$ Handyman Alex SERVICE REQUESTED: I was able to reach out…read moreto Alex with no problem at all, and I described the issue with the toilet - simply running for an extended period after a routine flush, which I recognized as a "flapper" problem, the rubber flapper was not seating properly and the water ran until shutting off the valve. Alex was quick with his reply and we arranged to meet at my home on the 4th of July, and he arrived exactly on time. At first, it took a few moments to catch on to his accent. This very pleasant handyman is formerly a Russian, and he is perfectly happy to be alive and working in the home of the brave. In he walked, very confident, with a fairly lrge satchel full of assorted tools. I brought him to the site of the offending troublesome valve and he set to work on it at once. In what was probably less than 20 minutes, he had the toilet flushing perfectly, at least 4 times, allowing a fill each time. Congratulations Alex! QUALITY: One cannot argue with success. The job was handled properly, promptly, with hardly a word spoken. At one point, he wanted to draw my attention to a part, and when he wasn't able to say it, he apparently tooked it up and showed me the translated word on his phone. Clever, this fellow, quick and clever. VALUE: Alex had agreed with me in advance regarding the fee. He was happy to take my check and after talking with me in general about some painting (Ceiling) I might wish to complete, for which he gave me a fine estimate, he drove away. SUMMARY: Alex did exactly what he was asked to do. There was no holding out for more money or any such nonsense. Fee was perfect. Very highly recommended without reservation.

September 2021 Cape Coral , Florida…read more I moved to Hurricane country ( Florida ) last year and purchased a single family home ... 3 Bedrooms ... 2 Baths etc The thought occurred to me that I would need to secure my new home against hurricane force winds should One occur while I'm in residence. Most Floridians have metal shutters that they place over their windows when a hurricane is expected. That requires running around like a chicken with it's head cut off while placing the shutters over every window in the home. All this , sometimes under stormy weather conditions. That thought ( running around like a chicken ) did not appeal to me. So, I contacted Storm Solutions and arranged to have a price quoted for a complete set of Hurricane resistant impact Windows installed on my home. A price was agreed upon which also included a new side door to the garage AND an Accordion Shutter to protect my Lanai. Lucas and Jesus were in charge of installing the windows while Blake installed the Accordion Shutters on my Lanai. All of the work was performed in a professional manner with great attention to detail. The actual Instal required about 4 days. There was a 2 month wait however for the custom windows to be constructed. After the Instal a 2 man crew arrived to finish the job by covering over the screws in the newly installed windows. Mark and Ken did a nice job on the finishing touches. The house is now afforded hurricane protection without using unsightly metal shutters over the windows. I would recommend Storm Solutions for any hurricane protection needs desired to protect your home. The customer service provided by Storm Solutions was also excellent.
