Pulled in for an oil change and preventative maintenance on my 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. We're super nice. I was in and out in 25 minutes.... Drive straight to Tinley Park Chicago which is just over 300 miles one way and back and found that they didn't put the oil plug back in correctly and have run out of oil AND it has spilled out all over my driveway causing stains ! I never thought I would have to check someone's work to make sure they did it right on an oil change at a place that specializes in oil changes.... Update: went back to have them fix what they did ( still leaking majorly at this point) and was met with over explaining how a leak that started after they performed the work could not have been them.... They claim at first I must have missed that a brand new 2022 must of had a leak before I brought it to them. But if that is the case The tech working on it that day to perform the oil change would've noticed a massive leak and would've brought it to my attention It took them just over two hours to "not find a leak or problem". However they had to perform an "oil change" and the second I pulled away there was no more leak. Then they had the audacity to try to contact my fleet department to get paid again.... read more

The worst place to go to! I should have listened to all of the reviews on Google and Facebook about how awful Jiffy Lube is. Labor Day weekend I drove 50miles from my home to spend the day in Eau Claire. My car was running flawlessly and just needed an oil change figured since I was in the area I would get one. Around 3:00 pm I arrived at Jiffy Lube #4032 Lake Hallie where I received oil change. I drove 13 minutes down the road to a gas station where I turned off my vehicle and could not get it to start up again. I open the hood of my car and noticed my air box was extremely loose. I needed to call a tow to bring my vehicle to a mechanic shop where it was inspected and diagnosed. The mechanic stated "whoever changed the oil didn't clean out the air box causing it to clog the mass airflow sensor, preventing the car from starting." I obviously had to pay for a tow and for the mechanic which I was willing to bite the bullet and pay without a fight. I tried talking with the manager of this location, Rich, asking to be reimbursed for a faulty oil change service (for $89.38 mind you. Quite the expense of oil change but I would be willing to pay that if I'm paying for quality.) that ended up causing more issues and money I had to pay in the end. Rich responded to me saying that my vehicle not working wasn't his fault and that he would not be reimbursing me for anything! He didn't even apologize! It seems Jiffy Lube workers are incompetent or were never fully trained on how to do their job properly. I am blown away to see how many negative reviews there are regarding this place and how little management seems to do to try to keep their customers happy. Attached to this review, I have added the invoices from both Jiffy Lube and the mechanic who needed to fix their mistake, and the picture of the debris found in my air box that the mechanic sent to me. Do yourself a favor and never go to a Jiffy Lube. If you do I suggest to watch them like a hawk the entire time to ensure they do as they are supposed to. What a ridiculous "business".
