They saw what was wrong and fixed it. , Working with Zack and Eddie was a pleasure. They were on time, very friendly and were able to determine what was wrong. I was impressed with them. As a follow up, I asked them to provide me with an estimate for another project which we will do next month. First, the design questionnaire was excellent - especially for someone like me who doesn't know much about interior design. It was able to identify my design preferences by showing different living rooms and asking which ones were to my liking. In addition, its questions served as a great preparation for the home visit, so Stephanie came well prepared for our meeting. Stephanie was very creative, professional, and helpful throughout the process. When she visited my place, we decided on a design together, in an efficient process, where she was able to translate my needs and preferences to interior design decisions and furniture choices. After two weeks, she assembled a furniture shopping list, within the budget I requested. I purchased all items she suggested. The furniture items were sourced from many furniture stores and I felt she did an excellent job finding items that were beautiful, fit the overall design, and reasonably priced. I get nothing but compliments about my place (even from my Architect friend who is quite stingy with design related complements...). Well done Stephanie! As to the cost-effectiveness of the service - had I done this process myself (even with friends help), I would have surely spent more time, more money, getting worse results. Phil was a great inspector from start to finish. The first time I called him he asked for a bunch…read moreof details about the house and immediately started walking us through what he will be taking a look at given the age of the house. He walked us through all of the services he provides and the cost and answered all of our questions in detail. Other inspectors gave very brief descriptions of services provided, so we felt more comfortable going with Phil. We had the general inspection, wood destroying insect, radon, sewer camera, and oil tank sweep all done through Phil. On the day of the inspection, we were half an hour early but Phil was already there looking at the exterior of the house. He explained his process and invited us to shadow him and ask questions about anything we didn't understand. He was very detailed in his inspection, and took the time to explain to us any issues that needed immediate attention. The inspection lasted almost 4 hours, which I guess is uncommon because both real estate agents thought it would only take 2 hours. We closed on the house last week and have used the report a number of times when hiring contractors. Phil pointed out some structural issues in the basement which we are now getting fixed, and are slowly working through the rest of the items in his report. His detailed report makes it easy for us to send to other contractors so they know the scope of the issue. We would highly recommend Phil for any first time homebuyer with lots of questions about their new house!

He came out and took a look at let me know that my particular situation didn't require his services, but he did let me know exactly what needed to be done to solve the problem. After the owner of the plumbing company came out and fixed what he needed to quickly and at a very reasonable price the worker from Arid came out to view the final phase of my problem. Patrick (the owner) gave me an appointment for his workers to install a sump pump. The first pictures are of the check valve portion of the project. The second picture is an extension installed by Mazzone to my check valve two feet below my basement floor. The third set of pictures are from the completed job by Arid. The workers from Arid were very polite and worked quickly and very effectively with a great deal of carefulness for my home and living spaces.
