I took my car in for oil change , first impression staff was rude telling me , husband and my daughter to get the car that it was a drive through oil change. As soon as they open the hood one of them dropped something inside the engine. I could see him looking for something down in the engine , I knew they just had dropped something in and not once did they say so sorry we dropped something in your engine. They over charged me I know. Oil change and labor it said , also said that they changed my filter and they didn't. Rude ,unprofessional. I just hope nothing goes wrong with my engine. Also I asked if they had check the windshield liquid was checked he said yes. It wasn't, because I didn't see anyone of them checking on that other than just putting in the oil. I went in on 4/13 for a simple oil change. I was instructed to stay in my vehicle because Of the Coronavirus situation. ( not a problem at all) I was the only customer there, they were very fast at changing the oil. They messed up my $100 synthetic oil change. Which is a lot of money for me. I now have stains in my landlords driveway because the employee who changed my oil did a poor job. I was also not offered or given a receipt. I wouldn't come to this oil shop they don't take anything seriously everything is a joke with these guys I went in for a simple oil change and they where cleaning my windows with some dirty towels I just let it happen but when they started the oil change they started pumping the oil he turn around and they oil gun fell out and started pouring oil all over the engine I was like great what ever and stared smoking I'm like woow very professional and then they didn't bother cleaning it and some guy came in with a brake cleaner can and started spaying my engine down made more smoke not too mention he sprayed inside my spark plugs worst part they didn't clean any of it up went down the road and smoke started coming out of the hood of the engine and they knew what they where doing because they laughed and mocked me saying imagine him say ooo no my engine is smoking and closed my hood and said alright boss you're good too go don't come here seriously read more

Came for an Uber inspection here and the person who checked out my car asked how many miles were on it and determined I needed break pads. Didn't look at the break pads. Didn't ask me to turn on the lights to see if the break lights/turning signals worked. Seems like when you are ready to call it a day you probably just don't want to do your job right. read more

Jiffy is always a little more expensive but it's because they always get you in and out quickly and consistently offer great service! As i am waiting to be called, 2 cars arrive for an oil change and they are processed before me and i have to wait for them to be completed. This was the worst service by far. For the most part, I have my cars serviced at jiffy lube. They have been relatively consistent among other locations. This location on the other hand was terrible. The lube guy gets into my car without placing a seat cover. This is the third oil change my car has received since it's relatively new. I was given a breakdown down of the routine services. I was told my windows would be cleaned and my floor vacuumed. When I payed and got into my car, windows were not cleaned and vacuum was not done. I had a few blades of grass on the carpet that would have been easily cleaned. I'm never bringing my business to this location ever again. read more

Shady and untrustworthy. I needed a quick oil change and this was on my way home so went in. It was a little too fast. They only had my car for 5 minutes, which seemed great at the time, except that 2 weeks later my check engine light came on and my mechanic found that there was practically no oil. He couldn't find a leak so I can only assume this is a problem on Jiffy Lube's part. Additionally, they told me they checked my tire pressure and that it was fine, even though I could clearly see that they were low. I took it into my tire guy right after for a rotation and they confirmed that all of them were low. The whole thing just seems highly suspicious. How can you trust a company where these things happen? And prepare to sit in an UBER office. You're going to be sitting knee to knee with their reps and all their paperwork, like you're sharing a cubicle with them. read more

This place is not only great but they're friendly, clean and fast! I loathe pep boys by my house, their wait is always a few hours and they are so rude and want to suggest all these expensive things to do. I went next door to subway to grab lunch on my break and these guys changed my oil, vacuumed my vehicle in 25 min for under $40 no joke! Came here on 07/29. Pulled in took a while for anyone to come out. It was hot and i had little kids with me. Before I even get out of the car the guy is standing at my door shoving a click board with a paper on it saying u need to fill this out. I am asking him questions and he is responding as if I am bugging him. The form is a dumb thing they should be doing. So I am trying to talk to him about the oil..he just say go in there and sit down someone will talk to me. Thanks Mr. Personality. Honest I could get my oil changed anywhere else for a lot cheaper so customer service should be there #1 priority. They were not even busy. So I go inside and it only takes about 15 mins. They didn't go over any of the inspection. I ask about my brakes. They said oh we didn't check them and said they would do a physical inspection. I waited and no one came over so i just left. When I got in my car I realized it only took 15 mins because the windows didn't get cleaned there were more finger prints on them then why i drove in.
