I said ok, vs going to walmart and returning. They are double the price and not any better value for the price. After doing that, they came back and told me it failed anyway due to lights. This is so unethical. They would not take the wipers off and refund me. I was tricked into spending money, because they led me to believe that is all that was needed. When trying to discuss, I was met with so much attitude and telling me I had no choice but to pay or they were calling the police and holding my vehicle.

We called roadside assistance but it was 530 PM EST, Saturday and we were still 300 miles from Jersey. I know, I am not the only one who gets tensed in the situation, not like I can't handle it, it was like- almost all the auto stores were getting closed, and what if we did not find any store? we would be stuck. We google and found this store, which was closing at 7 PM. Roadside folks did change flat with spare, and it took us 45 minutes to reach Walmart Auto Care center from the spot, and we reached there by 6:40 PM EST. We requested them to accommodate us. One supervisor came and told me they had to change all 4 tires (some thread thing in the tire and it was not in compliance with Walmart policy). I was shocked, I have a new 2023 Mazda model and only one tire got flat, and why I have to change all 4 tires? I decided I would stay at some motel nearby, get the tire changed in some local store, and reach Jersey the next day. But somehow their other employees came forward and they did agree to change the tire (they discussed something). I am trying to find their name on their website, could not found, also called the store as well to find the name of those good souls, but no one picked up the call. Anyway, it took them 30-35 minutes to change the tire, they did some verification, and TPMS check, and we were good to leave by 730 PM EST. I wanna thank their staff (one big guy, it's him in the photo with the ith car), one thin lady (Erin), and another white short guy (must be in his 20s)- thanks for saving us. We did reach Jersey by 1:15 AM.

If I could give Sedam Tire 500 stars instead of 5, I would…read more Last Friday, my wife, my daughter, and I were driving to Niagara Falls for a short family trip when one of our rear tires suddenly went completely flat around 4:40 PM. We were stranded on the shoulder of a quiet rural two-lane road, far from home, and honestly didn't know what to do. I called Tesla Roadside Assistance, but they told me it would take about 90 minutes for a tow truck to arrive. After that, the car would have to be towed all the way to Rochester and left there until the next day. Since we were only on a 2-night, 3-day trip, it looked like our entire family vacation might be ruined. Then we found Sedam Tire, only a few miles away. Even though it was already near the end of their business day, the owner, Greg, and one of his staff members, Travis, actually came out to where we were stranded. The damaged tire was in a very difficult position near the edge of the pavement, but Travis literally got down on the ground and worked on the tire while sweating heavily in the heat. He worked incredibly hard to make a temporary repair and put enough air in the tire so that we could safely get the car to their shop. Once we arrived, they stayed and helped us replace the tire so we could continue our trip to Niagara Falls that same evening. What I will never forget is something Greg said: "I don't want anybody stranded." That one sentence tells you everything you need to know about Greg and the kind of business Sedam Tire is. And I especially want to thank Travis. Watching him lie down on the roadside, working on our tire and sweating through the whole process just to get our family safely back on the road is something I will never forget. Greg and Travis could easily have told us they were closing and that there was nothing they could do. Instead, they went out of their way to help a family of complete strangers who were stranded far from home. Because of Sedam Tire, what could have been a ruined family vacation became a wonderful trip that we were still able to enjoy. This was far beyond normal customer service. It was genuine kindness, compassion, and humanity when we desperately needed help. Greg and Travis, my family and I will never forget what you did for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. If you ever need tire service anywhere near Perry, NY, I cannot recommend Sedam Tire highly enough. Five stars simply aren't enough.

Batavia automotive in geneseo passed my car and was 100% honest about the (minor) issues my car had; they were also polite and respectful to me. The other car shop quoted me over $100 and batavia automotive only charged me $41, so i was a very happy customer. I will only be going here from now on and I have already recommended this shop to two people.

I made an appt for an oil change but the lady who scheduled it had no idea how much it was. I made the appt and said I'd call for a price later. I called today and the owner answered... a very nice man (or so I thought). I asked how much the oil change was and after being put on hold twice, I was wondering what the big deal was to find out how much an oil change would be. Well.... I found out when he came back and finally told me an oil change was $70. I responded... really, for an oil change? He said yes. I said, I'm sorry I can't pay that please cancel my appointment. HE came back with..."Fine... find someplace else to have your oil changed and do NOT ever call back here for an appointment of any kind again" And he hung up. I really thought I found a great mechanic who is just around the corner from my house. I was referred to him by my brother who has had plenty of work done by him.
