Their crew left a couple of gutters hanging improperly after damaging them--unavoidable in that particular set up--with their 40' ladders. I texted the contractor after noticing this sometime after they'd collected final payment. He immediately responded and came and took a look a day or two later; at that visit he said he'd come get some guys to fix it the next week. When it beacme apparent it was going to take a few more days to arrange it, he called me to let me know, and his crew returned the following week to repair the problems. I appreciated the follow-up.

I was definitely at ease. He listened to my ideas and added some of his own- we did many takes on lighting -each more beautiful than the last. He emailed me selected photos immediately and all the photos a few weeks later (all 2,000!). They are absolutely gorgeous. Really, his great work has brought my vanity up a notch. When I tell people I shaved my head I always show them the first photo he sent me with both versions of me edited into the same frame. They always exclaim how good I look with a shaved head.
