train system. Don't waste your time, money or energy on this tour company. You're better off figuring it out on your own.
