I started using this Jiffy Lube a few years ago, and I just have to say that it has the friendliest employees! There is a guy named Martin who I usually see there that is so thorough whenever my car has a problem and makes sure he takes the time to solve the issues and it stays fixed. The reliability is so appreciated, and there is a lady upfront who is chatty and welcoming the past few times I've gone. It really helps the time go by faster, having someone to converse with and not just sitting awkwardly in silence. I was there for an oil change last week, and they redid the whole lobby area and spruced it up quite a bit. So many places don't seem to really care about the customers as long as the job gets done. The oil change portion is very efficient, and professional, and priced competitively. However, big time sticker shock regarding filters, such as engine air filter. A very similar and high-quality filter at a local auto parts store cost 25% of what was charged. I wish I'd known that. In effect, I paid for convenience. read more

We usually take our cars to get serviced at the GMC Dealership but my husband really needed an oil change and didn't want to wait until the next open appointment. So, we decided to try Jiffy Lube. The service was fast. However, not long after the oil change my husband's car started leaking oil. We took it to the dealership and found out that they had failed to tighten the oil filter. This place has gone downhill. I've been going here for ten years, and when I went in today, they could not find any record of being a previous customer. They asked me what type of oil I wanted, and when I asked for a recommendation, the guy literally stared at me for a couple of minutes and didn't answer my question. Just said nothing. This place was terrible!!! They didn't perform the maintenance they were supposed to and were so incredibly rude when I asked about it. One of the mechanics, Jory, literally was yelling at us to leave as we walked out of the establishment. Do NOT go here. They do not treasure their customers (which we had been loyally for 7+ years). First off let me say this review is for the location in Enid, Oklahoma only. Date of Original service: 12/28/2017 I had been to Jiffy Lube, years back and had a decent experience. Sure they tried to up sale, but that is normal, even if it makes me a little uncomfortable. I was driving around on 12/28/17 when my check oil light came on. I had gotten an oil change right around Thanksgiving, but only had money for a regular oil change not a high mileage oil change. So I wasn't too surprised to see it going off, but I was worried because it was getting later in the evening and everything in Enid closes fairly early. Found out Jiffy Lube was open, and headed that way. We discussed the HM oil change, and they told me it would be $72 without taxes or filter change! That was outrageous considering I usually get one for $40 (including taxes) and a free filter change with it and they vacuumed my car and topped off fluids! The Assistant Manger came over and said he could give me a substantial discount since he was the AM. Great, get to work. Off hand I mentioned that I had a headlight that wasn't working. Bulb was new but couldn't get it to come on and asked if they could look at it since they "now did mechanical work" too. I asked him to tell me what was wrong with it so I could save the money to have it fixed. Before I knew it, he was working on fixing it. They let me step into the auto bay, and watch because I was wondering if he would be able to after several other mechanics couldn't even find the problem. The out headlight was on the drivers side. For some reason they started messing with the passenger side headlight too, and before I realized what was going on had a lighter to part of the wiring, as if he was trying to "half ass" solder or melt something back together that he broke, truly had no idea what he was doing. Then he verbatim tells another guy to turn on the headlights but if it starts to spark, immediately cut the lights. That tells me the "Jerry rigged" something. But they got the lights working, when no one else could. I was ecstatic. No more brights! When I went to pay, they didn't charge me for fixing the lights either...but I still ended over $50 for the oil change. Which after feeling like I got free electrical work, seemed like a great deal. Two days later, I went outside in the morning to a dead battery (battery was barely over a year old). happens, no big deal. Got it jumped and drove around to let it charge back up, then went to go play with my son at his dads house for a bit. Came outside after maybe an hour... dead battery again. got it jumped again. Then all my lights on my dash started coming on ( Check oil, check engine, check battery etc). So I went to talk to them, they took a glance at it for a minute.. I asked them to make sure I had oil in my car, knowing that was essential to its function. He checks tells me its fine. Then he tells me I have a bad leak coming from my radiator. Not a hose or valve.. the actual radiator.. Something I did not have before they worked on my car ( you know if your leaking antifreeze). Says I have an electrical short in my car, and to ignore the lights. He then tells me that it would take hours to work on my car, can I come back the next morning. The next morning I have a dead battery again! Mind you it costs $50 to jump your car around here. Not to mention the gas wasted driving around to let the battery charge again. Went there the next morning, was told they couldn't work on my car because if they worked on mine they couldn't work on any others, since they where short staffed. The very next morning, I put my son in my car, and go around the side ( not thinking that I set my keys in the front passenger seat after unlocking the car), only to be locked out. With my screaming two year old in the car, and its freezing outside. So I call the police, they come and get it open for me. Thank you Enid, PD! So i am furious, but can do nothing as it is Sunday. Next morning, on my way to work NEITHER OF MY HEADLIGHTS WORK!!! I continue this pattern of going to get it fixed, and being brushed off. They schedule appointments, and then always have an excuse not to keep them when I get there. Around the 11th of January, my check oil light starts beeping insistently. At first I am ignoring it like they said, but then I get worried. I check my oil when I get home. BONE DRY. not a drop on the dipstick. Have someone bring me 2 quarts of 5w-30 and then go buy two more in the morning. When I go to put the oil in my car... The cap won't come off. It just spins over and over. So now, I have no headlights. A battery that won't stay charged. lights that magically trigger on, locks that trigger on there own. An extreme leak in my radiator. A car that magically lost oil about two weeks after an oil change... And appointments they won't keep. And they supposedly don't have the number to their regional manager for me to complain to. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. read more

I have to say that these guys are great. The first time I went, they gave me all sorts of discounts and upgrades. Today I went back for my oil change and they kindly reminded me that my synthetic oil still had about 2000 more miles on it. They proceeded to perform a courtesy check on all my fluids and what-not, for free. I am surprised, because I guess I just used to getting ripped off but these guys are legit!I will continue getting my lube from these guys for as long as I am here! read more

They were fast, friendly and didn't pressure me into something I didn't want or need. Overall this was a very good experience. To top it off they had a $5 off coupon online! They had a special on windshield wiper blades, when they noticed that they didn't have mine they were honest and didn't put the wrong size on just to make a sale. Save your time and go elsewhere! This place charged me for the last two oil changes and NEVER even changed my oil filter which they charged me for BOTH times. I had a ton of sludge build up in my filter when the next person serviced my vehicle. Jiffy Lube in Enid by golden corral is a horrible place and i'd drive out of town before I ever go back to that place. If I would have read all these reviews here in the first place, I would have never went there. read more

New customer and getting ripped off the first time I come in. I am very displeased about the service I received today from Jiffy Lube. I advised them I DID not want the wiper blades put on and they decided to put them on any way. When I called them on it, half way home, and they advised me to bring in my car to put the old blades on it. I am usually not one to submit bad reviews, as I usually think that bad experiences are a single employee or someone's bad day and not necessarily something wrong with the business as a whole. However, the Jiffy Lube in Enid, OK has been so consistently dishonest in their business practice it is a systemic problem. I figure I can best illustrate this by giving each experience I've had there in the last year. 1) I was first drawn to it by the advertised $19.99 massive billboard sign above the shop. I came in, asked for what the sign advertised (Signature Service), and upon checkout was told the sign promotion was "no longer valid". They came down some, but definitely not their advertised promotion. I figured they were going to update the sign. The sign update never happened, so either I was lied to, or the shop has no intention of honoring their advertising (something called bait and switch, which is illegal). 2) I took in our other vehicle some months later because I got a coupon in the mail. I discovered it was leaking oil a day later- the oil filter was not on tight enough- very poor work quality. 3) I took my truck in another time, I hopped in and drove off. Upon getting to work I realized the electronics were missing inside my key. Someone had dropped my key, busted it open, the electronic piece fell out, and they put it back together with the rubber buttons but the electronic insides missing- and now the buttons don't work. I called the shop about this, and explained all of this. They said they'd look around for it and call me back, then hung up. They never took my number nor name, so they had no intention of actually calling me back, and never did. I'd like to know how I replace a key that the shop broke. 4) Being a glutton for punishment (I guess?) I took it in again on another coupon offer. Was told my power steering fluid was leaking and they wanted some $500+ to fix. This was a flat out lie, the Ford dealership said there's no issue. 5) This past week, I took our car in on a Groupon offer- I showed the agent the Groupon offer, it was for a Signature Service, I told him I wanted the conventional oil that came with it. No big deal. They came in and did the regular attempts to up-sell, I did agree to a $12 tire rotation. I was shocked when they said I owed close to $50- I had a Groupon and the only up-sell I agreed to was $12. It turns out they put higher grade oil in it than what the voucher called for. The manager came over and "fixed" it. It was still somewhere around $26. I explained, the only thing I agreed to was the $12 tire rotation. He proceeded to tell me I am only eligible for one discount, not both. I told him that he knew I had a Groupon, and he had told me the tire rotation was $12, and I wouldn't have agreed to it otherwise. He eventually took $10 more off, getting it to $16. Whatever- I paid and left. I don't know if other Jiffy Lube's are this dishonest or if it's isolated to the Enid, OK location. read more

Went to Jiffy Lube on friday after I figured out my regular mechanic forgot to change my oil. I pulled up, explained to the guy that met me at my vehicle that I ONLY wanted an oil change. I watched them closely and towards the end I noticed the manager rip open an air filter and start to put it into my truck. I told the lady at the desk that I didn't want a new air filter. He then came in and showed me my old air filter and asked him to put it back in the truck. They got it removed from my invoice, I paid and then went on my way. I got down the street and pulled over to make sure they'd put the old one back in and found that they had but had left the air filter cover completely disconnected and had lost one screw. Oh and they spilled at least a 1/4 quart of oil down the side of my engine. I live in Wichita and won't go to Jiffy Lubes in Wichita at all. I hoped the experience would be different in another town but I was wrong. read more

They charged me 110 dollars for an oil change and did not tell me until after they were done. Complete rip off, I will never be going to any Jiffy Lubes again. Do not trust this store. read more
