Still my favorite place. Patricia is such a welcoming person. She always makes us feel special. We love this place. I've referred a lot of people here. Never got the credit for it but I hope they love it here as much as I do. I did notice the Botox isn't lasting as long as it did the first year. I've been hearing a lot of rumors that the tox is being purposely watered down by past nurses. I'd like to say I'm really trying to ignore that in hopes that it's just rumors but I have noticed that every other appointment, the tox stops working in two week... not even a full month. I'm taking zinc too so there should be no reason that it's not lasting. It def seemed to last when we had the membership. Almost as if they didn't want us to come back lol. But it is what it is. I will most likely ask to see the vials. I know they do have to mix, so that's not so much an issue. It's an issue of not giving customers what they paid for and continue to pay for. I've been coming here for almost a year now, and I genuinely love this place. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Victoria, Marisa, and Sara have all been my injectors, and I leave every appointment feeling bomb. I've had Collagel under my eyes, the Naked Glow treatment, and tox in my forehead, around my eyes, and a lip flip. The Collagel and Naked Glow have honestly been my favorite treatments. My skin looked so plump, healthy, and natural afterward, and I was really happy with the results. If I'm being completely honest, I do feel like the tox doesn't last quite as long for me as Botox I've had at other places. It still looks great while it lasts, but I have noticed I needed touch-ups a little sooner than I expected. The only other thing I'd mention is that they will absolutely try to upsell you on additional treatments or products. I don't think it's done in a pushy or rude way, and I know that's part of the esthetics industry, but just be prepared and stick to your budget if that's important to you. Lol. But! I had to bring my toddler to my last appointment, and they went above and beyond by having another staff member help keep him entertained while I got my injections. That level of kindness and patience really stood out to me as a mother and as a fellow esthetician. Overall, I really do recommend them. I really wanted to love my experience here, but unfortunately I'm very disappointed. I originally came to NakedMD for neurotoxins (Botox) and a consultation for filler. During my consultation, I explained the areas I was naturally unhappy with, the treatments I'd had in the past that worked well, and the specific results I was hoping to achieve. After discussing everything, I was encouraged to spend nearly $2,000 on a treatment plan that included neurotoxins as well as filler in my cheeks, jaw, and chin. The first thing that felt off was that the person who did my consultation wasn't the person who actually performed my injections. When the injector came in, she seemed unsure at times about placement and technique. There were moments where it honestly felt like she was referring to notes, which didn't inspire much confidence, especially for a procedure involving your face. The neurotoxins in my upper face turned out great, and I'm genuinely happy with those results. Unfortunately, everything else has been the opposite. My main concern and the reason I booked the consultation in the first place, was the divots in my chin. I specifically explained that I'd had filler there before at another practice with results I really liked. Despite spending nearly $2,000, the treatment I received didn't address that concern at all. After everything was finished, I asked why the issue I came in for was still there, and I was told I would actually need a "different" treatment because I'd be "a great candidate" for it. That was incredibly frustrating. If that was the case, I wish that had been discussed before I committed to an expensive treatment plan. Instead, I left having spent a significant amount of money without addressing the issue I came in to fix. To make matters worse, it's now been three weeks, and my chin has noticeable lumps where the injections were placed. I've been getting injectables for 5-7 years, and I've honestly never experienced anything like this before. I'm scheduled to go back for a follow-up consultation, and I'm genuinely hoping they'll make things right. If they do, I'll gladly update this review because I believe every business deserves the opportunity to correct a mistake. As it stands today, though, I left feeling like I was upsold into treatments that didn't accomplish my goals, and the overall experience felt much less polished and knowledgeable than what I've experienced at other aesthetic practices. The team took my concerns seriously and has been working with me to address the issues I experienced. They're helping me massage out the nodule in my chin, and they also provided complimentary injections to the areas I had originally wanted treated during my first visit. I genuinely appreciate that they made an effort to make things right, and I do feel like they did their best to correct the situation. That said, I still think their process could be improved. Having one person perform the consultation and recommend treatment, while a different provider actually administers the injections, creates room for miscommunication and can lead to results that don't align with the patient's expectations. Right now, I'm still waiting for the swelling from the corrective injections to go down, so I can't speak to the final results just yet. However, I'm feeling much more optimistic, and I think the outcome will be significantly better once everything has settled. I have been here for lip filler, botox and a facial at different times this past year. They do an amazing job here! Just make sure that when you purchase tox packages online you purchase the right amount. The app menu defaults to the least amount of tox (10 units). I had to purchase a bit more when I arrived. The office and treatment rooms are very clean. The nurses are professional and make you feel at ease. I plan on returning again soon! read more

Do not come here! They lie, they act like they don't know what promotions are on the site and quote different pricing. I ran late for an appointment called them 20 minutes before to let them know that I would be running late. They told me to come in and then when I got there told me that they needed to go to lunch for an hour, so I would have to wait. Rather than simply telling me over the phone hey you can reschedule or hey, we're going to lunch so feel free to come back when we return from lunch. No they didn't do this. To make matters worse because they messed up they offered me a free facial and scheduled me for the end of August. I get a text message today stating that they no longer have an aesthetician. So I called pretending to be somebody else to schedule a facial and magically, the receptionist said sure , what's your phone number? I responded- oh, you have an aesthetician? She said yes. When I explained to her how I was told I received a text message that they did not have one anymore, she paused and told me that oh yeah, we only have one for the rest of this week and since you just came in, you can't get a facial done that soon. Interesting. So I asked OK so when will you have one. She stated- We're not gonna have one. Hmmmm. So, now your location no longer offers facials?? Or you just don't offer them to certain people of certain race or people that call out your unprofessional practices. They're upset because I called them out for mismanaging my appointment and give me wrong information as a new patient. Misquoting me fees that were originally advertise, and then turning around and being unfriendly and rude when I arrived. So apparently there must've put a note in my chart after they then promised to make it right by offering me a free facial because they realize that we're so apologetic. But then sent me a text message, didn't even call me to tell me oh we're not offering aesthetician services anymore because we don't have one. OK, so just so all of you ladies know apparently they're not offering aesthetician services or they are in fact, lying to certain customers telling them they don't have an aesthetician. Either one is bad. It's poor business practices, do not go here. Please take your money to a more reputable med spa with more honest and ethical practices. I will not be back and I will be ensuring everybody I know is aware of this experience that I had. And please don't try to act like you don't recognize my name as it is different in my medical file as I wouldn't post that publicly because I'm a private person. I've been coming to NakedMD since 2022 for Botox, lip fillers. I'm knowledgeable now when it comes down to what I'm looking for. I dissolved back in 2025 and started over with half a syringe September 2025 to keep it very minimal and natural. I got Restalyne Kysse for a natural subtle look, they looked great. I went back July 6 just wanting a natural half syringe again. The girl who did my consultation kept telling me to do Juvederm instead. I listened to her trusting that she'd get the results I wanted. After I saw the results of my lips I thought to myself okay trust her, trust the process they're just swollen. I bought arnica pills and took them as needed to reduce the swelling. My lips did not go down as much. She put more filler on my top lip when I told her I wanted more on my bottom lip. I showed inspo lips and my lip look so bad it's so embarrassing. I don't think I'll be ever coming back from here. If I could dissolve them again I would, they look terrible. I was very transparent with what I wanted and as a loyal customer it's upsetting to see I look botched now for trusting an "experienced" injector. UPDATE: The med spa offered to refund my money if I deleted this review. Horrible. This is my first time writing a review, so that's saying something. Every time my sister and I come here, they do a horrible job at injecting the lips. This time I spent around 1k trying to fix my lips (came to get dissolved, refilled, and had to get them dissolved twice all within 2 months). You can clearly see my lips were messed up but they tried blaming my lip anatomy LOL. It was so unprofessional. A good injector works with the anatomy of the lips. They wanted to add more filler to my botched lips.. even I know that's not going to fix anything. After minutes of trying to convince them to dissolve, they dissolved one side of my lip where my concern was for free which was nice, but again, even I know adding dissolver to one side wasn't a good idea but they're supposed to be the professionals. Two weeks later, one side of my lip was now bigger so I ended up going back again. I told them I would pay for half a syringe of dissolver just to get it over with. The last time I came in they didn't even say anything or take a before photo because they knew it was that bad. I have gotten my lips done for years and NEVER experienced this. I got botox and some under eye work and literally within 1 month all the progress i had made was gone. i got chin filler and less than 1 month in it was all gone and back to normal, i looked and looked at reviews and felt like theres no way that'll happen to me, but i wish i wouldve listened to the reviews. Before going to them I did an online consultation with another aesthetics Med place I also found on IG. They were very nice but the prices were close to 3 times as much as Naked MD. The initial consultation was very pleasant. I initially went in wanting specifically the chin filller, but deep down also wanted to do the nose filler to correct my shape a little and create the illusion of a thinner nose. They do of course offer other services, but I didn't feel pressured to do it. The staff was very nice and professional. Please don't come here i don't recommend this location at all and don't ever put your card on file with them, they will charge it with out you being present to authorize it, these girls don't have manners at all, horrible place, I was just stuffed in a room and given a tablet to check in the girl never introduced herself I found out her name was Patricia until my exit from this place and being so upset because she had double charged me for something I had already paid for. Ppl come in your room don't even introduce themselves and their title. I honestly wrote a whole asss paragraph but I deleted it, just know that if there is a negative review its most likely true, do your research and if they reel you in with the 199$ "special" you will leave paying about 400$/500$ for that full syringe because at the end of the day the best is always more expensive just be mentally prepared for it. The whole ordeal left me so anxious and upset I sat in my car and cried. What I wanted I didn't get and what I got was under a horrible experience. I have been getting Botox for well over 10 years and know my face perfectly. I typically require a maximum of 40 units for my entire treatment. I decided to give NakedMD a try because of their advertised $49 Forehead specials, but my consultation was a grave disappointment. The entire experience felt like a high-pressure corporate sales trap. The nurse who waited on me seemed like she couldn't care less about my actual facial structure and immediately tried to "supersize" my treatment by pushing 60 units of Botox on me. When I questioned the advertised pricing, I was told that it "depends on where they use the units," which completely contradicts their promotional claims. To make matters worse, the nurse actually badmouthed their own generic brand of neurotoxin, claiming it wasn't that good just to pressure me into the more expensive option. If your own staff doesn't trust the product, why are you selling it? I politely told them that I found their sales practices highly deceptive that lack transparency and that this is NOT a good look for company. Surprisingly the RN appeared to have agreed. In short, I am incredibly disappointed that I wasted my time and gas driving here just to be treated like a sales quota rather than a patient. If you are an experienced injector client who values honesty and clinical professionalism, skip this place entirely. read more
