Sean also made a few suggestions regarding PC laptops an how they compare to Macs so all in all I was very impressed with Sean's knowledge and skills to address my IT issues. We ended up buying a new server based on this other IT firm's recommendations. During the install, they completely screwed up our data and our email was down for a week. Finally I called back Mark at NetTech who we have known for almost 10 years. He was VERY cool about our having purchased stuff from another vendor, and just smiled a bit empathically when I told him about our problems. Five minutes in a guy approached me and said someone would be by to help. I watched him and two other employees standing around jerking each other off for five more minutes. Completely disgusted. Review your camera cameras on who was supposed to be demonstrating phones on July 20 from 7:25 to 7:35 completely worthless staff.

Not the best place…read more My phone back screen was cracked so I came here to get it replaced. It was about $200 to get the screen changed. I got it changed and came back a few days later because I dropped it. I didn't even drop it that hard and the screen still managed to crack. I had to pay again to get it replaced. When I received the phone back, they cracked my camera lens.... I confronted them and they said they didn't do that. Thankfully I took pictures prior to the service and I showed him that it wasn't cracked when I dropped it off. They eventually replaced it for free but didn't even own up to their mistake and got petty. Few months past and the screen cracked even worse. I know I shouldn't be dropping my phone but it happens. At the same time, I shouldn't have to be paying so much money for bad quality. I wouldn't come here again...
