I got estimates as high as $3000 to fix the unit. However, Mr. Viscardi charged me $400 and the unit is working like new again. I was impressed. So much so that when I had an issue with a leaky pipe under my kitchen sink, I called him again. With the sink, the problem was that the leaky pipe was housed inside a wall. So the brunt of the work had to do with cutting the old pipe and running new pipe through the floorboard. It was an easy enough fix and took about an hour. He also ran a tube from a water pipe in the basement through the floorboard to my 1st floor fridge so that I could utilize the water and ice option. For this job, he charged a total of $575. At first I thought it was a little on the high side, but he did respond on the same day that I called and it was fixed in a short amount of time. I'm not sure if he had other appointments that day, but if he did, then that would have played a part in the billing. The appointment for the AC repair was made a week in advance. Across 2 diagnostic calls, 2 regular service calls, and 2 jobs for "new" work, Dragonetti has been consistent in their deliverables and the quality experience they brought with it. I have to give special recognition to both the office staff that handles scheduling and, in particular from the plumbing team, Nick (although his colleagues have always been equally professional). Nick is extremely easy to talk to, explains everything clearly, and does not "hide the ball" whatsoever. What he promises is what he delivers in both scope of work and pricing. A particular point of appreciate we have is Nick & his team's responsiveness between Facebook messages with the company to get in touch at off hours and promptly returned phone calls/texts (scheduling and ETA communication for appointments). A recent example, we experienced a (at the time) scary situation with our boiler very late on a Friday. Nobody else returned our call despite having answering services and promising a call back. We got a 2am acknowledgment and prompt follow up the next day (Saturday). Within an hour, Nick was at our house and spent an hour listening to our concerns and diagnosing the issue/coming up with a plan. He left with a follow up scheduled and came through as discussed without any bumps along the way.
