It soon turned into I think is a major job as a tree root grew over an access point for the sprinkler. I helped Manuel try and cut it and with the help of the landscaper, the root was removed. Then we found out the master valve needed to be replaced, another valve needed to be replaced, found a leak in a previously repaired pipe in the yard, one rotor was broke at the base, and another was not rotating. Guess after 19 years of never really having the system looked at, yesterday was the day to get it done, especially since the entire front yard has new sod. I am grateful Benitez came to the rescue. We will definitely use them again as we are looking to sell the house next year and I would like to make sure the new sod is covered when the sprinklers are on. They don't respond to text message or emails. Not warranty manager Ashton, not the "accounting" manager KerrI O'Connor or the Owner, Mr Taylor. No one gives a shit about customer service or the "warranty" after they get payment. We just spent $1600 to have their subcontracted blow and go crew's work fixed. We don't even know if we are finished with fixing their freaking mess as turf is now lifting in multiple areas. Note - area is not heavily used....four-six times a day for dog potty only. We are left with legal action as our only recourse. This company is beyond a NIGHTMARE to work with. RUN as fast and far as you can from this company. PS. Yes, all the heads and lines were marked.
