Called GMC dealership afterwards just to make sure of rip-off, and as an example: GMC charges $224 for the water pump and $50 for thermostat.....this place charged my husband $710 for those two items ...more than double! That is not including the labor either! They also marked up all of the other parts as well! When I called to question the discrepancy, the guy said "well he did get it fixed quick and he got a 24 month warranty". He admitted they marked stuff up but couldn't tell me how they calculate that. We have a family to feed and work hard for our money! This place is a ripoff!

I took the car to these guys and they kept it over night and started it next day, kept it all day checked everything and I was really expecting a HUGE bill. But, NOPE. I got a call from the manager that they had driven it, started it a few different times and checked it all front to bottom and said that in all honesty it was prolly just water in the muffler as it had been raining the day i started it. They had a print out of every single step and it said my car was in great shape. I asked if it needed oil or anything, the guys said no not for another month or so. No bill. They could have lied but they were so honest I have decided that when the car does need work or an oil change etc this will be my go - to-place.
