Sean also made a few suggestions regarding PC laptops an how they compare to Macs so all in all I was very impressed with Sean's knowledge and skills to address my IT issues. We ended up buying a new server based on this other IT firm's recommendations. During the install, they completely screwed up our data and our email was down for a week. Finally I called back Mark at NetTech who we have known for almost 10 years. He was VERY cool about our having purchased stuff from another vendor, and just smiled a bit empathically when I told him about our problems. Unfortunately, no one ever followed up, and I was left waiting without any assistance. It felt like I was being passed from person to person rather than having anyone take ownership of helping me. After waiting for quite some time, I decided to leave without making my purchase. The lack of attention and customer service was disappointing, especially given the size of the purchase I was prepared to make. Apple makes great products, and I'm sure they'll continue to sell them regardless, but I expected a much better customer experience from one of their retail stores.

Not the best place…read more My phone back screen was cracked so I came here to get it replaced. It was about $200 to get the screen changed. I got it changed and came back a few days later because I dropped it. I didn't even drop it that hard and the screen still managed to crack. I had to pay again to get it replaced. When I received the phone back, they cracked my camera lens.... I confronted them and they said they didn't do that. Thankfully I took pictures prior to the service and I showed him that it wasn't cracked when I dropped it off. They eventually replaced it for free but didn't even own up to their mistake and got petty. Few months past and the screen cracked even worse. I know I shouldn't be dropping my phone but it happens. At the same time, I shouldn't have to be paying so much money for bad quality. I wouldn't come here again...
