We were scheduled to leave on Monday with RV reservations at West Yellowstone for that night. I arrived shortly after they opened and spoke to Race and told him of our situation, trying to leave that day to keep on track of our RV scheduled. He said he would do the best he could but was not sure he could complete the work on Monday. He scanned our Honda CRV computer and found the fault codes and identified the issues. Race drove me back to the RV campground and said he would try to get the parts and repairs completed that day. I called at 1:30 and he said they were working on the car. I called back at 3:30 to see if we should drive our RV to their shop so we would be ready to leave when the car was repaired. We got to the shop at 4:30 and the car was tested and ready for pick up. We were able to hitch up the car to our RV and be on the road at 5:00 on to West Yellowstone. I can't thank Race and Page and the mechanics for the work they did replacing the Coolant Temperature Sensor and Camshaft Position Sensor. Great job!!!

I ordered specific Subaru optional accessories to be installed which included body side door moldings. Their body shop employee did not bother following the Subaru template instructions for mounting these properly, so the gaps to the door edges are not spaced correctly. Lesson learned here is to never have a dealer install any optional accessories. Order them installed on your new car from the factory so there are no "screw ups" by incompetent, poorly trained Subaru employees that you assume are going to do an excellent job.

They told me my rotors were worn out and needed replacing -- even though my husband had just installed brand-new rotors two months ago. When I called my husband (who is a mechanic) and told him what they said, he immediately knew something was off. When confronted, the guy backpedaled and said his job was "just to give an estimate." That's not the point -- I trusted them to give me an honest assessment of my car, and they flat-out lied about work that didn't need to be done. Do not trust these people. They will make things up, replace parts and filters that don't need replacing, and take advantage of customers who don't know better. Thankfully, I had someone who could verify their dishonesty, but not everyone will. Stay far away.

Honest, fair and competent repair service! I went into Big O with a rental car with a slow leaking…read moretire. After evaluation I was told that the tire needed replace because of a puncture in the sidewalk. And, since they didn't have the tire in the right size it would have to be ordered and would take two days. Alternatively they could replace all 4 tires with a different brand right now for "a little over $1,300. The rental company was contacted and they said "no way we're replacing the tires, they only have 16k on them and you're responsible for repairing the leaking tire". Big O said they would not attempt to repair a sidewall leak, and the would not replace only one tire; they needed to replace all 4 tires due to the wear differential between a new tire and the "old worn tires". Additionally they did not want to be responsible for the serious steering and handling issues that would occur, as well as problems with the digital dashboard that would light up with suspension problems that would register with the car's computer!! I declined their proposed solution and asked to have the tire remounted. I drove next door to Shirvens Tire Repair, they determined that it was a previous plug in the tread that was leaking and repaired the tire with a new plug and patch in 20 minutes for $34. There was no hole in the sidewall!!! We drove through Yellowstone, over Beartooth Pass, and back to Jackson via Livingston, and returned the car to Salt Lake City with no problems.
