If you value your car don't bring it here. ESPECIALLY if you're a woman. They either added excessive oil or just simply didn't drain it before adding more. unfortunately i didn't know it until too late and now my engine is messed up. they even tried to blame it on me?? I tried to work with them but i don't even think they really know what day it is let alone what they are doing to cars. on top of that i asked for them to note the fact they THEY said there was too much oil and whatnot and they handed me the report from last time i was here... like trying to pull one over on me... very frustrating as i out my trust into them and they abused it. 0/5 stars read more

On June 19th, I took my car to Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change and my experience was extremely disappointing. After getting my car back, I discovered on Thursday evening, the 20th of June, that the skid panel was not properly secured. On the following business day, I went back so they could right the wrong and repair my vehicle. As I was driving down the interstate, I noticed the skid panel was not secure. Upon further review, I noticed the skid panel was attached by a zip tie! I called the facility to get an understanding as to why I was not advised that a zip tie was used to secure a once secure skid panel. They accused me of owner neglect, saying that it was beat up and looked as if I ran over somthing. It was damaged because this incompetent staff didn't place the bolts and screws back. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to detail and care for customers' vehicles. Not only was this inconvenient, but it also caused additional stress and expense as I had to replace the missing parts myself. When I contacted Jiffy Lube about the issue, their response was unhelpful and dismissive. They refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation for the missing parts. The lack of professionalism and accountability at this location is alarming. I expect basic competence and integrity when trusting someone with my car, and Jiffy Lube failed miserably in both areas. I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube and strongly advise others to avoid their services. read more

I own a business and have a fleet of trucks we have taken here for many years. The past few visits have been nothing but a nightmare. One of our service trucks had a loose oil filter after leaving and lost a lot of oil. Today the hood was not shut all the way before leaving and they told us our account was suspended and after talking to corporate they said our account was in good standing not sure why we were told it was suspended. So I had to use a credit card for no reason. We are switching to take 5 across town and I suggest everyone do the same or go to a different company. This place has gone down hill greatly over the last couple of years. Just trying to save others headache. read more

Very honest shop. I was previously told I needed to have my rear brakes replaced and brought my car gear to have them done. The mechanic took the tires off, looked at the brakes, and told me the pads and rotors were fine and didn't need replacing. There honesty saved me money, which I appreciate. I would not hesitate to bring my car back here for service again. read more

Great group of guys. They do more than just oil changes. Small repairs priced better than any shop around.

Pulled up for an oil change with no expectations- it's a quick lube oil change. From the initial contact until I left, they were nothing but professional. Explained pricing options, looked up my Buick information to ensure proper service and actually checked everything on the list! Most places skip a few checks or give you uneven tire pressure. Not here - all 4 tires were correct and exact. I know, as I said it's just an oil change - but dang, it was a great one. Raising my expectations! read more

Not a good experience at all. Rather than explaining what was done during my oil change, the manager gave me unsolicited political advice and proceeded to say I was offended. I was just confused because mechanics typically walk you through what was done. I merely went up to pay, and the manager ranted on a sign I had inside my car on the floorboard...? I go into these conversations with an open mind but wasn't expecting to be personally attacked during an oil change for the love. read more

I used this location under the previous owner religiously. The lady that ran it was meticulous, and made sure her employees checked EVERYTHING. Now... Typically middle age guys, who spend more time looking at their watches than they do at the client's car. I gotta find some place where the employees give a crap, which isn't here! read more

Being fairly new in town I have tried a few places with varying rates of satisfaction. Today I was pleasantly surprised with great service and knowledge of my particular car. I got my car's oil changed here, which is a mistake I will not repeat. Almost immediately after leaving I discovered an oil leak, and the problem turned out to be that the drain plug was loose. One would think that tightening it enough would be common practice for mechanics specializing in oil changes, but apparently such is not the case. read more

This Quick Oil Change shop is professional, courteous, efficient and serves their customers at THEIR convienence.

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I sent my 16 yr old there today with $40 to get her oil changed. They put in high mileage oil and charged her $53.00. This is higher than I can go to the dealership and get an oil change. She needs new windshield wipers and they did not check those, they did not vacuum or clean windows and they turned off her automatic headlights. She just drove around town in the dark with no headlights. These people are not customer oriented, but, cash oriented. My money and my 6 cars will never come back here. read more

My wife took our truck to these non service people while I was sick in the hospital. It was about 1,000 miles overdue for an oil change. They treated her like she was criminal. Scolded her for not taking care of the vehicle. She left in tears. If I was not recovering from open heart surgery, I would have put every one of these scoundrels in their place. read more
