Went for a normal oil change, left with the car leaking oil. come to find out they cracked My oil pan from the drain plug. also never changed the oil or even the oil filter they just sprayed it and rewrote on it, because The old marker was just smeared all over the filter. never had a issue before and have been going there for years, but now I will never go back there, I was screwed over, one by them doing severe damage to My car and two not even doing the job that was paid for by changing the oil and filter. I had my oil change done on November 2nd. I thought it odd I didn't need to start car or see dipstick. Paid and left. Because we don't use the car Mitch I didn't notice they forgot to put oil in the car and first extended drive the motor seized. They have video to confirm. After reviewing the video they clammed up and just denied the claim. It cost me $4,100 at Middlesex Tire and Auto service. I don't recommend jiffy lube. They don't stand behind there guarantee and fail to admit when they make an honest mistake. read more

I was really impressed by this location! I had an issue with my battery in my car. Roadside assistance came and gave me a jump but told me to get a new battery right away and not to shut the car off. So I went to Autozone, Advance Auto Parts, and finally found one at O'Reileys. They unfortunately couldn't put it in due to "manufacturer" requirements and suggested I go over to Firestone. Well, I have had TERRIBLE experience with Firestone in the past, but was desperate. I went in and they advised they couldn't schedule me for over 2 weeks out to put the battery in. Mind you, there was no one there. In a panic because I also had my dog with me and it was 90 degrees out, I left to find somewhere else. (It was also 6:45pm) I had NO idea Jiffy lube did anything aside from oil changes, but to my surprise they replace batteries also. I stopped there with the expectation they would not be able to help but it was worth a try. To my disbelief, not only were they able to, they were okay with the fact the battery was not purchased from them. They were minutes away from closing and still helped me out. My battery is not a simple replacement ( German cars-nothing is just a simple replacement. There were 18 start bolts just to replace my air filter) but they changed my battery and I was on my way with no hesitation and excellent customer service. I would like to also add that the manager there took time to walk the employee who was working with her through every step she made and teach him as she went. I was extremely impressed by my experience there and thankful I stopped! read more

Even though the crew looked ready to close up, the manager and staff said, "No problem," and took my car for a standard oil change. My wife and I brought her 2011 Sonata in for an oil change. During our time there, the technician tried to upsell us a coolant service for $109. When we rightly stated that we could drain and refill her coolant ourselves if we so desired, the technician told us that we would not be able to do so because her coolant system is "hidden". "Hidden" coolant system on a 2011 Hyundai? Excuse me?! What, is the radiator cloaked in Predator camoflauge or something? Is it hiding under the bed somewhere? Maybe it left town and changed its name. Blatant attempt to take advantage of us and rob us of over a hundred dollars. The technician should be ashamed of himself. Lying and effectively trying to steal from people, in return for $15/hr tops? Absolutely gross. Technician, if you're reading this, you're not an owner dude. You're a guy who's going to get paid the same whether you steal or not. DO THE RIGHT THING. Management - no low-wage employee does this kind of thing in a vacuum. You have put some kind of pressure on your employees to upsell even if it takes a lie on their part, and you know it. DO THE RIGHT THING, don't be a scumbag. Dear Jiffy Lube, I love you. I came to you for an oil change a couple of days ago... you finished it so fast!... "thats why they call us 'jiffy lube'".... AND you filled my windshield washing fluid, vacuumed my dirty sand caked mats, and even offered to put on the windshield wiper that i bought somewhere else (it was the wrong one tho, my bad). I got a bad feeling when I came here for an estimate on an oil change. The initial price quote was reasonable, but then I was told the manufacturer recommended a more expensive oil. When I bought the car I made sure to get one that didn't need costly synthetic oil. So I responded that the car was no longer under warranty so I could use what I wanted. The tech did not like this answer and continued trying to tell me I needed more expensive oil, but he wouldn't give me a price and kept trying to get me to go into the shop for an estimate/upsell, leaving my car out of my line of vision. Very minimal fine print but no where does it say not to be combined with any other offers, yet when I try to use my Uber 15% off advertised on a huge banner in the front of the shop which also doesn't have fine print they told me I couldn't use them together. I can't say enough good things about this place. First off everyone was as hilarious as they were helpful. I was out of there so crazy fast I thought they were joking when they said all done. Plus double bonus points they had me find the best coupon for my service before paying. Extra $12 in my pocket I wouldn't have even thought to look for. My boyfriend and I had a bad feeling pulling in to get a 'quick' oil change early on A Monday morning due to the other bad stories shared throughout the city. While inside the car due to Covid, everything was going fine talking with the technician and communicating that I wanted a full synthetic oil change. They finished up quickly and before cashing out, the technician let us now that the windshield fluid tank had been missing an O ring and was leaking. He went into detail being very helpful on how we could fix this problem. We drove off, and before we even left the parking lot, my car started trembling and chattering and all "oil at temp" (transmission fluid is too hot) was flashing along with the check Engine light. We immediately turned back into the jiffy lube parking lot where the assistant manager on duty met us outside of the bay. We explained the situation to him and he asked us to pop the hood and and plugged in his code reader and it was showing something was wrong with the transmission. He ran down to the lower bay and talked with the Technician who changed our oil and he came back up to notify us that it was the mans first week on the lower bay and he mentioned that he "forgot" to mark down that my TRANSMISSION had a leak. Absolutely nothing was wrong with my car before pulling into this establishment... the assistant manager then told me that it was a possible that the technician might have accidentally removed the drain plug for the transmission draining the fluid. I have no idea how much this will cost me. read more
