Brought my moms car in to get serviced. For me it was a first time coming to jiffy lube I usually get my car serviced at the dealership.The guys were super busy but took the time to escort me in and answered my questions made me feel as if I was the only one there. They got people out with no complaints and were very efficient despite the number of customers they had. They treated each individual customer as if they were the only one there. Each employee was very kind and professional. One of them stands above which was David he was the one who greeted me and escorted me out with a big smile and made sure everyone was attended to and had what they needed.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVCE!!!! no matter how much he was in a rush he answered everyone's questions. Went here for an oil change. Customer service was terrible went downhill from there. My Honda 260000 miles running strong. They stripped my drain plug whole was actively leaking and did not tell me. Just a week after the oil change car started having issues. That's when I noticed the oil leak from drain plug. Had some work done on the car and was told there was brake fluid in the transmission. I called Jiffy Lube corporate and the manager and they did nothing manager said was going to give me a refund at the very least never happened. They sabotage my car all because we got off on the wrong foot I paid 60 plus dollars for them to ruin my car and cost me more money. There are very few times I complain about anything, but this time I must. I needed to have my oil changed this morning so I took it to my usual Jiffy Lube place on Riverside Dr. Super excited, I was second in line to be serviced . Checked the time 30 minutes later, my car was in the same place. Ten minutes later, still in the same place. Took my keys and drove to Grand Ave Car Wash. Got the oil changed and a free car wash in 30 minutes. Needless to say, not returning to Jiffy Lube. read more

STAY AWAY.. I brought my car here for an oil change and transmission oil change.. I ended up only getting my oil changed because they wanted to charge me $150 for transmission fluid change that cuz my car takes synthetic fluid. So I right away called my Honda dealer and they said my car does not need synthetic fluid and dealer does transmission fluid change for $69. A no brainer right. So I told guy from jiffy lube to only do my oil change. Even that he said it needs synthetic oil. He's full if it. But I didn't want to argue so I got that. Then I had a $15 coupon and he said computer wasn't taking coupon. I told him it didn't expire until 1month. Then he said ok. Computer takes coupon. This jiffy lube is SHADY. read more

My oil chgange was done in less than 20 minutes. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because one of the staff was very rude. He cut me off when I was telling me something and answered in a rudely manner. I also took a picture of my car while in the shop and came inside just to tell me that no pictures were allowed and that it was against the law, I politely smiled and said I'll delete my picture and he rudely repeated it's against the law. I wouldn't recommend going there when a certain manager or lead is working. A very condescending attitude. Does not do a good job of explaining to their customer what their options are in terms of what's best for their vehicle. Uses excuses such as "this is what you signed for" to deny or avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes. While I was their the employee would avoid or scoff the idea that he made a mistake and the customer simply wanted to hear him say that it was his fault I'm sorry. Very bad customer service to the point where I was scared to ask how much longer it was going to take to to finish my car. Who ever was in charge at time would even stress the workers out. At one point there was an argument between them and you can clearly see it on the technicians face that he was under a lot of stress for no reason. When I take my car to any mechanic I expect the same attention and doctor should give to their patients. It's my transportation that helps me make my life easier don't mess it up. read more

Today's visit was not for a good reason. I've been taking my car here for oil changes, and allowed them to do a tire rotation on the last visit. Today I took my car to the dealership for a 36k mile checkup, oil change, etc. At the end I was informed the dealership could not do the tire rotation due to the lug nut being stuck on one of the tire studs. I needed to drive back to Jiffy Lube to see if they would fix it, since they did the last rotation. The good news, they said they would fix it at no charge, but since I didn't get my tires rotated they'd do that for me as well, but charge me. When I informed the service manager that my dealership was cheaper, he discounted the rotation to $1 cheaper than they were. Doesn't cover the extra time or gas I lost due to having to make this special trip, but hey, I guess it was a nice gesture. However, this was the only good part about today. As I watched the techs surround my car, as if they'd never seen a stripped stud replacement before, I asked the service manager if they knew what to do. I was even more concerned after watching the tech bang on the wheel hub/rotor , while looking up for myself how to replace a stud and the article stated do not bang on the wheel as it may damage the wheel bearings (granted this is only one articles advice). Once completed, I got in my car and drove away, but once on the road, it immediately started to vibrate. I was absolutely afraid one or more of my tires was about to fall off. I turned around and drove right back and let them know that I either had a flat (which I know I didn't) or they screwed up on securing the tires. Sure enough, the right front passenger tire was not secure. Fortunately for me, it didn't fall off on my way out of the parking lot. Let's just say I won't be visiting this location ever again. Be warned, if you allow them to do anything with your tires. Hopefully nothing more happens to my car due to this snafu. read more

Went to get a Lyft inspection today. Called prior to confirm they did Lyft because I knew this was a Uber inspection location as well. As I'm waiting the Uber guy comes over and asks am I here for Uber I say no Lyft. Then he lies n says they don't do Lyft here I said yes they do. He goes back n then shortly comes back with a paper saying I'll need to have the form filled out. I said I already have my form. Dude Why even lie. Cause Lyft pays better ham Uber or is it their customer service is better than Uber. Smh at these kids these days. Jiffy Lube personnel remained professional but they need to check them Uber folks. read more

I never go to the places but I had to because of a warranty on an engine rebuild I had done. All they had to do was change the oil. I had to stand there and make sure they didnt do anything else. The guy below my truck doing the oil change was on his phone while working! Then when I got home I decdided to check the oil level. It was low I had to add half a quart. Shady Workers and a horrible experience. This business has gone downhill ever since The owner started allowing Uber to conduct business there. I have had three bad experiences at this location and have made complaints to the corporate office without any feedback. I cannot say every experience there has been horrible. But I will say today that a worker named George was so disrespectful that he called me an idiot as he typed in my information because my car did not have a license plate. George thought the door to the office was closed. I guess this is how he treats customers, like we are all stupid. A second employee was in the parking lot leaning into another car no help from him. I had to make him pull the car off the rack out of distrust. The service is horrible they treat you bad they don't get back to you after a complaint. Never again would u use this Jiffy Lube. If the owner read this I hope he finally steps up and does something to return his business to what I'm sure the franchise expects it to be. read more
