I love the deals I can find here and the store is pretty clean for how busy it gets and how often they change up most areas of the store. There is always way too many employees stocking and and pushing carts of stuff around and Never, I mean never, enough on the registers and they don't call more people to help when there are lines. The cashiers are always slow to ring everything up and struggle to find the barcodes, but they are almost always friendly. read more

If a Walmart and a Hobby Lobby ever got together, this store would be the end result. It also reminds me of a Big Lots on steroids. This place is crammed to the rafters with as much Chinese made pillows, candles, glassware, and decor imaginable. They have a large section on the main floor with hundreds of different area rugs. You'll find a very large area of patio furniture, accessories, and garden items. Their seasonal inflatables rival anything that Home Depot can put out. Within this 100,000 square-foot space you're bound to find something under their roof that fits your decor. They do have a lot of sale items, but some things seem a little pricey, considering their Chinese origin. Plenty of pictures includedfor more insight. read more

I made my first online order and requested a text when my order was ready. I never received the text message but did receive an email that went to my junk mail. I went inside to check on my order and they asked for the confirmation number that was in the text message. Go figure. I had to wait 15 minutes to pick up my order. At Home carries a little bit of everything and just an fyi you will be doing lots of walking if you're wanting to look at all the aisles because At Home is huge! These are just some of the items that At Home carries.. -patio furniture & home furniture -seasonal items (Christmas and Halloween decor) & my visit on 7/13/19 they were putting out the seasonal items. -Tons of home decor..area rugs, wall art, candles, air disfusers, picture frames, so many storage options, mirrors, artificial plants, ect -hangers, kitchen items, items for your fur baby, bedding, curtains, ect At Home really is a cool store to walk around and just look at everything! Recently visited my daughter's family for Mother's Day and we went to this location. I thought we were in Round Rock, but think it was Pflugerville. This store was huuumongous. I have never seen a store this large for this business. We shopped for Lamp Shades for their Master Bedroom lamps that have been shadeless for two yrs. Busy Mom, fulltime job, does most shopping online...didn't get my love for decorating....for certain.. Well, we picked out a few to choose from and it was time to go pick up my Grandson from the BD we dropped him off at, but the line was so long my Daughter suggested I stay to shop which I gladly did. Well, I hadn't gotten through 1/4 of the store when I hear "Gram Gram where are you"? I tried to hide, but the call kept getting closer, and I had just got to the throw pillows....4 double sided aisles of throw pillows, all in color order...so, I didn't get to look because the little "toot" found me and it was time to check out.. Totally fell in love here! It is like a mini Ikea, but still a ginormous store! I'd been browsing their online selection for months but finally made it in the store. There are so many quality home goods here of every category. I specifically went in because there was supposedly a massive clearance happening. I wouldn't say the advertisement lived up to the hype--it was hard to find a lot of clearance items because they were mixed in with regular priced stuff. But still, I got a large selection of cute, clearance throw pillows for 75% off, and a gorgeous, huge canvas painting for my living room. I think there's something for everyone's taste here. Definitely worth browsing around for sure. P.S. if you sign up for their emails, you get 10% off. P.S.S. you can return sale and clearance items-- that's unheard of for many retailers! 1. low quality products 2. outdated useless returns system I also had a bad customer service experience at this particular location, but those are the main 2 overall reasons for the rating. I went in expecting like Target-level quality stuff, but it's really more like Walmart-level quality. Just one item I bought had the plastic messily pasted on where they didn't align, and most corners of the plastic "mirroring" were bent. You have to know that they specialize in "inexpensive" cheaply made, low quality products. If you needed an objective measure, they have a large "damaged" sale section--never seen one that large anywhere either; it shouldn't come off the shelf damaged. And returns are more difficult than most stores: It's preposterous to me to have an online ordering system, but make order numbers useless--I've literally never seen that anywhere. I brought the order in with its pick up slip, believing that to be the receipt since no other receipt was given. I was told that they could not use the order number, pickup slip, or the barcode on it. I was also told that the order confirmation email couldn't be used, which is again surprising with the technology at most large chain stores. So I went to the full order details on the website, but was told that couldn't be used either. Even if none of this so far could be helpful, most stores at least provide a receipt in the confirmation email or in a separate email after pickup. In 2022, why would the entire online system be useless for an order witut the physical receipt from the physical cash register? Especially for an online order? Software development-wise, this is laughably pitiful setup. Customer service experience: shocking The employee who helped us was unreasonably rude. We wanted to be kind and helpful, but she (Janyce, I believe) was unpleasant from the beginning, clearly annoyed and tearing off the pickup slip. She offered a gift card, as we continued to scour our email and the website for a receipt, but she never even asked for the credit card used, which is another valid return method; I brought it up because we forgot the card and thought the receipt was sufficient per the return policy. Store credit is usually absolutely fine with us, but ironically, in this particular case we didn't plan on shopping here in the future after seeing the product quality. Even disregarding the fact that we're not the ones at fault for not having the receipt, her behavior made it clear that she was more than annoyed with us; she started out short with us as soon as we said the pickup slip was the only kind of receipt we received, and continued when we did not have a Perks account and again while we asked if the above could be solutions; she later asked multiple times if we didn't have a perks account and was annoyed each time the answer was no; later, she was scoffing under her breath while smiling incredulously, rolling her eyes, shaking her head while rubbing her forehead, and even grabbing my phone out of my hands multiple times when I was trying to show her the email/order details--even when my hand was in the rubber strap of the phone case, but instead of letting me take it off, she bent my hand back. And since it's rubber, my hand got stuck; I should not be pulling my body out/away from my own property because it's now suddenly in the hands of a store employee. Now I understand bad days, and I've worked in customer service, my experience being mostly in mental health, serving mentally unwell/unstable/upset clientele who are in a highly emotional state from working through the difficulties in their lives that they're here seeking help for. I understand better than many how unpleasant customer service work can be, but her behavior was uncalled for and honestly inexcusable. It's one thing to have a bad day, but it's another to take it out on others. And yet after all of this, as soon as we said we'd take the gift card, she huffed and said that she'd give us a refund, then processed it in the computer. This whole time I thought this was something that she just wasn't able to do and that it was out of her hands as an employee; it makes no sense to then arbitrarily acquiesce after we accepted the solution. So it seems she was irate with us this entire time when she was the one drawing out this whole process; she could have arbitrarily decided to help at any time, preferably before physically hurting me. She ended with a snide remark that this is why she recommends signing up for the perks program. I didn't originally sign up for it because I didn't shop here often; then I didn't sign up for it because I wouldn't shop here often due to the poor product quality; but I'm surprised that it doesn't go without saying that this experience didn't inspire me to become a regular customer. Love this place! They have great deals on most items. Christmas trees were overpriced, but everything else is generous IMO. I have bought everything from ornaments to bathroom mirrors here. Most of it seems to be foreign made goods, but at a decent quality. Store is huge and has, like it's named lots of home stuff. Great store but they have scent sachets hanging throughout almost the entire store. The entire store is a mishmash of very strong fragrance. I'm writing this review in the store now with a slight headache. Maybe have a separate room where your scented stuff is kept or just put it all in one space in the corner of the store. Ok so if you were a fan of Garden Ridge you got to know it just moved way out of town and it rebranded itself into some fresh colors and the name At Home. Everything else about the store is the same.... Great place to find Christmas decorations, cheap art, candles, pillows, home organization, outdoor furniture.... I don't know, you name it, they probably have some of it. I wouldn't come here for furniture but everything else you'd need for the house, it used to be worth the detour, but being So Far out, I'm sure I wouldn't be dropping by as often. They have great decor items no doubt. Exactly the reason I went there looking for new rugs for my home. My husband and i spent 2 hours searching through the unorganized mess of rugs. Knowing we needed 2 area rugs 8x10 we decided to spend a bit more $ to find 2 higher quality matching rugs. We are talking over 600 dollars for 2 exact same rugs that had 2 different prices on them. However, I also know the way things work. I am purchasing 2 rugs. Why would I pay more for the exact same rug. I requested he charge the same price for both rugs and I would have gladly paid it. Great new business model (formerly Garden Ridge Pottery) and this is a new location I finally made it to. Large aisles, spacious areas and plenty of items to choose from. Many are at good prices and some are close to other stores, but you cannot beat the overall general selection of things they have for your home. I needed a new outdoor door mat and they pretty much had the largest selection I have seen in the area, with MANY that were unique when compared to other stores. Indoors or outdoors they seem to have you covered with tables, chairs, decorations of all types that go on walls or on surfaces. read more

Although the new location is still new well its missing a lot of variety that the old location had. I visited this location last week. I have visited the other location off 183A within the month. Both locations are lacking in associates and the type of customer service you might expect from a Hobby Lobby or Michaels home decor stores. When you do actually find an associate, they are young and inexperienced about whom they work for or what they are doing. Example: Kristopher the "manager" from the Pflugerville location had no idea how to treat a customer when asked about pricing conflicts. If there are any mismarked items be prepared for a fight and an unhappy resolution. And they don't seem to mind because there aren't any store managers or upper management to complain to or that care any more than they do. They could care less about repeat business and that is why I won't be stepping into one again! As far as the merchandise goes? I can get cheaper and FAR better quality at ANY other home decor store than at At Home. read more

The only reason i gave them a 4 is because of there prices. Sometimes they can be on the high side. All in all you will always find something here whether you buy it or not. This is my "go to" store for almost everything. When we bought our house here I practically lived in this store. I'm shocked the people there didn't know me by name. I once was looking for a table set and found exactly what I was looking for on display at this location. They had no more in stock but called around to the nearby locations but to no avail. They sold me the display at a discount and carefully wrapped each piece to avoid the wood being nicked in transition. Not impressed with this new version of Garden Ridge at all. Garden Ridge was always a warehouse store, but it had personality to it. This store was lacking in personality and product. I stopped by the Stone Hill Town Center last week, and found rows, and rows of bare shelves. Some aisles were stocked from top to bottom, and then you'd come across five to six completely bare all throughout the store. I went shopping for rugs and their selection was very poor, and unimpressive. I don't think I'll be going back, they do not have the charm or the product they once carried, and the new name really does not carry any appeal either. Wasted trip. read more

They decided that since it was to hard to look for the item they would give up and didn't bother trying anything else for me. Horrible customer service. Went to this location last weekend and bought several items for Christmas....garland, small tree for my dad, some yard decorations. Getting checked out was a nightmare. The cashier that finally waited on me would not even allow me to get my items out of the buggy. She scanned the items in the buggy which come to find out I was charged twice for one tree and twice for a picture frame. I realize now I should have paid more attention to my receipt because I cant seem to get a response back from customer service regarding the double charges read more
