He was not pushy or salesy at all and was just very nice and helpful. Delivery was only $100 and he said they could deliver it same day! We couldn't believe it. We found a leather reclining couch that we liked and was a great price ($300 less than a similar one we almost bought at another store). We browsed dining room tables while we were there and got one a glass table with 4 chairs for less than $400. What a deal. The delivery guys literally came within 2 hours to our apartment and unloaded, set everything up, and threw away the boxes and trash. Amazing service. One chair had a short leg and so the delivery man took it back and brought a new one 2 days later, even on a holiday weekend! Amazing. However, when I called, they informed me that they were out of stock on one of the items, and my expected delivery date had been delayed to late September. I was disappointed because the employees inside the store had repeatedly emphasized the quick delivery time. It was frustrating that I had to call to find out the couch wouldn't be delivered, and Living Spaces hadn't called me to inform me of the delay. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend buying from Living Spaces if you're looking for timely delivery of your products.

On 24 Aug 2025: Star Furniture consultant (Maria P) informed us a price on a new bed frame was good for 2 weeks and that we had time to go purchase a new mattress, then when we knew the mattress delivery date we could order the bed frame to be delivered on the same day. This baited us to call back after we purchased the mattress. Sale Price: $2669 List Price: $3669 On 28 Aug 2025: We called back to purchase the bed from and were told (By consultant Angela) the was now $4787. That was $2116 more than we were quoted 4 days prior and told the price was good for 2 weeks. Sale Price: $4787 List Price: $6587 On 1 Sep 2025: We thought it was an error. So, we called back to talk with the original consultant (Maria P) a few days later. The original consultant remembers us and said she would try to get the price down but failed to do so. This seemed to be a deceptive practice in commerce. Telling us the price was good and then encouraging us to come back later to make the final purchase, and then jacking the price up. I left a very bad feeling that we were trying to be taken advantage of. So, we ended up going to a different furniture store to purchase the bed frame. This is sad because we liked a lot of items they had for sale and may have purchased more items at the location if they hadn't done the bait switch.
